“I had never boarded my dog before but felt totally comfortable with Penny. She has an easy and calming personality. She listened intently and asked great questions. Penny sent pictures of him for me. Nash attached himself to her quickly and I could tell he was well taken care of. I will use her again.”

“Mark is phenomenal. He took amazing care of our dog Mia. He took her for multiple walks a day. Played with her, and loved her as her own. He sent us multiple pictures and videos everyday so we didn’t miss a thing. We will definitely be booking with him again. It was a 10 out of 10 experience.”

“Gretchen and Tim were wonderful with Sam, our Goldendoodle. Photos and updates were sent often and they kept him busy. Sam is known for not eating when we’re gone so imagine our surprise when he heard he was eating!! Our Sam is a member of the family and I would highly recommend Gretchen and Tim!”

“Rob & Kris took wonderful care of our girls during our Christmas vacation. Loved seeing pictures of them enjoying their doggie vacation and getting snuggles while we were away. It was great knowing the girls were in good hands!”

“We were visiting the Rhinelander, WI area and decided last-minute to go snowmobiling. We were so grateful that Jessica was willing to take our last-minute booking! She took wonderful care of our dog, Anokha, and sent us timely photo updates that really gave us peace of mind so we could enjoy our trip knowing he was safe and happy. Since this is a pretty remote area with not many Rover sitters, we feel lucky we found such a star sitter. Highly recommend Jessica!”

About: I love big dogs, especially horses. I grew up taking in all the stray animals that were dumped on our road and finding homes for them. Being around any animal is my happy/safe place. I have 2 rescue horses that are like my children, I have one energetic dog, and one very loving cat, along with a bunch of chickens, one turkey, and two ducks. I want to go to school to be a large/small animal veterinarian. Caring and helping animals is my passion that I want to fulfill, I treat any animal with the loving care and kindness they deserve. I currently take care of my two rescue horses, consistently training them on a daily basis. I feed, and brush my cat on a daily, and feed, walk, and play with my dog daily. I have experience caring for my own pets and understand the importance of keeping animals safe, happy, and comfortable. I provide regular feeding, fresh water, exercise, playtime, and lots of attention. I follow all owner instructions carefully and make sure pets are supervised and cared for as if they were my own.

“Mackenzie is truly a ‘cat whisper’, as Sydney doesn’t warm up to many people. She was able to coax her out of her hiding place ‘under the bed’ to administer her daily medication, Sydney noting her gratitude by purrrs!”

“My little terrier can be a handful but Courtney managed to win his heart very quickly. He was so happy to see her every day! He has some health conditions she managed very well and also gave me updates each visit. Courtney is kind, professional and trustworthy. I trusted her wholeheartedly with my pup in her care. You could not go wrong in choosing her as a caregiver for your fur baby.”

I am able to move my schedule around to be fully available for your pet if needed, you would have to give me at least a week in advance. About: Thank you for considering me to take care of your animals! I just moved up to northern Wisconsin from Austin, Texas a handful of months ago and am looking to develop new customer relationships. I have 20 + years of experience with dogs and also volunteered on and off at Austin Animal Center in the dog enrichment program. I was heavily active on Rover prior to Covid. Following that, I had a good core group of animals through repeat customers and did not offer Rover services as often. I love dogs, cats, well...most animals in general! I feel more of a connection with them than I do with most humans. I currently live with 2 small dogs and an indoor/outdoor cat. When I watch your dogs, I do so as I'd want someone else to watch mine and will definitely give them all the love and attention they deserve and have their best interests at heart. I look forward to meeting you and my future fur friends. My current schedule is very flexible, so I should be able to work with you to customize care based on you and your animals needs. I am comfortable with whatever plans and routines you have in place for your animals and would like for me to follow while I am watching them.

“Jayne was so great with our pets while we were on vacation! She made sure everyone was fed, cleaned up and played with while she visited. Definitely recommended and would book her again for sure :)”

“Katie is absolutely amazing! We have never used a pet sitter before and were nervous to find someone that we could trust. We could not have hoped for a more thoughtful, considerate, loving person to watch our cat, Jellyfish. She cared for her so well we were nervous Jelly would want to leave us for her. Lol! We are already planning to work with her again. She is worth every penny!”

“Jordan did a fantastic job of dropping in on my kitty while I was away. She had great communication and promptly replied to messages. She administered meds for my kitty with no problem, and even did a couple of extra things like bring in my mail and water my plants. I highly recommend her services and look forward to booking with her again.”

About: I’m a retired teacher, mom of 4 grown children, and Nana of 5 youngsters! Before going back to teaching, I worked for several years at a local veterinarian. We’ve had dogs as members of our family for 25 years, ranging in size from 10-105#. Our mini dachshund just passed and we are now “dogless”. While having them, it was always difficult to travel because I wouldn’t board them. We’d love to care for your dog as we did for ours. We live at the end of a road outside of Eagle River with little to no traffic. Although we’d love to have another dog of our own, we’ve decided to do some traveling, which can be difficult with animals. Our daughter has just moved and taken her two cats with her, so we are missing pets! As I said, I’m a retired teacher, so my time is your dog’s time. There are times When we travel to Atlanta to babysit our grandkids ,but we always know in advance. I require your dog to be leashed while I care For him, unless we have discussed otherwise We have so much room to walk paths and areas in good weather.
“Jordan took the best care of Bailey while we were on vacation!! The communication was great and all of the pictures and updates were appreciated. We will definitely use Jordan again!!”
