“Alisha and Nick were very nice and flexible the while time. They sent me pictures of my dog and updates about what they were up to the whole time. I definitely recommend them!”

“Highly recommend. Very responsive throughout booking process and with updates during our pets stay. Diego came home happy and exhausted from all the fun he had. Would definitely book with Alex again”
“I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Theo had so much fun with Karen and her family, and I loved the daily updates of their adventures! I highly recommend booking with Karen!”

“Incredibly positive experience! Abby and her family provided wonderful care for our Goose while we were away for a quick trip to the cities. Her genuine love for dogs was evident, and she went above and beyond to ensure our Goose's comfort and happiness, and sent us regular updates and photos to reassure us of that. I returned to a happy and well-cared-for pup, and would highly recommend her as a host for your dog! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Wonderful experience! Our babies have never stayed with anyone other than family so we were a little apprehensive. But Michelle was awesome! She was very good about sending pics and videos throughout the stay. Will definitely try to use her services again!”

“Nicole & Derek are the first Rover family we have ever booked with. They were very friendly and our dogs really seemed to enjoy their time playing with the family. We were so happy to receive photos and updates during our trip. Definitely made the time away bearable knowing they were in such good hands.”

“Thank you for taking such great care of Grizzly. He came home happy and tired. We loved receiving all of the updates and photos. We will definitely be reaching out the next time we need a dog sitter!”

“Jessica was wonderful with our lab Buddy. He was right at home with lots of cozy places to sleep, and she kept me from worrying by sending lots of updates and pictures. A true animal lover - thank you for taking care of our baby!”

“Georgie was a pleasure to work with and was genuinely interested in providing a great experience for our active puppy. I would certainly recommend her and plan on using her again in the future. Thanks Georgie!”

“Tricia took such amazing care of our golden retriever! She was flexible, attentive, and very great with communication. We received daily messages and pictures keeping us updated on how things were going. This was our first time “boarding” our dog and we are SO grateful we found Tricia and her amazing family to care for sweet Lady. Our dog had a little vacation of her own while we were away. We felt completely comfortable the whole time with no worries whatsoever! So grateful 🩷”

“Dylan and Whitney’s care of Dusty was phenomenal. They were able to take Dusty in on short notice and treated him so well. In addition, the communication and the speed of communication was always great and fast. Dylan sent us pics to help us while we were missing him. They were always a highlight of our day. We HIGHLY recommend Dylan!”

“Lisa is amazing! This was my first time using Rover and I was nervous about who I would find. Lisa and her boys are dog lovers that do Rover to get their dog fix since they travel and no longer have their own dog. She is a runner and Lola came back exhausted from the walks. I feel so lucky to have found Lisa and cannot recommend her enough!”

“Nicole and Josh are life savers and helped me with my dog Parker last minute while I was out of town. They are such kind and loving people and I can not appreciate them enough for the care they gave my dog. You guys are amazing!! Definitely recommend them to anyone”

“Molly was absolutely fantastic! First time using rover and we were worried about leaving them with someone other then family or friends and she made it so much easier. We love the fact that they send pictures and can message if they have any questions! You won’t go wrong with having Molly take care of your precious fur babies!”

“Alisha and Nicholas took wonderful care of my elderly cat! They sent us pictures and updates daily. They also filled bird feeders and kept bird baths full. I would highly recommend them!”
“Alex was great! He handled our high energy dog very well. Millie was a happy girl when we got home! He followed our instructions and I felt very comfortable that Millie would be well taken care of on the drop in visit. Would definitely recommend Alex!”

“Can't recommend Heidi highly enough. She took care of my two fur babies while I was on a business trip for work, and even went the extra mile of leaving the trash for pickup on trash day, and running me to the travel plaza for the shuttle pickup on the day I left. She stayed in constant communication with me and even checked on them late when we had a derecho come through the night after I left. I will definitely be requesting her to check in on my babies again the next time I have to travel for work. Unrelated but also notable - she takes professional-level pet photos that she includes in the daily check in cards. She missed her calling as a pet photographer!!”

“5 stars! Feels weird to rate a person on a star system, but….. I absolutely would recommend Annika. Very communicative, thorough and timely. Came home to a happy well cared for pet. 100 percent will book again next time I’m away.”

“Charlotte took great care of our elderly cats. She provided daily updates and pictures so we knew they were doing well and were very comfortable with her. Nice to come home to happy cats! Thank you!!”

