About: I have always had animals around in my life. Overall, I have had the pleasure of having 8 dogs, 2 rabbits, 2 guinea pigs, 1 hamster, and lots of fish (both freshwater and saltwater). Additionally, I have had the opportunity to care for the cats of family members. I have experience with: -Positive Reinforcement Training -Leash Handling -Muzzle Usage -Reactivity Training Guided by Licensed Animal Behaviorists -Veterinary Medication Administration Currently, I have one dog, Josie, who is an Australian Shepherd/Blue Heeler Mix. Josie is dog reactive, and I have spent an extensive amount of time working on her training and care. I am currently available to provide pet care Monday-Thursday from 4:30 pm - 9:30 pm. Oftentimes, I am also available to provide pet care at any time on Saturdays or Sundays. I have availability at any time during the day during these days in July 2026: 7/10, 7/11, 7/18, and 7/31. Since I have a dog at home who is anxious and reactive, I am not able to care for your pet in my own home; however, I would love to care for your fur baby where they are most comfortable -- in your home or in your neighborhood. I typically arrive with small treats in a pouch to share, ensuring my greeting is always positive. While at your home, I will ensure your pet receives exercise/play, multiple potty breaks, and refill water/food as needed. About: I love taking care of dogs. I will walk your dog in the Spring, Summer and Fall in good weather. Your dog will have my 3 year old Maltese to play with. I’m CPR trained and if needed, with calling you first, take your dog to my home town ER hospital (hope we never need to use that). Your dog must be potty trained for outside. My grandchildren all love dogs, they visit sometimes. I have been with dogs all my life. So rest assured I’ll take care of your dog while I take care of mine and my grandchildren. My boyfriend gets home from work in the late afternoon and will shower your pet with affection as well! I have a small, unfenced yard and will let your dog outside on a long lead to keep him/her safe and under my supervision. Your dog will have access to kitchen, living/dining room, bathroom, and up to 3 bedrooms. Basement will not be accessible.

About: Our family loves animals. We have a comfortable home with a large yard. We have three caring boys that love pets. We are not quite ready to bring a dog into our home full-time because of traveling, but we love to have the company of a pet from time to time. Recently, our youngest has been showing allergy symptoms, so we are only able to watch hypo-allergenic dogs. The dog is treated like our own and spoiled during their stay with us. I work from home with my skincare business, so most of the day, I am home with the pets. We welcome potty trained dogs to our home that do well with children. We can adjust our care style to what makes you most comfortable. I also love to do drop in visits and fill the Rover cards with lots of info and pictures to keep your mind at ease. For these visits, the dogs can be any breed. I work from home and set my schedule, so being a Rover sitter is a nice little extra for me. It is easy to work with and around schedules. We have a large, unfenced backyard. We take dogs on nice walks around our neighborhood. We only board one dog at a time, so it feels like a family setting.

About: I’ve been a dog owner since 10 years old and have not gone without mans best friend since! I currently live on 23 acres in the country and long walks and chasing balls packs in most of the day with my 4 dogs Jetta, Odie, Ruby and Rowley. All dogs are dog friendly and well mannered. Graduating puppy classes to canine good citizen classes, plus dabbling in agility and herding. I currently work Weekends Friday-Sunday and my week is filled with lots of outdoor time on my hobbies farm. Lots of free time during the week helps me have fun with my animals and enjoy the sunshine. All my pets are cat and dog friendly and have full freedom of the property. New comers are always on a 12 foot leash during playtime and walks, unless E-collar trained. When first meeting owners I go over your dogs recall manners and slowly introduce them to the pack on a long property walk. This helps incorporate pack leadership and expelling energy at the same time.
About: My husband and I have been watching dogs in our home for over 10 years. Our busy lives of work and family have always held us back from owning our own dog. To satisfy our love for dogs we started watching our friends and families dogs and over the years thru word of mouth we have started getting phone calls asking if we would take on more dogs and then joined Rover. Our home is your dogs home... we give the dogs full access to the house. We are non smokers and do not have any pets of our own or small children. We walk the dogs twice a day and have an acre of land that dogs are free to roam, run and play -we like to play ball and tug a rope. We do provide a ground stake with a leash for those that like to run "free". We have ability to work from home and have very flexible schedules when needed. Which in turn allows us to very rarely leave your dog home alone We treat the dogs just as if they were our very own pet.. as part of the family. They have free range of the house .. on the furniture and beds.

