“Sara was very professional with us having a video call to introduce the kittens and show her the apartment. She was very understanding it was my first time using Rover so I was unfamiliar with what appointments set up would be best for them. After the first hour check in she recommended for us to change it to 2 30 minute check ins per day so the boys would have 2 interactions per day. It was a good idea and I am thankful she was so nice to keep the price the same that it was originally! She took great pictures of them to show me they were ok (this was my first time being gone away from them so I was nervous since they are young) and left funny summaries of there interactions with her. Overall she was fantastic with understanding my inexperience with the app and taking care of my boys! I will definitely book her again in the future!”

About: I personally have 1 cat, he is a 2 year old persian and I got very lucky with him. I found him in a not very good spot and took him in immediately. He was a so full of anxiety for such a long time and was just terrified 24/7 for quite some time. I have had him for a little over a year now and we have made such progress and all he does is cuddle and play with him toy :) I have been around cats and all kinds of animals all of my life, but before my cat I have currently I have never owned my own animal previously. I would love to be able to open my experience with working with more felines and seeing all the different personalities out there!

But in a very short time she has charmed both of them. The shy one is coming out of her shell and the aggressive one sees her as his new best friend....a truly difficult thing to do with animals who don't trust strangers. About: I’ve had two dogs for the past 5 years back home and I am now taking care of my own dog. I have experience feeding, walking, training, bathing, etc. I occasionally work from home, and when I do, I will be able to watch and play with your pets all day! I am very flexible, and my schedule is open. My own dog loves to play and is very friendly! We go on 30+ minute walks everyday and I let the dogs out to go potty every 4 hours. I let the dogs snuggle on the couch and let them sleep wherever they are comfortable.

About: I’ve had dogs in my home all my life!! Just looking to hang out with some pups and help out! Dog has to be good with a baby in the house and another dog. We have a mini Australian shepherd. Dogs will get walked at least 2 times daily! I am fully available weekdays and weekends! About: I've always had dogs in our family and sense getting older continue to love them. I handle all the training for my dogs and even do bikejoring with them! I frequent the local dog park weekly and go on frequent walks as well. I have a large fenced in area (and an electric portion on top to defer dog nappers!) With free access of water and feedings twice a day (or more if your dog needs it!) your pups will feel right at home with me. I have basic first aid knowledge and did complete a semester of vet tech in collage so I can handle pretty much anything from pills to injections. Your dog will be treated like family and thus will get better treatment than most humans! LOL I’ve been running and maintaining my own business as a handywoman for the last few years but miss the interactions with other dogs! My schedule is very flexible for that reason. As stated in a previous section I have a fenced in yard with free access of fresh water and feeding done twice a day. My dogs are both house trained and crate trained. They also are great with other dogs. In my fenced in backyard it’s about 90% privacy fence and is currently in the process of being cleaned up after the pool had a leak and ruined a lot of the stuff we had back there including a jungle gym for the dogs.

About: For years I have walked and taken care of my neighborhoods dogs. I even had a dog myself and would take him on walks everyday. I currently work full time from home with a very flexible schedule and am home all weekends as well! I can accommodate your dogs routine into my day! I have experience with giving both oral and injection medication. Pet care fits naturally into my daily and weekly routine. I structure my schedule around regular drop-in visits and dog walks, making sure each pet receives consistent care, attention, and exercise. I plan my routes and time blocks efficiently so I can be dependable and flexible for clients, whether they need recurring walks or occasional drop-ins. Caring for pets is something I genuinely enjoy, so it’s a priority in my routine rather than something I squeeze in. I provide attentive, in-home drop-in care so pets can stay comfortable in their own environment. During each visit, I make sure pets have fresh food and water, take care of potty breaks or litter box needs, provide playtime, walks if requested, and plenty of affection. I also follow any specific routines or instructions the owner provides, administer basic medications if needed, and keep the home tidy by cleaning up pet-related messes. I always prioritize safety, consistency, and communication, and I send updates so owners have peace of mind while they’re away.

We left our sweet Piper with Krystal for a week and Piper seemed to adjust well and was in good spirits when we picked her up. I was amazed by how unfazed she was by the cold, wet weather that hung over the Fox Valley the week we were away; seemingly taking the additional 4 muddy paws in stride!