About: Hi there! My name is Savannah, and I recently moved to the area! I grew up around dogs/cats of all kinds my whole life and have previous experience with dog sitting for friends while they were away on trips. I’ve also volunteered at my local animal shelter, where I spent time caring for and walking both dogs and cats. You don’t need to worry about traveling, as I have my own vehicle to travel. Because I work part time at a clinic, I’m available only afternoons and nights during the week. However, I'm available all day during the weekends. If you need a sitter, I would be unavailable to take them to my own house, but can stop in/stay at your place. Caring for an pet greatly depends on the pet themselves and the owner's desires. I love to play and be active with the animals if allowed. If a pet is older and doesn't like to be active for long, I enjoy just spending the quality time so they aren't lonely while their owner is away. I also always check in with the client about their pet's basic needs, such as how much they are fed and how often, how often they are let out, if there is any needs for any disabilities, etc.
About: My lifelong passion for animals began on our family’s organic dairy farm in Menomonie, Wisconsin, where I learned the dedication required to care for animals of all sizes. Over the years, we have opened our hearts and home to our friends' pets, gaining extensive hands-on experience with everything from energetic dogs to gentle bunnies. As a homeschool family, someone is almost always home to provide continuous love, attention, and structured care. We spend plenty of time outside so your pet will have lots of opportunities to exercise and spend time in the sun. Your pet will enjoy full access to our house and a large, securely fenced yard perfect for safe outdoor exploration. Located in a peaceful, dog-friendly neighborhood, we offer a warm, reliable, and attentive home-away-from-home where your pet will be treated like family.
“We returned from an extended weekend to find our cat mellow and looking as if he wondered where that fun guy went? Rory was a terrific cat sitter during his 'house sit', and we will definitely book him again.”

“This was my first time having to get my boys a sitter, but I was really glad to have found Michelle! They were immediately comfortable upon arrival and pick up and drop off were very easy. It was such wonderful being able to not have to stress about they’re comfort and safety while I was away. Thank you Michelle!”

About: i’ve always had such a soft spot in my heart for animals, even scaly friends too! I myself have had animals ranging from cats and dogs, to snakes to fish and rats.. and as you can imagine, they all require some very different needs! i ALWAYS make it my goal to care for each individual animal the best i can, after all they deserve it! I’d love to make taking care of your furry friends my main priority! I have open availability during the week and will be home all day with them, wether it’s your home or mine (: I do have 2 dogs of my own, so unfortunately i do not have availability for overnight stays. I always make it my biggest goal to let animals know how loved they are! I am willing to accommodate to you and your pets needs to ensure the safety of me, you, and your pet! My 2 dogs have me wrapped around their pinkies (toes? paws? 🤷🏻♀️) and i’d do anything to make sure they’re happy. I treat every dog in my care like my very own. I understand leaving your dog in the care of somebody else can be nerve-racking, especially if it’s in somebody else’s home. You worry about wether or not your sitter is going to leave them alone during the day, or if your sitter lives on a busy street, or if there’s a chance your dog gets loose.. i understand all of these! A home visit is a must and i’d be happy to show you where your furry friend will be staying, and what a typical day looks like!
“Karen and her family are absolutely wonderful! She gives us such piece of mind with her knowledge and experience with dogs. I’m an anxious dog mom and I have never once questioned the high quality of care she provides. Wonderful as always - she is our top choice of sitter!”

About: I’m a stay at home momma who can’t wait to have pawsome adventures with your pups! 😊🐶 I have experience in feeding, grooming, walking, administering medication, and ensuring a safe environment for dogs since childhood. This began with my family dogs, which taught me the importance of love and patience with our furry family members, and this mentality has continued into my adult life with my own pups. I am a stay at home momma so I have a lot of availability and flexibility all week long for boarding, daycare, check ins, etc.! I have a large yard with a friendly fur baby of my own to keep your pet company! I also have endless tough chewer toys to keep your pup’s tail wagging!
About: I’ve fostered dogs since I was in fourth grade, sometimes multiple at a time. Varying in size and age, sometimes cats as well as dogs. I am currently a junior at UWL and work an on campus job. I am going to school full time and my job does block off some of my time but I am willing to work my schedule around the fur babies. I live in the dorms so I will not be able to take the dogs into my home but I can easily take care of them in your home and easily crate if necessary. They will be provided with plenty of love and attention.
About: I have worked for roughly two years dog sitting for friends and family. Typically these have been in my own home - occasionally overnight. I have a fenced in back yard for my 3 dogs & 2 cats so I have experience with both :) I have complete availability currently, so my dog at home gets quite a lot of walks and park time. If possible, i also try to socialize him with people each day. Typically I take my dog to the dog park in the evening with a long walk in the morning. This works best for my dogs energy levels, but each dog is different. I am also trying to socialize my dog in public as he is a bit scared of humans so we try to hit some breweries here and there.
“She responded immediately to our last-minute request to take our dog for the day. She let us know what to expect and how she would feed Aggie. She was willing to keep her even longer than I requested, since we weren't sure when we would be back. She even offered to walk her out to the car under an umbrella during the storm! Aggie came back to us happy and tired out. I'm so glad we booked with Elizabeth W!”

