About: I have been taking care of animals since I was a kid. Whether that was our family pets, random stray cats, family/friend’s/neighbor’s cats & dogs, or lost or dumped pets, I was always the one to help. I have taken care of dogs ranging from Schnauzers, Beagles, Australian Shepards, to King German Shepards, including senior dogs as well. Two years ago I also adopted my dog, Eugene, who is a mix of Australian Shepard, Cattle Dog, Border Collie, & Collie. Being those breeds he is a very high energy guy so I am constantly taking him on walks, hikes, swims, and working on training him on the agility course. Adopting him has given me a lot more insight on the different ways dogs express themselves and how to work with them based on their own personalities and triggers. Not only have I taken care of various dogs and cats, I have also cared for fish, crabs, geckos, a ferret, hamsters, and even sea turtles! I am currently taking a break from my job to focus on my health so I will have availability most days. I was traveling constantly for work, but am now full time work from home. When I lived in another state for work, I did pet care as a part time job with private clients weekly. I grew to absolutely love it and would love to get established back in Wisconsin. I grew up with dogs, cats, and cows my entire life - being raised on a farm. I do live in an apartment, BUT, I am right next to the walking trail in River Prairie (the loop). I would be more than happy to go on as many walks as needed, and enjoy some sunshine with your fur baby! So do not worry, they can be outside as much or little as you’d like. I am open to care of all animals, all sizes, and all ages. If wanted, I visit my family farm quite often where we have extensive yard and land to run on. About: I have worked for roughly two years dog sitting for friends and family. Typically these have been in my own home - occasionally overnight. I have a fenced in back yard for my 3 dogs & 2 cats so I have experience with both :) I have complete availability currently, so my dog at home gets quite a lot of walks and park time. If possible, i also try to socialize him with people each day. Typically I take my dog to the dog park in the evening with a long walk in the morning. This works best for my dogs energy levels, but each dog is different. I am also trying to socialize my dog in public as he is a bit scared of humans so we try to hit some breweries here and there.

Senior care experience. I work from my home so I am available to give meals and potty breaks continuously throughout the day. I have a very flexible schedule. My back yard is fenced in.I will not sit pitbulls or other aggressive breeds. On days where the temp is hot, I will take dogs out once an hour for just 10 minutes to avoid heat related illness. Also on hot days, water bowls will be in each room that a dog chooses to be in. During the winter I have pee pads outside for the comfort and safety of a dog's feet.

I am able to provide your pet with whatever service they need, ranging from making sure they have enough food and water to taking them on walks and providing them with entertainment! I am available for dog walking and drop-ins before 5pm on Mondays, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, and after 5pm Tuesdays and Thursdays. As for house-sitting, I am available most days as long as your pet is okay with being alone for a few hours! I attend in-person classes Tuesdays and Thursdays, but would have an hour or two to come back to the house to check in! I currently do not offer doggy day care in my own home, but I will be able to keep your dogs company at their respective homes. About: They say to do what you love and make a career out of it. I’m just grateful my career gets to be with dogs. I currently work at a doggy daycare/boarding facility in the area, so I am certified with dog and cat behaviors and have seen the ups and downs of our fur babies, and I am still standing here happy to tell you all about their stay/session. I have also grown up with working farm dogs and have gone on to own a Great Pyrenees who isn’t quite a working dog but sure does “work” like one. Thank you for reading through my short history and I am super excited to update this with my accomplishments to come! Pet care for me starts at dawn lol My pups come for cuddles and a potty break first sight of my eyes opening. Most of the time this does align with my schedule in the 6 am timeframe. Our family does always thankfully have one person home at all times, so while kennels are still utilized in our home for various situations, your pups can expect to stay in a home environment while here :) While I personally do not have a yard, my family does own large pasture fields and hills that we will typically walk daily. These colder seasons do affect how often we go out due to the snow and unplowed hills. However in that safe weather we make it a main priority to keep active with our pups to maintain a healthy and long life for them. Safety is priority number one. Thankfully my family is pretty much set up for success here. We are knowledgeable for food, behavior, and play safety with dogs and cats. Signs and symptoms of common issues with dogs and cats, based off personal experiences, and possible fears of what ifs, urinary cat blockages and bloat, or bloody stools. And while I understand dog body language and know how to avoid those tense situations dogs can create, I am incredibly quick to say when we are going to the emergency vet, gosh forbid.

“Jacob took the best care of our golden retriever, Nala, while we were gone for 8 days for our destination wedding! She loved playing in his fenced in backyard (which we saw in pictures he sent us). It was so nice leaving her knowing that Jacob works from home and would give her all of the attention outside of his working day (although I’m sure Nala tried to distract him during work too LOL). Couldn’t recommend anyone better to take care of your loved pet!!”

About: Having had pets all my life, I really understand how special dogs and cats are. I promise to treat your furry family member with the same care, respect, and love that they would expect at home. I have a flexible schedule and would like to fill my free time. Although I plan to go back to school in January, I’ll still be available for pet sitting. I have a fenced yard where your pup can play freely, and a cozy, smoke-free home perfect for snuggles. Currently, I don't have any pets in my home, and I'm preparing my space to be comfortable, warm, and welcoming for stays.

About: Hi! I'm a dependable animal lover who enjoys spending time with dogs of all sizes and personalities. I grew up around dogs, including a reactive German Shepherd, and I've also helped care for both small and large dogs in my family, so I'm comfortable with a variety of temperaments and energy levels. I'm especially good at reading dog body language and making sure dogs feel safe and understood. Whether it's going for walks, playing, or helping a dog burn off energy in a positive way, I focus on keeping things calm, structured, and fun. I'm patient, attentive, and reliable, and I always treat every dog like they're my own. My goal is to make sure your pet feels comfortable, cared for, and happy while you're away. I am a college student so after 3pm on Monday's, Wednesdays, and Thursdays I am available for any of the services needed. This way I can board on the weekends for sure. I have an unfenced yard with a puppy that loves to play. I have a crate available for most dogs. I have a 100ft long leash so you don’t have to worry about your pet.
About: I love dogs and have two of my own - a little man named Sid and big golden named Ruby. Everyone in my family has a dog as well so I am very used to being around pets. I am an active person and would love to walk, run with, or care for your dog! I work 2 days a week and I am flexible on weekends, so just let me know what you're thinking! We have two kids at home, 3 and under, so must be okay with sweet kiddos. I live in home with a big fenced in yard which is perfect for dogs. I have a small dog and large dog who get along very well with other dogs. They get super playful around other dogs, so your dog would surely have a fun time and get all his/her energy out! I am working part-time and home with my babies the other days, allowing a lot of flexibility with caring for your pet. We have some occasional things planned for weekends but are otherwise pretty open! I have a fenced in, nice yard for dogs to play and run in. We live in a great walking neighborhood. We have two dogs to keep your fur baby company as well as two young children. Animals must be kid-friendly for our home!
