“After interviewing multiple Rover sitter candidates for my senior beagle, Flash, I selected Anu and her family. Anu has a very nice house situated on a large lot, located in a quiet subdivision. Anu provided excellent communication via texts and pictures on how Flash was settling in like he was part of the family. Flash wasted no time in finding the sunny places to nap and even took over their own dog's bed at times. After a 10-day road trip, I returned, expecting an emotional reunion with Flash but he was nonchalant and that has never happened before. We left our sweet Piper with Krystal for a week and Piper seemed to adjust well and was in good spirits when we picked her up. About: I have worked with numerous animals since I was 5 years old. I have owned chickens, rabbits, horses, dogs, and cats my entire life. I am a 4-H leader where I teach children how to train dogs and I help them show and prepare their animals at fair. I also show my own animals at the fair. Additionally, I have pet sat for numerous family members over the years as well as friends. I will always be there for your pet and I will make sure they are well taken care of and loved just like they are my own. I am a teacher who is currently on summer break. So my schedule is pretty open during the summer and I have a lot of availability. During the school year, most of my weekends are free as well as when we have breaks. I am flexible and willing to make things work for you! I live on a little hobby farm with my husband. I have 3 dogs and 3 cats who are very friendly. I have everything needed in my home to take care of a dog including a kennel if needed as well as tie outs. We have a lake that is 5 minutes from our house and if your dog loves to swim, I would be happy to take them. I take my dogs all over in the summer and I would make sure your pet gets a lot of attention and exercise as well. Additionally, we have a huge barn and fenced in pasture as well as rabbit hutches in the barn and a chicken coop! Whatever animal you have they can be comfortable at my property. Additionally, if you feel better about your animal staying at home, I am happy to accommodate to that as well.

About: My family and I had a dog of our own for about 13 years during my childhood, allowing me to gain experience in feeding, training, and walking dogs. Now that she has sadly passed away, I would love to give other pets the same love I am no longer able to give to my own pet. I currently work part-time and have plenty of time to smother your pets with my love! Late mornings and early afternoons are the times that typically work best for me, but I am flexible and willing to try anything! I will only allow pets that are fine being outside because my house does not allow pets indoors. About: After being an elementary teacher for the last 15 years I have decided to stay home and join Rover while my kids are in school! I will of course be available after school and weekends too! About: Please read the entire profile. I did grow up with a Dalmatian dog. My dad was a firefighter, and came home with Pepper Christmas morning. My sister had a mini goldendoodle. I would stop daily after work around 3:45pm to play and take walks. I took a separation package from my employer 5/1/25 and now would like to offer walks, daycare, drop in visits and boarding . With boarding, For larger dogs, they WILL be crated at night. Your dog will be crated when I play pickleball in the mornings. I do have a crate(s). Please note if sending a request there may be a delay in responding due to pickleball between 9:30 - 12:30 approximate times. I currently have two dog walking appointments from 11:45am -2:00pm Monday-Thursday. Your pet will be in a kennel during this time. Having retired 5/1/25, I have the time to provide loving care, playtime and walks with your pet. I will provide pictures and updates to you. No fence but can play fetch in the front/backyard or take your dog to dog park if they are ok with it. Please provide details or special needs. I work second shift (3-11pm) M-F so check ins would work best for those days. About: I've had dogs my entire life they've always been more like siblings to me than pets. Right now I have an Australian Shepherd and a German Shepard, I love them very much but now that I've moved out of my parents house I don't see them every single day and im missing some pet love!! After a 10-day road trip, I returned, expecting an emotional reunion with Flash but he was nonchalant and that has never happened before. We left our sweet Piper with Krystal for a week and Piper seemed to adjust well and was in good spirits when we picked her up. About: I have worked with numerous animals since I was 5 years old. I have owned chickens, rabbits, horses, dogs, and cats my entire life. I am a 4-H leader where I teach children how to train dogs and I help them show and prepare their animals at fair. I also show my own animals at the fair. Additionally, I have pet sat for numerous family members over the years as well as friends. I will always be there for your pet and I will make sure they are well taken care of and loved just like they are my own. I am a teacher who is currently on summer break. So my schedule is pretty open during the summer and I have a lot of availability. During the school year, most of my weekends are free as well as when we have breaks. I am flexible and willing to make things work for you! I live on a little hobby farm with my husband. I have 3 dogs and 3 cats who are very friendly. I have everything needed in my home to take care of a dog including a kennel if needed as well as tie outs. We have a lake that is 5 minutes from our house and if your dog loves to swim, I would be happy to take them. I take my dogs all over in the summer and I would make sure your pet gets a lot of attention and exercise as well. Additionally, we have a huge barn and fenced in pasture as well as rabbit hutches in the barn and a chicken coop! Whatever animal you have they can be comfortable at my property. Additionally, if you feel better about your animal staying at home, I am happy to accommodate to that as well.