Plenty of love I have to give, but I also have the experience of 35 years as a science teacher. I’m well-versed in how animals like dogs and cats talk to us through their gestures. Dogs evolved with humans, and I understand that relationship and how dogs meet our emotional needs. Please read my first four reviews which I received from pet owners that I served even before signing up with Rover. The pet owner decides when treats are allowed, if table scraps are allowed, and how much food to give. The dog decides when it wants to go potty. 😉 Just in case, I usually take the dog out before it decides and always before any discomfort. Snuggles welcome. 🐾🥰😻 When serving you and your pet, I like to send pictures. We can also use FaceTime or Zoom to check in. 🐶🤩 At age 61, I’ve been a retired teacher for 3 years, and my activity level allows me to run or play with your beloved dog. In your home, I follow instructions and do the routine for your beloved just like you would. However, if I’m allowed to give more snuggles, or more walks, or more training than you normally have time for, I’m at your service.
About: I have been around dogs my entire life and couldn’t imagine my life without them. I have taken care of senior dogs and puppies. Would love to spend time and get to know more dogs! I am currently unemployed and only have class on Wednesdays and a school club meeting on Thursdays. Weekends are usually busy for me but Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays would probably work good. I always make sure dogs have good clean water. If a dog has certain requirements such as high energy or low energy I will make sure I take the time to understand and form trust with your dog.
About: Several years of experience with out pay. I have been around pups and dogs of all ages, sizes and breeds. I am extremely great with animals. I promise to take care of your family member just as I would my own. Mine are most likely better taken care of then most people's children! I am very efficient, caring and wear my heart on my sleeve. About: I am specialized in training all types of dogs! I make sure that the dog is taken care of and is having a blast while the parents are gone! I am very outgoing, active, and good at communicating. I currently work part time as a server so I am available whenever just may have to step away for a couple hours to waitress. I have tons of grass area at my house, and have a ton of room as well for the dog to move around and play when needed!

But with Miranda I don’t stress at all because I know she’s in good hands, with an experienced Dogwalker, with a history of working with all sorts of dogs. Plus, Miranda sends me pictures of her and lets me know how things went, by leaving a note inside the house, which is a really nice personal touch that I enjoy. I highly recommend her.”

About: Hello. My name is Kirsten. Thank you for considering me to take care of your fur baby(ies). I have been pet sitting for three or more years. In 2014, I had fought my phobia. I had a fear of dogs which I continued to fight. After two years, I started to volunteer bringing therapy dogs to nursing homes and I even started pet sitting an english Mastiff, Golden retriever and three cats. I have found my love for dogs and cats and continue to petsit. I also go on fun walks with dogs. I also have taken care of rabbits as well. There is no other way to have the best day ever but to have the best day ever with your fur babies. I can’t wait to meet you and your pet(s). “Krystal's love of dogs is evident and her current bestie, Duke, was a welcoming partner! We left our sweet Piper with Krystal for a week and Piper seemed to adjust well and was in good spirits when we picked her up. Danielle dropped the pup off before the ceremony and picked him up after (even showing up early in case we needed her). All this time I directed her to talk to other family members for what she needed as I was busy doing wedding things. About: Growing up I’ve had dogs as long as I can remember. I have 5 dogs, a cat, bunny, & a few reptiles. I’m a stay at home mom and have vet tech experience. If you need extra care I am more then happy to do what I can to assist your pets needs and have a flexible schedule. If I am caring for them in my home, I have a fenced in back yard for your pup to roam around and get their zoomies out 🐾💜
