“After interviewing multiple Rover sitter candidates for my senior beagle, Flash, I selected Anu and her family. Anu has a very nice house situated on a large lot, located in a quiet subdivision. Anu provided excellent communication via texts and pictures on how Flash was settling in like he was part of the family. Flash wasted no time in finding the sunny places to nap and even took over their own dog's bed at times. After a 10-day road trip, I returned, expecting an emotional reunion with Flash but he was nonchalant and that has never happened before. About: I have taken care of many of my friends pets since I was 12 which includes staying overnight at their homes when they are gone for weeks. I do long and short care sitting for pets. I love to spend time with pets and making sure they get the care they deserve. I am currently not working right now but will have a part time job soon. I will talk with the owners and work out a good schedule that will work best for all. Growing up we have used an invisible fence and radio collars to keep our dogs in our yard. We made sure to check in on them periodically while they were outside. I work from home full time, so I'm here to interact with your pet and provide frequent breaks for play and potty. My boyfriend gets home from work in the late afternoon and will shower your pet with affection as well! I have a small, unfenced yard and will let your dog outside on a long lead to keep him/her safe and under my supervision. Your dog will have access to kitchen, living/dining room, bathroom, and up to 3 bedrooms. Basement will not be accessible.

About: I have always had family pets growing up. I got my own dog when I was in high school. I currently own 2 well-mannered dogs, a hunting labrador and a scent detection pit-mix. I have more than 2 years of professional gun dog training experience, and have trained over 50 other puppies/dogs. I currently work from home, so I will be able to accommodate any schedule your pet may need. My own dogs recieve 2 feedings per day (5am and 5pm). We often take a morning walk (typically no less than 1-2 miles, less if I am walking a young puppy or senior dog with mobility issues). Also evening walks if weather is appropriate. I do not allow my dogs to do strenuous activity or rough play right after a meal. The yard is not fenced, so dogs will be on leash or long-line and fully supervised when outside the home. For off-lead outdoor fun we will take trips to the local dog park (not a very heavily utilized park, usually empty). I have experience providing oral and subcutaneous medication to pets, should your pet need medication while in my care.
“I would highly recommend Frank And Julie as your next Dog Sitters. After being referred to them, when I reached out, I had let Frank know I was having a hard time locating them in the Rover app. He went out of his way to help me get things going. Once we were able to set up a time for an initial meet and greet, due to a really bad storm that was rolling in, they were flexible with changing the time for us. That’s when we got to see the fantastic location (their house and property), where they take care of the dogs. While we were getting to know them, they were getting to know our dogs, and asked lots of great questions to make sure they understood how we approach our pups. In addition to their fenced in yard, they have acres and acres of land and are very happy to take dogs out for walks to let them burn their energy. A couple days later, our dog spent the day with them and everything went really really well, and our dogs were so very tired out when we got them back. We even got lots of pictures while we were gone for the day which we really appreciated. Frankie and Julie really understand what it is to be a pet owner and strive to treat our dogs as their own. Again, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for day-to-day dog sitting, and we are looking forward to using them for an upcoming vacation.”

About: As far as experience goes there isn’t a time in my life I remember that I wasn’t caring for an animal. From reptiles, to rodents, to cats and dogs, I’ve had them all. From a young age I was taught responsibility and discipline when it came to caring for tiny creatures. Additionally for over two years I volunteered weekly at a local animal shelter. During this time I gained knowledge as to how animals interacted with one another, how to properly administer medication, warning signs to look out for, what to do in emergencies, and deeply studied animal behavior. To add on to that I am currently employed at a doggie daycare. During my time here not only have I gotten to widen my horizons when it came to taking care of animals but I have learned hands on how to bandage a wound, what to do in animal confrontations as well as how to handle the unexpected such as sickness or seizures. Additionally over the last 3 years I have volunteered at different animal welfare programs across the globe. These include Portugal, Puerto Rico, Tanzania and soon Hawaii. As I previously stated I currently am employed at a doggie daycare. Additionally I work at a bakery as well. My schedule changes weekly so it can be hard to give an exact time frame when booking. Typically I work up to 8 hour shifts. I typically prefer to stay in clients homes to keep their pets safe and happy in their own environment. I will be there in the morning before work, and will immediately come back when I get off as well as being there at night. I try to spend as much time as possible with the pets while you are away I typically only offer staying in the clients home and I am comfortable crating animals while gone. I always keep things like medications safely out of reach and secured. Additionally upon booking I typically ask about any health notes, allergies, or special needs as well as a good contact number for your vet in case of emergency.

I also have horses, so have been around all sorts of animals my whole life. Love any and all sizes and breeds of pups! I am responsible for normal activities such as feeding my dog twice a day, and letting her out. I take time daily to play with my dog and enjoy giving her treats. I also find time to wash her, clip her nails, clean her face, etc.
About: I've been taking care of pets since I was 8, it started with a cat and grew to dogs and snakes and more, working with animals is my dream job. I work factory Monday through Friday but Friday night into Sunday I am available for pet care. I have 2 cats and a dog at my own home, but I am more than happy to dog sit at others homes. I make sure my cats litter boxes are kept clean, I keep their food bowls filled, and I keep their water filled. I walk my dog a lot and I take her out every couple hours to use the bathroom.

“After interviewing multiple Rover sitter candidates for my senior beagle, Flash, I selected Anu and her family. Anu has a very nice house situated on a large lot, located in a quiet subdivision. Anu provided excellent communication via texts and pictures on how Flash was settling in like he was part of the family. Flash wasted no time in finding the sunny places to nap and even took over their own dog's bed at times. After a 10-day road trip, I returned, expecting an emotional reunion with Flash but he was nonchalant and that has never happened before. I plan to use Anuradha's services again and I highly recommend checking her out for your pet.”

“Danielle is amazing!! I booked Danielle to watch my pup over my wedding weekend. My pup was the ring bearer in the wedding. Danielle dropped the pup off before the ceremony and picked him up after (even showing up early in case we needed her). All this time I directed her to talk to other family members for what she needed as I was busy doing wedding things. About: I have worked with numerous animals since I was 5 years old. I have owned chickens, rabbits, horses, dogs, and cats my entire life. I am a 4-H leader where I teach children how to train dogs and I help them show and prepare their animals at fair. I also show my own animals at the fair. Additionally, I have pet sat for numerous family members over the years as well as friends. I will always be there for your pet and I will make sure they are well taken care of and loved just like they are my own. I am a teacher who is currently on summer break. So my schedule is pretty open during the summer and I have a lot of availability. During the school year, most of my weekends are free as well as when we have breaks. I am flexible and willing to make things work for you! I live on a little hobby farm with my husband. I have 3 dogs and 3 cats who are very friendly. I have everything needed in my home to take care of a dog including a kennel if needed as well as tie outs. We have a lake that is 5 minutes from our house and if your dog loves to swim, I would be happy to take them. I take my dogs all over in the summer and I would make sure your pet gets a lot of attention and exercise as well. Additionally, we have a huge barn and fenced in pasture as well as rabbit hutches in the barn and a chicken coop! Whatever animal you have they can be comfortable at my property. Additionally, if you feel better about your animal staying at home, I am happy to accommodate to that as well.
