She was willing to both pickup and dropoff, which made the whole process so much easier for our vacation. Erica sent frequent pictures and videos and kept us updated to our dog's situation. She was also open about how her pet sitting style was approached in her home and property. In addition, it was quite apparent that the dogs they sat would have plenty of outside exercise, love and attention, as well as freedom to be a dog. Lydia loved romping around in the snow, lying in front of their fire place, and interacting with their dogs. We also learned that our dog is pretty corteous to cats, but very interested. Their four acres of land and stream are a definite amenity to an active dog's lifestyle. He doesn't spend a lot of time around other dogs and recently was attacked while walking, so I was initially worried about how he would do with their dogs, but theirs are well trained and he fit into the pack quite easily, it seems. They understood his caution, given what he had been through, and they undertook appropriate precautions when exposing him to their dogs and others. In general, it seemed like a good experience for everyone and he made a couple more dog friends! I will definitely be a return (and repeat) customer.”

About: I have always been an avid animal-lover. From childhood into adulthood, I have owned and cared for a variety of pets, including dogs, cats, small mammals, reptiles, birds & fish. My family & I currently share our home with two dogs, a bearded dragon, a Russian tortoise, & a ball python. I have several years of professional work experience in animal care (zoo, kennel care, walking, basic grooming) and wildlife / parks & recreation—both of which are relevant. I enjoy the outdoors and keeping all of our furry (& scaly) friends happy. I will board dogs, small mammals, reptiles & birds in my home! Upon request, I can do drop-in visits for cats or exotic animals within a 15 mile radius. I am currently a stay-at-home mom & so my schedule allows me to be at home majority of the time. If I need to leave the house, it’s never for more than a couple of hours. I have a large four-story home, which provides amble space for pets to play or to be separated if need be. I utilize crates for dogs who need or prefer it. Our yard is unfenced, so I use slip leads and tie-out cables for potty time.

Always a concern of mine when I had to go away for any period of time and so am empathetic to that type of worry and concerns. I can also offer overnights, my home or yours, and negotiable for longer periods. I grew up with dogs so am not intimidated by even the large types, but will need to overnight at your home if the dog is over 40lbs. I have a small female franchie that loves other dogs, cats and people. I work from home most days so can have your dog at my place while you work or are out. My frenchie goes out every 4-5 hours, working from home makes that more convenient. If your dog needs to go out more often it is no problem. My dog is also not allowed to have food constantly, she is fed 3 times a day and sometimes a treat or two, mainly to control her allergies. I have an apartment, the bedroom has carpet but the rest of the apartment does not so I keep my frenchie out of bedroom due to her allergies. If you have a dog with allergies I am familiar with medications and anything else you might need. I have 6 years of experience specific to the bully breed and 10 years or more with other breeds. I prefer that you can drop your dog off with me but can discuss if you need me to pick them up. I also can only take one animal at a time daily.

About: Hi there! My name is Michelle and Ive been a pet owner since I was a child. My family always had dogs, cats, pocket pets, and the occasional tarantula. Im the niece of a large animal veterinarian whose clinic I volunteered at after school and summers. Currently my husband and I are owned by a Labrador Retriever and an English Setter. I'm an active and aware professional photographer and personal trainer and I enjoy getting dogs out on the trails, socializing, training- you name it! About: Growing up with a variety of animals really gave me the compassion and love I have for animals now. Also, it gave me the skill I need to be able to take care of and provide for the different species of animals there are out there. Mostly, it was dogs and cats but I do have experience in caring for hamsters and bunnies. I love to go walking/hiking just to be outside and getting fresh air so i have no problem going on walks. I’m completely comfortable with our furry friends being on my furniture, I know not everybody is but mi casa es su casa. I am a veterinarian technician with my A.A.S. degree and I plan to open up my own business one day whether it be a dog boarding place of my own or my very own shelter/rescue. About: At one time, we were breeders of Champion Golden Retrievers, and have raised many a pup, from small to large breeds. From Bernese to Yorkies, we love them all! Our furbabies are a Shorkie and Shih Tzu who are well behaved and make great hosts and playmates! Large pastures and trails on which to walk, so lots of exercise. Our canine guests will receive lots of love and attention! They will be welcome in our house if well-behaved, and treated like one of the family during their stay. We have excellent references from previous guests and do our best to make sure our every guest feels right at home. We follow all care guides given by our guests owners, including giving meds and treats as owner provides us. I or my husband are home with our guest dogs during stays. Our guests get lots of attention and care. We want to care for them as they are used to being cared for at home. We have a fenced yard. We back up to mikes of hiking trails for walks and runs always on leash. We walk 3-4 times a day or as often as match the home life of our guests. They are cared for in our home and integrated into being cared for as part of our family with 2 little welcoming fur babies.

About: Hi there! I’m Destiny & have owned an array of furry friends over the years. I have never NOT had a pup and have owned many different breeds. Currently I own cattle dogs- an Aussie named Marley and Heeler/Collie mix named Sadie. They are 4, I trained them myself & they are extremely well behaved and socialized. I offer boarding, day care, dog walking, and can bathe your pup before returning them home to you. I can also pick up and drop off when needed. I can also house sit and pup sit if that is your need/comfortability as well. I am up for & encourage meet & greets before bookings if you would like to meet myself, the pups and/or see the house and our setup before hand! I work during the normal school year as a nursing instructor. I am off during the summer and am home FULL TIME to dedicate ALL of my time & attention to the fur babies! I promise your baby will be tuckered out, loved on and well fed (to your instructions of course!) Boarding at my home: safety is my top priority with animal to animal interaction and human to animal interaction. If pups need more alone time/privacy, they can be housed separately from my dogs at all times as we have multiple access points from our home to our fenced in yard and gate sectioning in our house. I do walks daily with them and am outside with them as well for the majority of the day. Our fenced in yard has a dog pool and I have BUCKETS of toys for them to play with! If your pup leans toward the spicier side & is more protective when it comes to their toys, food, or water please let me know and separation accommodations can be made, no problem. All breeds are different and each pup is different. I can also give medications topically, orally, injections etc. I can provide hourly updates through text, video call, phone calls, whatever you would like! At minimum I send a daily update. In your home: as a nurse, safety is always my top priority. I am also extremely clean and organized. I can maintain your daily routine with your pup so they don’t miss much while you are away. Again, meet and greets I encourage so you and especially your pup are comfortable meeting me and being in your home. I’ll be their make-shift auntie while you are away! Whatever update/care you want them to have, you got it- even FaceTime dates so you don’t have to miss them much.
