About: I’ve taken care of animals, my entire life. It doesn’t matter if it’s fish, rabbits, dogs, or cats. I’ve only had two cats. In my lifetime. However, I’ll tell you some stories about them. When I was younger, my parents had a farm cat named Misty. I learned how to take care of Misty at a very young age because Misty was around when I was born. I learned how to feed Misty, give Misty water, clean out the litter pan, and also just play with Misty inside of the house. Misty was a house cat and stayed in the house at all times. After Misty passed away, my family got a Maine Coon cat named Cowboy. Cowboy was approximately eight months when we got Cowboy and again, I learned the skills of taking care of Cowboy, no matter if it was feeding Cowboy, getting Cowboy exercise or cleaning out the litter pan. Cowboy was again an inside cat and I helped Cowboy exercise in the house by using a laser light to get Cowboy to chase it or even just petting Cowboy and giving Cowboy attention. Because all cats like to be petted and snuggle up with you, while you sit and watch tv. I would be happy to stop at your house and help with your cat along with letting them outside if they go outside. Have taken care of cats while owners are gone.

I have a small, unfenced yard and will let your dog outside on a long lead to keep him/her safe and under my supervision. Your dogs will be pampered and can be on the couch, bed, or dog bed. We have an enclosed deck perfect for sun bathing pooches or those who love to sit in the cold (like my Newfoundland). About: As far as experience goes there isn’t a time in my life I remember that I wasn’t caring for an animal. From reptiles, to rodents, to cats and dogs, I’ve had them all. From a young age I was taught responsibility and discipline when it came to caring for tiny creatures. Additionally for over two years I volunteered weekly at a local animal shelter. During this time I gained knowledge as to how animals interacted with one another, how to properly administer medication, warning signs to look out for, what to do in emergencies, and deeply studied animal behavior. To add on to that I am currently employed at a doggie daycare. During my time here not only have I gotten to widen my horizons when it came to taking care of animals but I have learned hands on how to bandage a wound, what to do in animal confrontations as well as how to handle the unexpected such as sickness or seizures. Additionally over the last 3 years I have volunteered at different animal welfare programs across the globe. These include Portugal, Puerto Rico, Tanzania and soon Hawaii. During this time I have not only seen hands on other cultures way of taking care of animals but also gained knowledge as to how to better the animal care I provide to clients. As I previously stated I currently am employed at a doggie daycare. Additionally I work at a bakery as well. My schedule changes weekly so it can be hard to give an exact time frame when booking. Typically I work up to 8 hour shifts. I typically prefer to stay in clients homes to keep their pets safe and happy in their own environment. I will be there in the morning before work, and will immediately come back when I get off as well as being there at night. I try to spend as much time as possible with the pets while you are away I typically only offer staying in the clients home and I am comfortable crating animals while gone. I always keep things like medications safely out of reach and secured. Additionally upon booking I typically ask about any health notes, allergies, or special needs as well as a good contact number for your vet in case of emergency.

I am flexible for even last minute bookings or changes. I have my own transportation and things are taken care of for me at home. So long stays, short stays or visits work for me. I work around whatever needs you and your pets have so make sure everyone is as comfortable as possible. I'll ask for a digital or typed/written instructions so I can follow them to the letter! I keep areas clean and make sure everything is secure before I leave a home. I also always send a "closing" message for overnight stays with details like mail collection etc! Your pet's safety and your ease of mind are my top priorities.

