The place where our dog was staying unexpectedly call us and rudely demanded that we pick up our dog immediately. Being out there of state with no one nearby to help, we were completely panicked and heartbroken. About: Our home is a relaxed environment with plenty of room to wonder around and get sun light. We take 3 walks a day and run into plenty of other animals around the neighborhood and at the park. I and my wife work from home so there is always someone around! We take our dog for multiple walks a day & enjoy the playground so she can hang out with other dogs! About: I have decades of experience with both cats and dogs! I have a reactive/senior dog that I have had since he was a puppy. He also suffered from severe separation anxiety, that I had to help him with when we first got him. I rescued him from the Humane Society. I have had training with him, to help give him his best life. I have experience with both dogs and cats, from puppy/kitten to senior age and every age in between. I do have basic pet training skills, including leash training, as well. I also can administer oral medication when needed for dogs. I have experience with dogs with special needs, such as, blindness and special dietary needs. I have experience with active/herding dogs as well. My senior dog Willow, was a boarder/lab. She recently crossed over the rainbow bridge. She was over 13. She was a very active girl. I also have 2 grand dogs. A 4 year old male Great Dane/hound and a 1 1/2 year old male Australian shepherd. “We highly recommend Joel & Janelle! They helped us in a pinch when our sitter had to cancel super last minute. This was our first time using Rover and it definitely won’t be the last. I was really nervous going out of our comfort zone especially while being out of town but Joel and Janelle responded quickly, answered all questions and took great care of our girl. “We can’t say enough amazing things about Renee, she was truly our angel during a very stressful moment while we were on vacation in Florida. The place where our dog was staying unexpectedly call us and rudely demanded that we pick up our dog immediately. Being out there of state with no one nearby to help, we were completely panicked and heartbroken. My husband remember about Rover and he find Renee, she responded very quickly asking the situation and accept our booking. Without hesitation, she stepped in and went out of her way to pick up our dog for us. She was incredibly sweet, caring, and compassionate, exactly what we needed in that moment. She treated our puppy with so much love and care, like he was her own, and kept us updated and send us pictures of him smiling and acting like he is at home.
