“Frank & Julie are Phenomenal! I was quite nervous about trying again to find temporary care for my dog after a poor experience on another pet sitting app. I read all the other positive reviews for this couple and anxiously decided to move forward with booking. I am so pleased with the care they provided! I feel they went above and beyond for my dog. I'm so grateful I found them instead of boarding, where he'd have had very little attention and interaction. Instead he got the love and attention he could want and all the comforts of home. I will happily continue to use their service.”

“As always, my dog had a great time on his “vacation “ staying with Gina. She takes such good care of him I never have to worry while I’m enjoying my own vacation 😃. Love the photos and videos she sends. Definitely my go-to dog sitter!!!”

“We have used Chelsea many times and we really like her she is so good with Dexter he needs medication and she is very good with that as well. When we leave Dexter will her we have no worries.”

“Bobbie is amazing. This was Sophie’s first overnight and I was so nervous. Bobbie sent pictures and kept me informed on how Sophie was doing. Because Bobbie is so good with dogs Sophie was comfortable and completely at home. I can’t say enough about how good Bobbie is. I will definitely be using Bobbie again for future trips. Thank you again for being so good with my Sophie.”

“Maria was great! While on vacation we got delayed an extra night due to a tropical storm and she was quick to help and eased any worry of having a safe place for our dog. Chewy is a great pup but in need of a little extra attention and Maria easily fulfilled this as she only watched one dog at a time having Chewy return to us happy and healthy! We were also able to see updates on him through the pictures she sent and could see his personality still shining through as he was definitely comfortable in her care.”

“We have never boarded our cat before but needed to in order to allow for open house to be held at our home. Korri was communicative, kind, and fair in her pricing. She had an extra room available for our cat who doesn’t always get along with other cats which provided peace of mind leaving our 10yo cat. We received multiple updates and photos every day which further eased our minds. Would definitely book with Korri again!”

“Kristina is so great with our puppy, Olive! We were nervous about leaving Olive with someone new since she’s still pretty young, but right away we felt at ease with Kristina and it was evident that Olive absolutely adored her! We’ve now booked Kristina twice and will continue to do so - our pup loves playing at Kristina’s and comes home tired and happy!”

“It was our first time using Rovers and leaving our dog, PJ, with someone who was not family. Mark and Susan were great with her and provided us updates over the weekend while away. Appreciated them having a meet & greet prior to us leaving her for the weekend. PJ got lots of walks and attention and was very content under their care. Overall, a great first experience. We will definitely reach out to them in the future when are in need of care for PJ.”

“Chase and Jessi are amazing! When we drop our dog off she pulls to get into their home. We feel like she is going on vacation because she is so spoiled while she is there! We can't thank them enough for the care they give our dog! They are the best!”

“Kathy did a great job. She came through for me at a moments notice when my boarder had a cancellation. Her dogs did well with my boy. He came home happy and tired which is a good thing.”

“Brooke is so sweet and our dog Milton is so comfortable with her. It was his first time boarding with someone who isn't family and we're so glad it was with Brooke. Will definitely book again.”

“Krystal's love of dogs is evident and her current bestie, Duke, was a welcoming partner! We left our sweet Piper with Krystal for a week and Piper seemed to adjust well and was in good spirits when we picked her up. I think she even missed Krystal and Duke for a day or so after we returned home! Krystal kept us abreast of how Piper was doing and was responsive to our questions. I was amazed by how unfazed she was by the cold, wet weather that hung over the Fox Valley the week we were away; seemingly taking the additional 4 muddy paws in stride! We would happily re-book with Krystal the next time we need to leave town.”

“Laura was friendly and made the whole process of setting up the sitting arrangement so easy to work with. The communication was great—we received regular, fun updates and photos of our dog, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. It was clear our pup was being well-cared for and having a blast. We highly recommend!”

“Anu and her family could not have been more amazing and helpful with my Husky! We had to travel last minute and Anu and her family were there for us last minute so I didn’t have to board our dog. We are so grateful for her great communication, lovely family, abundance of updates and photos, and the unmatchable peace of mind we had while away. Thank you Anu and your amazing family!”

“Savannah did a wonderful job taking care of our little pooch for two nights. She was very accommodating of our schedule and we greatly appreciated it. We will not hesitate to have her watch him again! Both of our Rover.com experiences so far have been 5 star!”

