Reading previous reviews, I wasn't surprised that Melissa took such great care of my 2 kitties while I was away - she has an obvious talent for interacting with animals and seems to sincerely love her job. I was however a bit surprised by the extra level of professionalism Melissa brings to her service. Her communications are both timely and thorough and she expertly adjusted her care plan - on the fly - to accommodate some extra shy behavior from my younger kitten. Melissa's gentle patience won out in the end and I arrived home to 2 very content and stress-free fur babies. A truly perfect ending to my holiday weekend. About: I’ve had two dogs growing up, a mini boxer and a French bulldog. I’ve cared for them all my life. I have bathed, walked, fed, and gave them so much love. We got our Puppy when I was 14, so I have a lot of experience caring for puppies as well. I didn’t grow up in a home with cats, but I love them too. I’ve had lots of experience cat sitting and get along with them well too! I am a masters student at UW-Stevens Point, in the Natural Resources department. I will not be able to provide services mid day Fridays or Mondays, but I am flexible the rest of the week! I will always follow your directions and keep a good baseline of contact with you! I am not allowed to board pets in my apartment, but I will always be respectful of your space as well.

About: I've taking care of dog for a year plus now. My friends and family trust and relied on me to walk, feed, bathe and have their pets stay overnight at my house. My house is especially a good environment for dog because my yard is fenced and the dog have their own furniture and their own room. I'm currently a stay at home dog mom and a bake at home so I have plenty of time to play and walk your pet which I love doing. My yard is fenced and I have a friendly dog to keep your dog company while he/she is here. I have plenty of toys and treats available for the dogs as well.

About: Having grown up on a farm, I have been around dogs and other animals all of my life. I love all animals and have a special fondness for dogs. I will treat your dog like my own. Please let me know about any special needs your dog has, from dietary restrictions to behavioral concerns-I am very accommodating and will do my best to make the transition from your house to mine as seamless as possible and would like your help in understanding how best to do that for your dog. Please include the following in your care instructions and/or inquiry if they apply: - Food or environmental allergies - Toy or treat restrictions - Any history of destructive behavior - Any history of reactivity (such as barking/lunging on leash, guarding food or toys, or uncontrollable excitement) towards other animals or humans - Any history of separation anxiety - Any other special needs, likes or dislikes that I should be aware of I work from home much of the time during the week so am available for doggy daycare or boarding often during the week in addition to weekends. I am able to crate your pet if that is what they are used to for during the night. Please bring their crate with you and any other items they feel comfortable with while crated.

“Fantastic care for a difficult pup. Kevin took care of my pug puppy for a whole day. “Buddy” is only 5 months old and a real handful, but Kevin kept him happy all day. In fact Buddy seemed to be a better dog when him came home. Could be because he was exhausted from a great day. Should I need help in the future, Kevin will be my first choice!”
