About: I have always had a big heart for pets. This includes cats and dogs. I enjoy being around them, feeding them, and cleaning after them. I work full time for a nonprofit, but have flexibility. About: I was a professional pet photographer for many years, and I have worked at a luxury pet resort. I started accepting Rover bookings in June of 2025. I will be with your dogs during the day as well as overnight, but I will need to be able to leave during the day to meet ongoing commitments. I will travel out of my area (Deep Creek, Alpine Lake) for an additional fee. I will stay with your pets in your home, where they are most comfortable. If they are used to cuddling on the couch with you while you watch television, I will do that. If they are used to being outside a lot, I will take them out (weather permitting of course).

About: My entire life, I have had a dog. Whether it be a hunting dog (well, my dad had those), or an indoor dog, I have always been around them. I currently have an English Mastiff named Roxi, a Shih-tzu/Yorkie mix named Bella, and a mixed breed I rescued named Brutus! I love them more than anything!! My dogs also love it because they love having friends over! :) I strive to give them the best life and always keep them up to date at the vet and groomer. I will not hesitate to make a vet trip if I sense that something is wrong. My two year old twins also love dogs, so that makes it fun for everyone! I am home every day, all day! I work as an on call nurse every other week, so then my husband is home to puppy sit! We love our dogs more than some people love their kids, haha! Our dogs have every necessity they need to live a happy life! Our dogs are allowed to sleep with us and on the couch, and when they are not on the couch they are on their very expensive beds! :) We treat them better than family! Our dogs get to go outside frequently to play, as well as relaxing on our gated back porch. We do go for walks, but our big girl, Roxi the mastiff, has some hip tenderness so she isn't as active as she used to be!
About: I’ve taken care of many pets over the years, my 2 dogs , my grandfather’s dog when he was in and out of physical therapy , I have 2 Amazon parrots as well, , also I cared for my mothers French Bull mastiffs mama and 9 puppies for many weeks, and her Boston and babies which were fed with a bottle for about a month. I currently work Tuesday through Saturday until five pm off Saturday Sunday and Mondays. So any time after 5 on working days and any time on my days off. MY DETAILED RESPONSE TO THE REVIEWED LEFT BY DEBBY- I wanted to give a detailed breakdown of what happened with Debby since rover will not take down the review even though they did a thorough investigation with photos/video and nasty messages sent by Debby to me. I took on this booking even though I had a gut feeling not to, but I ignored it and I wish I had not done that. I was asked last minute by Debby to care for her diabetic cat, she told me her cat was great with strangers and would have no issue with taking the insulin shots from me (lie number one). The morning of my first visit, Debby had messaged me informing she had birds in the house and to not pay attention to them.. now let me start off by saying that due to a past traumatic experience with a previous clients birds, I have developed a fear of being near them in close spaces (to which she pokes fun at in her review) and had I known she had them, I would not have accepted this booking. I was hesitant to enter her house but she said they were in a cage so I proceeded with the visit, upon opening her door one of the birds almost FLEW OUTSIDE because they were NOT in a cage(lie number two). I was immediately concerned by this not only due to my fear of birds but due to this being a safety risk considering the birds could’ve flew out the door if I didn’t get to it in time. After this happened, I wanted to turn around and leave but I couldn’t because I needed to give her cat an insulin shots. After I went upstairs, I could not find the cat anywhere and after ten minutes I found her hiding under the bed hissing at me, she was in no way friendly towards strangers. I did my best to get her to come with me, I was at the visit way longer than the scheduled 30 minutes to try to make sure her cat got the shot. After I was finally able to lure her out with a treat, I had to quickly grab her and administer the shot.. she clawed at me and bit me several times (photo proof was sent to rover). I was very taken back by this visit due to unexpected birds and a cat who was the complete opposite of what their owner described. I felt unsafe to continue the booking and feared that due to the cat’s unwillingness to come to me that she might not get her shots injected properly so her health was my number one priority, I immediately called rover support to report everything that had happened and I also informed Debby at the same time. Debby was awful to me, made fun of me and treated me with complete disregard and through all of that, I still remained calm, collective and professional. After she had hinted at threatening me, I cut off all contact with her and immediately reported that to rover as well. At that point it was now rover and Debby’s responsibility for the cats care, I felt even more unsafe after the awful things Debby said to me. I didn’t have to but I even worked with rover to find another sitter and wanted them to make sure they made others aware of the trust situation, I even offered to take the cat it’s vet or local cat sitting agency but that was denied and rover told me they would handle it all. After one week, I found that my rover account had been suspended and I had to call rover and speak with over ten different reps in one week to get my account back.. finally after they realized I had done NO wrong and it was all the pet owner, I got my account back and a lengthy apology from Rover. Upon getting my account back, I noticed Debby had left that review and I was devastated by that. I have worked so hard on this app to give the best care for others animals and that’s been proven by every other review just for hers to completely destroy all the good I’ve been doing by lying. I’m truly upset with Rover for not only allowing that review to be left there, but for allowing Debby to even still have an account after her lies, threats and defamation. I hope that no other rover sitters go through what I did with her. With all of that being said, I refuse to delete my account and start over as I want people to see all the good I’ve done and to be aware of what truly happened with Debby. I hope to continue to provide the best care possible for all my current rover clients and future ones, please do not let one woman’s lies deter you away from someone who truly loved and care for animals with her whole heart. About: I've taken care of dogs since i've been 10. I grew up on a farm all my life. I've been relied on a lot to take care of different types of animals.. but dogs and cats are my favorite!! I enjoy dogs and cats very much and with me being a influencer i think i can make your animal famous for a day;) My scheduling is always very open, but if sometimes something comes up then I just have to plan accordingly to the situation, other than that i'm pretty good! About: I have always had a big heart for pets. This includes cats and dogs. I enjoy being around them, feeding them, and cleaning after them. I work full time for a nonprofit, but have flexibility. I’m mostly available on Fridays-Mondays. I currently care for doggies and cats in my own home. My doggy is on a feeding schedule and get regular walks. He enjoys playing tug-a-war with me and enjoys having me the one to fetch his toys. I easily get along with animals and enjoy playing and exercising them.
About: My name is Misty and I would love to help you care for your pets. I live in Maysville and will travel to surrounding areas. I grew up in a family that bred and trained Golden Retrievers and Chocolate Labrador Retrievers to duck hunt. I have also leash-broken hounds, German Shepherds, and Siberian Huskies. The leashes I use are gentle-leaders. I do not use any other form of leashes as I use the pack leader training method. I reward pets with positive reinforcement and do not punish animals. I’m a disabled veteran so I have plenty of time to take care of your fur babies. I love spending time with dogs and cats. I do crate training at my home and I have a 1 acre yard with a creek. Your fur babies will be happy and protected with me.

As a fur mom, I know how reassuring it can be to get updates, with pictures and videos, while being away from your babies. I have 2 pups and tons of toys that will keep your pups entertained, and space they can retreat to if they feel overstimulated. I live close to trails for enjoyable walks, for the pups that are properly safeguarded with prevention and vaccines for a walk through the woods. I have plenty of kitty toys and scratchers for my kitty friends, so they can have fun and keep their nails in tip top shape. My fur babies have a calm and safe environment, and we’d love to share that with your fur baby.