“Nikki is amazing, her daughter too. My dog Lucy fell in love with this house and family! She felt at home right away. Nikki sent lots of pictures, and that was fabulous, as this was my first time leaving my dog with anyone other than family. Highly recommend her.”

“Susan was wonderful to work with when trying to find a sitter for our dog. She was quick to respond and was so kind to our dog. I loved that she sent pictures while we were away. I highly recommend Susan. :)”

“Caitlin & Samuel were amazing with our dog! They provided pictures every day and were very flexible when we had to adjust our drop off time. We will definitely be booking with them again.”

“Abigail was an excellent communicator and very trustworthy. This was our first time using Rover, and were a little nervous, but Abigail sent us photos and little updates that reassured us that our 4 kitties were in good hands. We highly recommend Rover & Abigail!”

“Meghan is great! Very friendly and clearly loves dogs. She arrived on time and followed the schedule / notes for the drop in. She sent photos as well so we could see how our dog was doing! Left the house clean too. We will definitely reach out to Meghan next time we need someone to help with our Golden Retriever.”

“Olivia was available last minute to watch after our shy kitty Bubba, and she took fantastic care of him. Although he was hiding when she stopped by, she managed to snap a few photos to let us know he was ok, and she even watered our plants while we were away. She's friendly, responsive and caring...everything you need in a pet-sitter! We'll definitely bring her back to care for Bubba when we go out of town in the future :)”

“Laura was absolutely incredible! She treated my animals like her own, followed my instructions to a T (because one of my cats takes meds), used the Rover card daily with detailed updates and plenty of cute photos, and showed my cats plenty of love when I was away and unable to. She was phenomenal and I will absolutely be using her again in the future!”

“We are so happy we found Katie on Rover! Our two dogs absolutely adore her, and we feel so comfortable leaving them in her care. This first visit was an hour drop-in to feed them and let them out. We couldn't be happier. So much so, we already have her booked for a week long stay at our home to care for them while we are on vacation. We highly recommend Katie!”

“Nemiah did a great job caring for our cat while we were away for a week. The daily reports were lovely to get, and she spent time with him so that he would feel comfortable and not feel like he had been abandoned. We will definitely be reaching out to Nemiah again whenever we need to be out of town.”

“I would highly recommend Frank And Julie as your next Dog Sitters. After being referred to them, when I reached out, I had let Frank know I was having a hard time locating them in the Rover app. He went out of his way to help me get things going. Once we were able to set up a time for an initial meet and greet, due to a really bad storm that was rolling in, they were flexible with changing the time for us. That’s when we got to see the fantastic location (their house and property), where they take care of the dogs. While we were getting to know them, they were getting to know our dogs, and asked lots of great questions to make sure they understood how we approach our pups. In addition to their fenced in yard, they have acres and acres of land and are very happy to take dogs out for walks to let them burn their energy. A couple days later, our dog spent the day with them and everything went really really well, and our dogs were so very tired out when we got them back. We even got lots of pictures while we were gone for the day which we really appreciated. Frankie and Julie really understand what it is to be a pet owner and strive to treat our dogs as their own. Again, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for day-to-day dog sitting, and we are looking forward to using them for an upcoming vacation.”

“Our two pups had a wonderful time spending the afternoon with Briana. She sent pictures of them enjoying the great outdoors. Plenty of space to roam. They even spent some time in their doggie daycare area in their home. We stopped for a local event on our way up north and Briana was wonderful to take on our pups for a one time doggy day care stay. If we pass through again and need a sitter we will definitely be contacting her again. Highly recommend!”

“Kimberly and her sweet son were so kind and welcoming. She was very conscientious of my dog's needs and sent many photos/updates throughout the day. Playtime and trails walks wore her out! She slept the whole way home. Thank you for taking such good care of our Emma!”

“Highly recommend Chelsea! She was very easy to communicate with and was able to take Voss on short notice when we had to be in town unexpectedly. My dog had a fun day playing with her dogs in the fenced back yard and house. She even trimmed his nails for us which was really great. We’ll be back if we need care in Oshkosh again!”

