Weekends, I will be home more to play and cuddle. I work outside of home during the week, but in the evenings I will have lots of time to play and have fun. If you have a crate, I would love for you to bring it for the dog. This way, if I am sitting with multiple pets while I'm gone, they are safe. Also, I will always have a leash in my complex.

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was a freshman in high school. I used to let out my neighbors dogs and watch peoples cats whenever they needed someone and I was available. I’m currently only working part time so I’m looking for something to do on the side! I have plenty of extra time right now to take care of some pets! I will update my calendar as to my availability at least every 2 weeks. I can accommodate 1 or 2 dogs only on the weekends. But, in your home I will respect everything. About: I have been raised with dogs my entire life. I have cared for my own dogs, as well as friend and family's dogs. Growing up we had many dogs in our home, small to large, puppies to elderly, and have cared for them. I also have 4 dogs of my own and we have had 3 litters of AKC purebred puppies. I am most available for boarding as I do work during the day on weekdays but we are happy to have dogs come and have someone to let them out frequently during the day until I get home if needed. We do have lots of baseball games for our 3 boys so will need to pop in and out at times. Otherwise I am available for boarding most days of the week, unless out of town for activities for our 3 boys. I have a fenced yard and 4 friendly and active dogs: 3 German Shorthaired Pointers (ages 7, 5.5 and 2) and a Corgi (age 3). Our boys are ages 12, 10 and 7.

We will need to schedule around our work during the week, but our weekends are usually open! I give all animals the amount of affection and time they need. An animal will tell you how much or little attention they would like, you can hear it through their reaction to you. Patience is always a must. I have taught my daughter this as well. About: What sets me apart? When your pet is in my care (at my home or your own), I make them my priority from start to finish and treat them like my own. When guest dogs are staying in my home I sleep with them in our spare bedroom (no kenneling at night or during the day unless you request I do so) and if I'm house sitting you can rest assured that I will leave your home and pets as good or better than I found them. I never charge extra for walks, playing fetch, taking them on a car ride, or doing an activity they enjoy. I want your pet to feel like they're on vacation, too :) When I'm house sitting for a client I aim to be there the entire time, and since I work remotely (as long as you have quality wi-fi) I am able to work from your home - this means your pet gets even more time and attention, and if I do have to leave it will only be for a very short period and I will communicate this to you prior. If you do not need/want me there 24/7 we can discuss and adjust price based on what we agree upon during our meet and greet. For awareness, dogs and cats are kept separate in our home. We do this for safety :) There is an underground fence for our dogs and this is an option if your dogs are collar trained. If not, no problem - I am happy to take pets out on a leash. Safety is my top priority, so I will strictly follow the instructions given for your pet(s). When it comes to inside the home, I will closely monitor all play/interactions and if needed, I will separate and/or give primarily 1 on 1 time with your pet if that is what they require. Please note: if you live more than 45 miles from my address I do charge a 1x flat fee of $50.00 while house sitting.