Dogs evolved with humans, and I understand that relationship and how dogs meet our emotional needs. The pet owner decides when treats are allowed, if table scraps are allowed, and how much food to give. The dog decides when it wants to go potty. 😉 Just in case, I usually take the dog out before it decides and always before any discomfort. We can also use FaceTime or Zoom to check in. 🐶🤩 At age 61, I’ve been a retired teacher for 3 years, and my activity level allows me to run or play with your beloved dog. In your home, I follow instructions and do the routine for your beloved just like you would. However, if I’m allowed to give more snuggles, or more walks, or more training than you normally have time for, I’m at your service.
About: I have been around animals, my whole life it doesn’t matter if it’s my pets, my friends, pets or even my families pets. I have had rabbits, fish, cats, and dogs. When I was first born and at a very young age, my parents had a cat named Misty. Misty was a farm cat, and I learned at the young age of how to take care of a pet and a cat. It didn’t matter if it was giving the cat exercise, feeding the cat, giving it water or even cleaning out the litter pan. I also at a young age at around eight learned how to take care of a dog as my family got a golden retriever. We got this golden retriever named Sam from Humane Society, and Sam was an older dog about eight years old. I learned how to take care of an older dog, feeding it, giving exercise and water, and of course playing fetch, because what golden retriever doesn’t like fetch. After these animals, I got a Maine Coon cat named Cowboy. Again I learned how to take care of Cowboy by feeding Cowboy, giving Cowboy water and emptying the litter pan along with playing with Cowboy. Cowboy was a bit younger when I got him and was about eight months old. After cowboy, I was Lucky enough to get a black lab as a puppy, named Lucky. I named Lucky Lucky because what dog is not lucky to have me as their owner to take them on runs! Lucky was about four months old and again a potty trained Lucky, took Lucky to training classes and also trained Lucky on my own at home helping Lucky to learn to sit stay and play. After Lucky I got a rescue dog named Dyno, Dyno was a rescue dog from a high kill shelter in Alabama and when I did a DNA test on Dyno, Dyno came out to be a black lab pointer mix with a little bit of terrier and boxer in her as well. Dyno was approximately four months old as well when I got her. I helped Dyno learn to be potty trained took her to training classes and train her at my house as well. I helped Dyno to learn, sit and stay, and also place along with playing dead. I recently just moved out of my house, and unfortunately Dyno had to stay with my parents, because Dyno doesn’t get along with other dogs as well. I did have to be very cognizant, while I took care of Dyno, to make sure Dyno did not injure or hurt other dogs, and keep Dyno safe as well, so I’m very good at making sure and keeping track of dogs when they’re along with other dogs so that they don’t fight. I am smart and know the signs dogs have if they are nervous, worried, or scarred. I moved in with my fiancé, who has a seven year-old golden retriever named Molly, and I am currently taking care of Molly. Molly is an unbelievable golden retriever dog, loves to go for runs and play fetch. If you have a dog that loves to go for runs or walks I will gladly take them for runs and walks to get my exercise in with them. What dog does not like to go for a run? Hope I can help you walk/run and take care of your animals just like I love to take care of my own! I am a police officer and have many days off during the week. So if you need someone to let your furry friends out while at work I am perfect for that. One week I work Monday Tuesday Friday to Sunday. I’m off Wednesday and Thursday the following week off Monday Tuesday and the weekend. In my professional life, I am a police officer, so not only do I take care of animals in my personal life, but also in my professional life when they are lost, and I need to get them back to the owner, or even dropping them off at the Humane Society so they are safe. Recently on the Snowmobile Trail. I actually found a kitten and was able to get the kitten to come to me so that it did not freeze to death in the woods and get it to a business near the Snowmobile Trail so that it could be returned to the Humane Society to stay safe . Based off of my schedule in my professional life of being a police officer, I have many days off during the week. So if you’re at work and need your furry friends to be let outside, I am the perfect person. As I have many off days on Monday Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday while others are working. I can explain my schedule better however here is a break down. Week one. I work Monday Tuesday Friday Saturday Sunday. I am off Wednesday and Thursday Week two. I only work Wednesday and Thursday off the rest of the week. Even if you are home and you’re an individual that doesn’t like to go for runs or walk or are older, I could take care of your animal and let them out take them for a walk or run while you were at home as well, just to get them exercise, I would be happy to do that because then I get my exercise as well. On the weekends, I would be available most all the time as well, unless I am busy, but I would do drop in short notice type calls as well! With me working in the school during the school year, I have off days during the school year that your kids are off as well. So spring break I am open all day, or just even random days during the week they are off as well. So please keep that in mind. In the summer I am free at 2pm to let your dog outside. My schedule just changed and I work night shift. So I am available anytime during the day as long as I’m not sleeping. The days I work stays the same regarding off days and not. Right now I am not planning on having dogs or cats stay at my house with my dog Molly, so this is not something you need to worry about however, if I’m walking or taking your dog for a run, I would make sure to bring my light up light collar for your dog so that your dog is safe whether it’s dark out. If you have one I would use yours. This will make sure your dog has your collar on with its leash and keep your dog or cat safe.
About: I have taken care of pets since I was 12 years old. I have worked with animals of all ages and personalities. I've had experience in taking care of pets with special medical needs. My schedule is very open and flexible. I am accustomed to waking up early around 5:30 am which is perfect for morning walks and exercise. I have a fenced in yard with no other animals present. I live nearby a beautiful open space which is excellent for walks and exercise.
About: We have cared for dogs for many years. We have 2 acres of land for your furry friend to play on! We have a fenced in play area too. We also have goats and bunnies for the doggies to watch in their play area (no interaction). We hope you'll consider letting us make a new friend with your pup! We prefer to take additional dogs on weekends and during summer right now. We will consider longer stays, but work during the day, so your dog would need to be kenneled during this time Dogs are free to roam inside and outside during the day. Your dog will be supervised at all times. We prefer a crate at night for your dog, but can work around it if necessary!

I work from home so I am attentive and able to be interactive at all times. I have a large yard but prefer to keep my dog leashed I have a 3 year old dog lab mix. He’s a baby but big. Great at dog parks and with other dogs, plenty of space.