About: I have had pets all my life and always loved them, usually more than most people. My pets' needs come before mine and always will. Right now my availability is almost wide open. Let's talk about what you need and see if it works! Walking, feeding, potty breaks, potential boarding. I have a fenced in yard , almost half an acre. I have three dogs and one cat. They rule the house, and my schedule revolves around their schedule.
“Quite gracious and friendly. Bobbie and Clark were most accommodating on short notice. They were great with our dog who clearly had a terrific time in Bobbie and Clark’s wonderful care.”

“We had a last-minute Rover request, and Bobbi responded quickly and made booking easy. Even though it was a short stay, we could tell our dog had a great time especially with Mercy, their adorable pug! Bobbi shared updates and photos, and Nova seemed to really enjoy their spacious backyard. Bobbi was so kind and welcoming. We’d absolutely recommend her to others!”

“Emily took such good care of our Obi! Emily and her family took him in like their own! She sent pictures and updates throughout the day and was very attentive to all our puppy’s needs 😊 🩷 Would highly recommend Emily for all your pets needs!”

About: My Journey in Animal Care: Personal and Professional Insights My experience in animal care combines both personal passion and professional expertise. For more than 20 years, I've had the joy of owning pets with scales, feathers, and fur. On the professional front, I have been involved in pet grooming, boarding, and veterinary clinics. Currently, I serve as a large animal equine veterinary assistant. Living on a farm in the countryside, I don’t have any dogs or cats, which means your beloved pet will receive dedicated, personalized care. I have a very flexible open schedule to suit your needs of finding a pet boarder. I am available weekdays or weekends. We can communicate if there is any changes. Most of the pet parents I work with provide me with thorough instructions for caring for their pets. I encourage clients to arrange a meet-and-greet with me before their pet's stay to discuss all details and address any health concerns. Furthermore, I want the pets to feel completely at ease with both me and my home prior to their stay.
About: I have part-time pup named Teddie, who you can see in my photos. I cared for my parents' elderly dog for two months, and I occasional provide daily care for another friend's dog. I'm looking forward to making more pet connections, and I hope to meet your animal companions very soon! I'm a stay-at-home mom, so I have significant flexibility in my schedule. I will work with you to make sure all your pet's needs are met! I am happy to care for your pets at your home, or mine. We are best set up to care for dogs at our home, with easy access to our backyard and a longer, outdoor leash (no fence). My eleven-year-old enjoys animals as well, and he often scooters with me during doggie walks. I have experience with elderly dogs and anxious dogs.
“This is the second time I’ve booked with Don for doggy daycare. He sends photo and video updates throughout the day and takes time to ensure my dog is having fun at him home! There is lots of space for him to run and play outside. Don is the best when it comes to communicating and caring for my pup.”

About: Since childhood, I have been responsible for the care of various animals, including dogs, cats, and small animals of diverse species. Among these, dogs hold a special place in my heart as my favorite animal. As a full-time stay-at-home mother, I am constantly at home with my children and dogs. During the summer months, we thoroughly enjoy spending time outdoors. I have a spacious backyard that is not fenced in, but I have a long tie-out if needed for your furry friends. Your pets will be well cared for.
“This was a last minute need so it was great he could watch Cody with very short notice. Cody is an older dog and does not take change well, so it was fantastic he was excited to return the next day which means Cody really enjoyed his stay. Great care and communication! Cody was all smiles!”

