Bosco had an injured paw when I reached out to Rachel for a reservation and she very kindly and patiently read through my annoyingly detailed instructions about his care. She was also very accommodating when I suggested we take Bosco on a walk together before I left him with her so he could get to know her and feel comfortable around her. When Rachel had a question about Bosco because he was acting up in her care, she did the right thing and contacted me immediately. Thank you, Rachel, for taking care of Bosco for the day! After his first daycare with you, he stopped outside your building on one of our walks and refused to move. We hope you'll take care of Bosco again soon!”
