“Laura was an excellent care provider of our dog, Happy! Happy got sick the day after we left town… He developed pancreatitis…The vet thought from the cicadas he had eaten the days before. Laura checked with us and took him to the ER (vet) because she saw blood in his diarrhea. They kept him for two days for IVs, meds, etc. when he started eating, she was able to take him home and took excellent care of him as though he was her own dog. She cooked chicken, and rice to help him start eating again. Her dog, ‘BOO’ watched over Happy also. She kept us informed with videos and texts every day. When we got back home, Happy was clearly feeling well at Laura‘s home and happy being with BOO. Laura keeps a sharp eye on the dogs. We definitely recommend her!!!”

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life and currently have four large dogs – three of my own and one foster. I also volunteer with local animal rescues and spend many Fridays at the Dog Pound, giving all the animals love, walks, vaccinations, and sometimes even a trip to my home (I’m always joking that I’m one dog away from a divorce – but he knew what he was getting into!) Joining the Rover community lets me share my passion for caring with other pet owners. I know how hard it can be to leave your furry family members, and I’m here to provide them with the love and attention they deserve. This allows us to provide more individualized care while reducing stress and eliminating interactions with unfamiliar animals. Each guest has access to a spacious 8' x 6' x 4' kennel, but they're not required to stay inside it. The kennel can remain open, giving them the option to relax in their own secure space or enjoy the larger boarding area. Comfortable bedding, including a traditional dog bed and raised cooling cot, is provided! Someone is almost always home, and we work remotely, allowing for frequent interaction, supervision, and additional attention for pets who need it. About: I’ve been recommended to many by word of mouth, so I decided to bring my business to Rover as well! There’s nothing I love more than being able to provide comfort for your pets whenever you’re away. Me and your pets will go on walks, play dates, and anything else they enjoy! Be prepared for lots of photos of us enjoying our days together! I am working part time while in graduate school. Ideally, I am available for overnight stays, whether it be for the weekend or two weeks! I also have sitter backups for any extra care needed in which I’m not able to tend to. I treat every pet like they’re my own I work at the hospital full time days, my husband is home every day while I’m at work and I’m home every evening and weekends! Your pet will never be alone! About: I grew up with cat and dogs; types of dogs labs, Saint bernards, and german shepherds! I also have two golden doodles who are theee most sweetest loving pups! They love to play, run, or even just stroll through the park. They love watching squirrels and birds 😂 and also love chasing other dogs around at the dog park! I am already walking / running in the morning, and evenings and I would love to walk your dog. I also have watched many family members animals. I would take care of them for a couple days to even a few weeks. I figured a dog needs their daily exercise as well, and if their owner is too busy I'd gladly take that off their plate! I have experience caring for dogs and cats of all different shapes and sizes! I look forward to meeting your fur babies and caring for them like my own. I work as a bus driver so between my morning and evening run I have plenty of time to make stop ins and check on pet and/or take them for a walk. My partner works from home which provides a flexible schedule. Unfortunately, I am currently unable to care for your pets in my home due to our young children. About: I’ve mostly worked as an RN but I’m currently a stay at home momma! I've always had a passion in helping others, but my second passion in life is caring for animals! I am available for weekend visits and dog walking. I will also be avaliable for certain days during the week however it depends on my work schedule. I'm available for dog walking and visits. I have a 2023 subaru crosstrek that has a safety canvas in the back seat and can take your dogs to parks if you wish.
About: I had to put my best friend of 17yrs down last May. I miss the joy of coming home and seeing him so excited to see me. I’ve always had a huge soft spot for pets. I miss being able to interact with them. I work weekends but I get off pretty early. I have Tuesday Wednesdays and Thursdays off from work. So I am pretty flexible most days. “Laura was an excellent care provider of our dog, Happy! Happy got sick the day after we left town… He developed pancreatitis…The vet thought from the cicadas he had eaten the days before. Laura checked with us and took him to the ER (vet) because she saw blood in his diarrhea. They kept him for two days for IVs, meds, etc. when he started eating, she was able to take him home and took excellent care of him as though he was her own dog. She cooked chicken, and rice to help him start eating again. Her dog, ‘BOO’ watched over Happy also. She kept us informed with videos and texts every day. When we got back home, Happy was clearly feeling well at Laura‘s home and happy being with BOO. Laura keeps a sharp eye on the dogs. We definitely recommend her!!!”

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life and currently have four large dogs – three of my own and one foster. This allows us to provide more individualized care while reducing stress and eliminating interactions with unfamiliar animals. Each guest has access to a spacious 8' x 6' x 4' kennel, but they're not required to stay inside it. The kennel can remain open, giving them the option to relax in their own secure space or enjoy the larger boarding area. Comfortable bedding, including a traditional dog bed and raised cooling cot, is provided! Someone is almost always home, and we work remotely, allowing for frequent interaction, supervision, and additional attention for pets who need it. Security cameras are also in place throughout the boarding area and outside our home for added safety and peace of mind!