About: Hi there, I’m Sarah! Thank you for stopping by my profile! I’m a proud U.S. Navy veteran who separated from the military in 2017. Growing up in a military family, I had the opportunity to live in 25 different states and 6 countries, which gave me a deep appreciation for people, cultures, and the incredible diversity of animals around the world. Those experiences helped shape my adaptable, compassionate personality and my love for caring for both people and animals. Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I’ve cared for everything from dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, reptiles, chickens, and goats to helping family members care for horses, cows, and other farm animals. Whether your pet has paws, feathers, or scales, I’m comfortable providing patient, attentive care tailored to their individual personality and needs. I currently have an older service dog named Basil and a senior cat named Dhara, so I understand firsthand how important it is to provide gentle care, consistency, and a calm environment—especially for older pets. If your pet stays with me, they’ll be welcomed into a peaceful home where they’ll receive plenty of love, attention, and supervision. One of the experiences I’m most proud of was spending two years training my service dog, Basil, through the ARF Pets for Vets program in Walnut Creek, California. That experience taught me a tremendous amount about canine behavior, positive reinforcement, communication, and building trust. It also strengthened my belief that every animal communicates in their own unique way, and I take the time to understand their body language so they feel safe, respected, and comfortable. Outside of pet care, I’m a freelance product designer and entrepreneur who enjoys creating new products, designing 3D models, and bringing ideas to life. I also love cooking, baking, traveling, exploring new places, and discovering local restaurants—I’m even an Elite Yelp reviewer, so you could say I enjoy finding the best hidden gems wherever I go! When caring for your pet, my goal is to make them feel like they’re part of the family. I know how difficult it can be to leave a beloved pet behind, so I strive to provide the same level of care, patience, and affection that I’d want for my own animals. What you can expect from me: • Personalized care based on your pet’s individual personality, routine, and needs. • Experience caring for a wide variety of companion and farm animals. • Daily photo, video, and text updates so you always know how your pet is doing. • A meet-and-greet before booking to make sure we’re a great fit. • Basic training guidance and positive reinforcement tips when appropriate. • A clean, calm, safe, and loving environment where your pet’s health, comfort, and happiness always come first. I understand that trusting someone with your pet is a big decision, and I truly appreciate that trust. I look forward to meeting you and your furry (or feathered or scaly!) family members and providing them with the same love and care I’d give my own. I work full-time Monday through Friday with every other Friday off. From 6 AM to 3 PM, but I can accommodate meet and greets throughout the week, including drop in visits on my lunch break. If I’m staying at a client’s home, I can easily plan my schedule around your pet’s needs, ensuring they receive consistent care and attention. I’m most available for extended services Friday through Sunday, so we can coordinate a schedule that works best to keep your furry, feathered, or scaly friend happy and comfortable. I prioritize safety, trust, and a comfortable environment for every pet in my care. In my home or a client’s home, I ensure the space is pet-proofed and free of hazards. I follow each pet’s routine to make them feel at ease, respecting their space and preferences. For new pets, I take the time to build trust through positive interactions and gentle introductions. If I’m caring for pets in my home, I create a calm, safe space with designated areas for eating, sleeping, and play. I supervise all interactions, especially with other animals, to ensure everyone's safety. I also maintain cleanliness, making sure litter boxes are scooped daily (or more frequently depending on the pet), food and water bowls are clean, and any medication needs are carefully followed. When staying in a client’s home, I respect their environment by keeping their pet’s routine consistent, and I ensure they have a safe, familiar space. I communicate regularly with pet owners to update them on their pet’s well-being and to address any concerns. My goal is to provide the same level of care, attention, and comfort in your home as I would in mine.
“My Jojo loved her stay with Maria today! I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. I appreciated all the timely communication- even before we arrived. Amazing service. Thank you so much!”

My experience includes daily walks, feeding routines, medication administration, enrichment activities, and plenty of affection to keep pets happy and relaxed while their families are away. I focus on creating a safe, calm environment so every pet feels comfortable, understood, and genuinely cared for. Pet care is a natural part of my weekly rhythm, especially since I work from home three days a week. On those WFH days, I’m able to offer flexible, consistent attention—perfect for pets who enjoy companionship, regular check‑ins, or a steady routine. I build feeding times, walks or play sessions, potty breaks, and general wellness checks around my work blocks, making sure pets get the care and interaction they need throughout the day. On the days I’m in the office, I plan visits intentionally to keep each pet’s routine stable. Whether it’s morning care, midday enrichment, or evening check‑ins, I make sure every pet gets predictable, comforting attention. When caring for pets in their home, I focus on keeping their routine, environment, and comfort exactly the way they’re used to. I follow the owner’s instructions closely—feeding schedules, walk times, play preferences, medication needs, and any household rules—so pets feel secure and stress‑free. I take time to learn each pet’s personality, whether they need extra play, quiet companionship, or a slow, gentle approach. I keep the home tidy and respectful, making sure food and water areas stay clean, litter boxes or potty routines are maintained, and any messes are handled right away. I also pay attention to small details like closing gates, locking doors, turning lights on or off as requested, and keeping the home feeling lived‑in and safe. Throughout the stay, I send updates and photos so owners always know how their pets are doing.
“Sarah was wonderful! She was incredibly patient with both my pup and me. He can be a bit anxious and isn’t used to being away from his family, but Sarah took the time to help him feel comfortable and secure enough to enjoy his walk. Her communication was excellent, and I felt confident that she would treat him with kindness and compassion!”

