“FANTASTIC!!!!! Our boy came home happy, healthy, and exhausted!!! What more could you ask for?! We are new to Houston and needed someone to board our boy Groot for 8 days while we finished a cross country move. Megan and her family took him in as one of their own, and thanks to them, Groot now has a larger social circle here in Texas than we do! We had never been apart from our puppy and needless to say I was very anxious, Megan sent daily updates and photos, which helped me feel great about how Groot was doing. While he was there he got to socialize with a variety of dogs in all sizes and breeds, kids for him to play with, and a large yard to run off that puppy energy! Could not have asked for more!!! Big BIG thank you!!!”

About: I love animals. All animals. I’ve had pets since I was a baby. I have 3 dogs and a Persian cat. I’ve always wanted to work with pets and this seems great. I will love and care for your pet like they were my own and you will never have to worry about them. I know your pets are your family and I will care for and love them. They will be at home in my home. You can work and enjoy your day or vacation without having to worry about your pets. I can watch your pets almost any time. I’m home almost all the time. If there is an appointment or anything that has to be done I will let you know ahead of time. I live in a rural area. Surrounded by the woods and not near a road. Only have 1 neighbor that is close and it’s family. Plenty of room to run and play.

About: I knew from a young age that taking care of animals was what I wanted to do. I started out walking dogs and I then started as a dog bather. I then started training to groom dogs and cats. I also worked at Camp Critter Creek and took care of the dogs and cats and sometimes bunnies that were boarding there.I have volunteered to walk dogs at the Animal Shelter. I can honestly say that animals feel safe around me which I attribute to them sensing my love for animals. I have a German Shepherd of my own that my family and I rescued. About: I’ve had dogs in my life for as long as I can remember and have been dog sitting for friends and family for most of it.
