About: I've had pets (cats, dogs and bunnies) for as long as I can remember. (40 + years) I have taken care of peoples animals many times throughout my life. I'm known for being an animal lover and have been told that I have a way with them. Even when other people's pets have been afraid of other people their pets have felt comfortable with me. I work from home, and am there most of the time. Our little toy poodle that we've had for 12 years just passed away and we slept with her, held her as we were doing school/ work and took her everywhere with us. So I'm very happy and comfortable having fur babies by my side throughout the day and being with me whatever I am doing. We have a five unfenced acre farm with a horse and a sheep. We don't live on a main road. I'm fine with your pets being out of a crate.

About: I am currently doing Rover part-time, I’m also working 2 other part-time jobs, however, for one of them I get to choose my own schedule. If given enough notice (usually a week) I can take off the days you’d need from one of my jobs, and then just schedule my other around it! I’ve had and taken care of dogs/cats since a young age. I love all animals and caring for them! Ive taken 2 pre-vet classes and would love to have a job working with animals full-time, no matter the job! As of now, I am caring for my 2 cats and leopard gecko! I only work Thurs-Sun, never more than 8 hours + my other job I can pick my own schedule! I am free all other weekdays to be able to take care of your pets! I am no longer able to do house sitting because I now have a baby to take care of, but if they are good with kids and cats, your pet is more than welcome to come stay with us! About: I'm certified in CPR emergency vet services and have watched dogs in my home for years. If you are working long hours and or regular hours and need someone to take care of your dog while you're at work, I'm the one. Sometimes when we leave our dogs alone at home while we work they can get into a lot of things. They can get bored. They can be destructive and they get very lonely. Most of the clients that I work with have a job work long hours and their dogs at times have torn their house, their furniture or whatever they can find completely up and then they have such a mess when they get home. We love our dogs. We love them more than anything and it's hard to come home like that. So if you're tired of it and need someone to help, I'm the one for you. I'm retired. I have two dogs that are so used to other dogs. They don't get out of my sight. Believe me. I have leashes harnesses beds. Anything they need? Lots of toys and lots of activity. I don't have a fenced-in yard but that's why I take small dogs and I can walk them two to three times a day. Whatever you would like to have done. They are allowed on my furniture and in bed with me if they happen to spend the night. They have full run of the household just like mine does. My two dogs are small and they love other dogs after their first initial visit. My dogs are used to other dogs in my house that are not mine and we all get along. Meet and greets are essential. I love animals of all kinds, but I find that dogs are my ones that I can handle the best. It gives the owner peace of mind knowing that their dog is with someone that will take good care of them. So if you need somebody like me just me know. We'll see what we can work out. Randomly I will be able to watch them overnight. If something happens you have to work late or the weather gets bad and you can't make it to my home. That's not a problem. I've got a big bed and lots of blankets and lots of pillows and lots of dog beds if that's where they like to sleep. 🐾 All dogs must be up to date on shots and flea and tick medicine. All dogs will be checked when they come to my house to make sure that there's no fleas. If they do have fleas then I will bathe them And let you know that they need flea and tick medicine before they return. I have plenty of references if you request. I’m retired and am home all day. I’m prepared ahead of time for hosting dogs. The reason I have a one-day notice is so I can prepare my house with anything I may need so that there is no leaving the dogs by theirself. All pets free roam my home. They get to sleep wherever they are used to. They are fed according to the pet parents instructions. All pets get two to three walks a day .Lots of potty breaks, water provided outside and of course inside. They get lots of hugs and treats if aloud by pet parents.

About: I’ve had my pup since she was born. She recently turned 8 and we’ve been through so many stages of our lives together as we’ve grown. I take care of them from time to time when my family needs me too. I also have several clients that I regularly take care of their pets while they’re either at work or away on vacation. I offer several types of services for your pets. I can do drop ins/potty breaks, walks/playtime or overnight stays when you’re away or on vacation. I also provide photos/videos, so that you can see how much fun your fur baby is having while you’re away! I do have experience with multiple dogs/cats households. I look forward to meeting you and your pet(s) and helping to provide caregiving services for your pet! I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I am available most days with notice ahead of time. On occasion, I can do non-scheduled pet care times as well. When caring for your pet in your home, I will follow your instructions for your pets needs. We can discuss how much time your pet can be left alone, as well as, if they need to be crated while left alone. If I am taking care of your pet while you’re away for overnight stays, I will generally check on your pet every 4 to 5 hours unless noted otherwise.
About: I’ve been taking care of animals since I was 5. I’ve always believed that they should be shown so much love and compassion. I currently have 3 dogs and 2 cats of varying ages. I have looked after animals of all sizes and ages so I am well prepared. I have experience with feeding, walking, bathing, bathing, nail trimming, and medication giving. I currently am putting my full attention into pet care so I will have plenty of time available to take care of your furry family members. I am available all week days and most weekends. I have no problem staying nights if needed. I treat my fur babies like they are family and I give them lots of love. I will treat your pets with the same love I show mine. I have no problem following whatever routine and habits that will make your pets feel comfortable.
About: My entire life has been surrounded by loving and taking care of animals, big and small! Majority of experiences comes from walking and feeding neighbors and family members’ dogs when they needed a second hand. I am a currently a full-time student athlete at a college nearby finishing up my last few semesters. My busiest times in my schedule is the mid mornings, but on average free and available right at noon through the evening. I personally have had family dogs in the house, with currently two dogs that are medium sized. I love going on walks, even runs, with both of them when I am back at home. I also enjoy the downtime and just letting the dogs sniff and lay around me to get to know who I am. Especially if it’s a dog that i haven’t met before, I believe it’s great for dogs to get to know what’s going on in their surroundings that occur in their environment!

“We recently moved to NOVA from Midlothian and had to find a new Rover Ally to watch our 2 sweet Goldens- We used someone who lived in the same town and it did not go well at all so we were very nervous about leaving them again with anyone else. I can hands down say this was one of our best Rover experiences ever!! Joel and Janelle have a beautiful place with a large grassy fenced yard! They sent periodic incredible “action” pictures and our Goldens did not seemed stressed at all when we picked them up. We are looking forward to our stay with them early next month.”

About: I grew up in a dog-loving home—there was never a time we didn’t have a furry friend in the family. Since my very first pet, I’ve enjoyed caring for animals. About: Ive taken care of and owned dogs for 20+yrs. I have alot of love to give an will love yours like they are my own. I am currently off for summer break and am available all days and hours.