About: Hi there! I am an avid animal lover with 17 years of experience caring for cats and dogs of all personalities, breeds, ages, and energy levels. I have had 4 dogs and 3 cats of my own, 12 foster dogs (not at the same time!) and have cared for many animals through Rover. I offer drop-in and dog walk services in the Hudson/Stillwater area. I work remote and have plenty of flexibility and availability to help fill in when you want a little help caring for your fur family. No upcharges for holidays either! Whether in your home, in your yard, or out and about, the safety of you pet, and their needs are top priority. I have engaged in a variety of dog training courses with my own dog so have no problem maintaining the rules you have in place for you animal/s.
About: I've been around animals my whole life. I have a cat and have had several different dogs. I even fostered dogs for a summer. I'm now divorced and have my kids half the time. My work is flexible and I can add in dog care as needed throughout the day. I homeschool my boys when I have them and work delivery jobs when I don't. My work is very flexible so I can make time for per care any time. I live in town with a small yard. It works best to come to your home as it's most familiar for the animal. My home is a good size but has close neighbors. You can find my personal pet sitting page called Jessica's Pet Sitting on Facebook.
“Jessica and her family are amazing hosts. They were easy to coordinate with and took great care of our senior husky. We will be rebooking with them in the future if they’ll have Cricket!”

“This was the first time we used Rover. We left Gunner for a daycare day to start. Carolyn and Kristopher were great with Gunner. Carolyn wrote down all the details of Gunner’s normal routine and his particular needs. He came home very tired which was a win. We will be using them again in February for a longer stay. So thankful we found such wonderful people to leave him with.”

“Stella had her first doggie daycare experience with John and his family! We wanted her to not have to spend all day in a crate and get some good social time in with other people and dogs. They sent lots of pictures to let us know about the fun she was having! She had a fantastic time and was exhausted when she came home. She is already looking forward to the next time she goes back!”

“Giovana and her family were so wonderful with Skye. I couldn’t have asked for a better puppy sitter. Thank you so much for treating Skye like he was part of your family. If I need a sitter again, hopefully you are available. 😁”

About: I have never not had a dog…or multiple!😊 I’ve grown up with Labrador Retrievers. With that being said, I can handle the chewing, the energy, the hours of stimulation, and the endless snuggles! I have raised multiple puppies into adulthood, with two currently being my own! From potty training to tricks, to walking on a leash, I have done it all! I also have had family dogs that’s we have had until 12-14 years old that have required special needs due to age. I am a nurse who once wanted to become a vet so I am super flexible from an experience standpoint!😊 I am a night shift nurse who works just a couple days a week! With that being said, my schedule is flexible and I’m almost always home! We are extremely active people who go on multiple walks a day, and I typically run a couple miles a week as well! Weather permitting, we are outside 95% of the time. My dogs are always enjoying the sun on our large deck that overlooks our woods, outside running in the woods, or playing fetch in the yard. We have 2 young and friendly labradors who love to play and meet new friends! We own 2 acres, half of it being woods with trails! This would be for the guests who have a great recall or have halo collars😊 For the ones who struggle a little more with recall, we have a 3 car garage with a doggy door to go in and out of a fenced in area (in pictures)! Also a large deck to catch some rays on, as well as plenty and plenty of walks! I want your pup(s) to feel as comfortable as possible and never want to leave😊 I am extremely flexible and want to stick to their routine as much as possible!

“Cate and Tim are awesome! They agreed to a quick meet and greet the day before watching Riley so when I dropped her off for the day she was right at home at their place. Riley made herself right at home and had lots of fun with the end result being a happy worn out pup. I got updatesnduring the day and great pictures of Riley that I could see that she was having a good time. I would definitely habe Cate and Tim watch Riley whenever I'm back in the area and need a sitter!”

