About: Hi there! My name is Savannah, and I recently moved to the area! I grew up around dogs/cats of all kinds my whole life and have previous experience with dog sitting for friends while they were away on trips. I’ve also volunteered at my local animal shelter, where I spent time caring for and walking both dogs and cats. You don’t need to worry about traveling, as I have my own vehicle to travel. Because I work part time at a clinic, I’m available only afternoons and nights during the week. However, I'm available all day during the weekends. If you need a sitter, I would be unavailable to take them to my own house, but can stop in/stay at your place. Caring for an pet greatly depends on the pet themselves and the owner's desires. I love to play and be active with the animals if allowed. If a pet is older and doesn't like to be active for long, I enjoy just spending the quality time so they aren't lonely while their owner is away. I also always check in with the client about their pet's basic needs, such as how much they are fed and how often, how often they are let out, if there is any needs for any disabilities, etc.

About: Ive had cats and dogs my whole life. I just lost my dog last year after 14 years with him so being the home is empty, I thought I'd try this. I work during the week but I can make things work if needed. otherwise, weekends I'm always around. My daily work schedule is 7 am to 5 pm but evenings are free or if anyone needs help letting the animal out on the way home, I'm pretty flexible. I dont have close neighbors to add any intimidation to any pets and my yard is large to go on walks around it within my own property rather than walking down roads and what not.

I closely supervise all interactions and work to make sure every pet feels comfortable and secure. If your dog is crate-trained or needs to be crated, I can accommodate that as well. Dogs are welcome on our couches and, if that’s what they’re used to at home, they’re welcome to sleep on the bed at night, too. I bathe my dog about every other month. We have a routine in the morning with a walk before breakfast. Sometimes a walk around lunch time and another one after work is done. About: The two loves of my life were my dog, Abby, and my dog Bronx. Abby was a Siberian husky and Bronx a 15” lemon beagle. Bronx was part of my life for 20 years and just recently passed. I honestly can’t imagine a life without animals in it, and one day I wanna be able to reflect back on my life, knowing that I did as much as I could to help as many animals as possible, which is why becoming a part of ROVER is so appealing. I have an incredibly flexible work schedule that will enable me to schedule my work hours around my hours caring for animals. About: I have worked for roughly two years dog sitting for friends and family. Typically these have been in my own home - occasionally overnight. I have a fenced in back yard for my 3 dogs & 2 cats so I have experience with both :) I have complete availability currently, so my dog at home gets quite a lot of walks and park time. If possible, i also try to socialize him with people each day. Typically I take my dog to the dog park in the evening with a long walk in the morning. This works best for my dogs energy levels, but each dog is different. I am also trying to socialize my dog in public as he is a bit scared of humans so we try to hit some breweries here and there.
About: I have taken care of various different pets ranging in various different breeds and ages. I have grown up on a farm and come with a very good work ethic! I have lots of flexibility with your needs and have experience with all different types of dogs! From anxiety to sick and elderly I have taken care of various different needs for pets and would be honored to accommodate your needs for your pets to! I currently attend school at the university of Wisconsin River Falls so day by day my schedule varies with my classes. But I can easily run to your house between classes. My weekends are usually very open, I do work a part time job but it’s very light hours with flexibility. I have lots of experience of giving medication to dogs and doing any special needs for them. I am more than comfortable walking or letting your dog out. I can also crate them if needed.

The one caution is if you leave your dog there for too many days, they might end up not wanting to come back home. If you have a doodle and need a sitter, you’re doing your dog a disservice if you choose anyone else! 11/10 recommend.”