“Madalyn is consistent and flexible on scheduling walks! She was so kind to my dog when she realized he was scared of a thunderstorm! She sat with him and came back later to walk him when the storm was over.”

But if your cat prefers to nap together - or even ignore me entirely, I can do that, too!
About: I am an experienced and reliable pet and house sitter with a deep love and respect for all animals. I understand that leaving your pets and home in the care of someone else can be stressful, which is why I strive to provide the highest level of care and attention to ensure your peace of mind while you are away. I have over 4 years of professional pet sitting experience. In addition, I have had dogs my entire life. I have experience with some dog training, medication administration, puppy care, etc... I am a college student. I have a flexible schedule and I am able to accommodate last minute bookings as needed. I am available on weekends and weekdays. I am happy to follow any specific routines or instructions you have in place for your pets to ensure their comfort and well-being. In addition to caring for your pets, I also offer house sitting services such as bringing in mail, watering plants, and taking care of any other tasks that may need to be done while you are away. I understand that each and every pet is unique, with their own personality, needs, and preferences. From high energy dogs (and puppies), who love endless playtime to low energy dogs (and senior dogs), I've got you covered! Whether its daily walks, feeding routines, administering medications, or providing companionship, I'm committed to tailoring my services to suit your pets individual requirements. I approach each pet sitting opportunity with genuine love and affection for animals.
About: I've grown up with dogs and once I lived on my own, soon adopted 3 cats. I've had several dogs and cats throughout my life, loving them as my children. Every animal I meet melts my heart in their own special way and I fall in love every time. I would be honored to care for your fur [or scale!] baby/ies! I currently work part time at petco in the mornings mostly. I do have my own animals as well, but find myself also always wishing I had more. I have plenty of time and heart to give! I will feed your animal the directed amount in the directed time. I will play with your cat/dog several times throughout the day. For dogs, potty breaks every 2 hours minimum. And as many cuddles and hugs as they want!
About: I’ve always loved being around dogs and have a lot of hands on experience with different personalities and needs! I have a German Shepherd and a Boxer, so I’m very used to larger dogs, higher energy, and the kind of attention some dogs need to feel settled and happy. I’m very comfortable with dogs that are more anxious or take a little time to warm up, as well as seniors or pets that need medication or a more specific routine. I genuinely enjoy getting to know each pet and figuring out what makes them feel their best—it’s one of my favorite parts of doing this! My work from home schedule is pretty flexible, which makes it easy for me to work around what your pet needs. 🙂 I’m available mornings, mid-day, evenings, and overnights, including weekends. Pet care is already part of my daily routine, so I’m not rushing through visits. I make sure your pet gets real time, attention, and care! I keep things safe, simple, and easy for pets to settle into. I have a fully fenced yard where dogs can get outside time, and I always supervise while they’re out. Inside, things stay clean and calm, and I can give pets their own space if they need a break or some quiet time. I’m also certified in Pet First Aid & CPR, so I’m prepared if anything unexpected comes up—but most of all, I focus on making sure your pet feels comfortable and cared for the entire time!

“Kelley was great mom dog for our Golden Retriever Riley. She sent updates & photos during his stay & helped us out by keeping him an extra day when our flight was canceled. I would recommend her & would use her again.”

“Ganelle and her family were great. She was responsive and took great care of my Kena during our holiday break. She sent multiple pictures and updates during her stay. Would highly recommend Ganelle if you were looking for a sitter.”
“Highly recommend I never worry about my baby when Becky watches him. Tater is going to miss all of you when we move! Thank you so much for being the best sitter!”

“My dog Luna spent a week at Anna & George's home, which was her 1st time with a pet sitter. She did well, and I appreciated that Anna shared a couple photos during Luna's stay, which helped reassure me since it's a new relationship. Anna kept Luna's routine, including walks and some play time, and gave her lots of TLC.”

About: I've been taking care of pets since I was 8, it started with a cat and grew to dogs and snakes and more, working with animals is my dream job. I work factory Monday through Friday but Friday night into Sunday I am available for pet care. I have 2 cats and a dog at my own home, but I am more than happy to dog sit at others homes. I make sure my cats litter boxes are kept clean, I keep their food bowls filled, and I keep their water filled. I walk my dog a lot and I take her out every couple hours to use the bathroom.