About: I’ve had dogs in my life for as long as I can remember—everything from energetic Labs to laid-back Basset Hounds, plus a rescue puppy that I personally helped train and grow into a well-behaved companion. From basic training and leash manners to patience with shy or stubborn pups, I’ve learned that every dog is unique and deserves personalized attention. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and personalities, and I genuinely enjoy building trust and creating a positive, fun experience for them every time we’re together. Whether your dog needs a quick potty break, a long adventure walk, or just some extra love while you’re busy, I treat every walk like it matters—because it does. I tailor each visit to your dog’s personality, pace, and needs, making sure they feel safe, stimulated, and happy every step of the way. You’ll get regular updates, photos, and peace of mind knowing your furry friend is in caring, responsible hands. I follow all instructions closely—whether that’s feeding schedules, walk times, medication, or any specific habits your pet is used to. During visits, I make sure your pet gets plenty of attention, exercise, and affection, not just the basics. I keep their environment clean, refresh water bowls, and make sure they’re safe and comfortable before I leave. I’m also mindful of your home, treating it with respect and keeping everything just as I found it.

About: Hi there! I'm a lifelong animal lover with hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages and abilities through volunteering and pet sitting. While I’ve only formally trained my own dogs, I’ve gained plenty of real-world knowledge by working with everything from energetic puppies to sweet senior pups who need a gentler touch. I'm patient, reliable, and genuinely passionate about making pets feel loved, safe, and happy while their humans are away. Whether it's a long walk, some playtime, or just quiet cuddles, I tailor my care to each pet’s needs—because every animal deserves to feel at home, even when they’re not! I work full time but fully remote from my home office so I am available for morning, lunch, or after work walks or feeds when you are rushing to get to work or travel. I typically do not care for pets in my own home as my dog is picky about which dogs are around and I don't want to put anyone at risk. I am happy to come to you!
About: I’ve worked at a dog kennel for almost 4 years, so I know how to take care of dogs! I’d love to help you with your pets! I have a 4 year old pitbull of my own I’ve been taking care of for the past 3 years! I work at a dog kennel everyday and help take care of lab puppies from birth- 8 weeks old I have a fenced in yard and a very friendly pitbull/bulldog mix that loves to play and meet new friends and would love to keep your dog company
About: The two loves of my life were my dog, Abby, and my dog Bronx. Abby was a Siberian husky and Bronx a 15” lemon beagle. Bronx was part of my life for 20 years and just recently passed. I honestly can’t imagine a life without animals in it, and one day I wanna be able to reflect back on my life, knowing that I did as much as I could to help as many animals as possible, which is why becoming a part of ROVER is so appealing. I have an incredibly flexible work schedule that will enable me to schedule my work hours around my hours caring for animals. I truly believe that animals are every bit as important as we are, and I think pet owners will be able to rest easy, leaving their pets in my care, knowing that their health and safety will be of the utmost importance to me! I have a two-story condo that they would be able to spend most of their time in with me. I also have a heated garage that I’ve converted into a safe and comfortable area for animals to play in. In addition to that, I live in Woodbury, literally surrounded by parks, full of walking paths that will be ideal for a dogs exercise. One thing I would like pet owners to know is that I’m not doing this for the money, I’m doing this because I’m newly single and alone and can’t think of anybody better to spend my time with than animals in need. I wouldn’t just be some dog watcher, I would be their friend that plays with them and loves being with them.

About: I have always had dogs in my life. From a black lab hunting dog, to an elderly chihuahua, and a puppy Siberian husky! I currently have two cats (mama & kitty) that I rescued from a foster home. Pets are the best!! I’m a retired US Air Force officer, so I have a lot of flexibility. I enjoy walking and taking my grand-dogs to the dog park. I’m home a lot because I’m retired from the military, so I have a ton of flexibility. So, I can spend a lot of time with your pet.

“Heidi took such good care of my dog for a long weekend. She got plenty of exercise and play time I got updates every day which I loved. Definitely will be having Heidi watch my dog again.”

“Casandra is so great with our pups. She has taken care of our elder bichon and our puppy and now teenaged cavapoo. The dogs love her and her family and they take such great care with them. She and her family spend lots of time outdoors and playing with the pups and snuggling too. They always come home happily worn out. Cannot recommend enough!”

“This was our Sophie’s first overnight stay at a boarding home (Sophie is 9 months old). I love that she was exposed to a farm home setting with other dogs, cats, cows, and a family that included kids for her to play with. Socialization was important to us, and I am happy to say that Sophie came home tired and happy, and I am sure will be ready to visit Katie and her family again in the near future. Thank you, Katie, for making this a positive experience for our pup.”
