They understood his caution, given what he had been through, and they undertook appropriate precautions when exposing him to their dogs and others. In general, it seemed like a good experience for everyone and he made a couple more dog friends! I will definitely be a return (and repeat) customer.”

Im the niece of a large animal veterinarian whose clinic I volunteered at after school and summers. Currently my husband and I are owned by a Labrador Retriever and an English Setter. I offer boarding, day care, dog walking, and can bathe your pup before returning them home to you. I can also pick up and drop off when needed. I can also house sit and pup sit if that is your need/comfortability as well. I am up for & encourage meet & greets before bookings if you would like to meet myself, the pups and/or see the house and our setup before hand! I work during the normal school year as a nursing instructor. I am off during the summer and am home FULL TIME to dedicate ALL of my time & attention to the fur babies! I promise your baby will be tuckered out, loved on and well fed (to your instructions of course!) Boarding at my home: safety is my top priority with animal to animal interaction and human to animal interaction. If pups need more alone time/privacy, they can be housed separately from my dogs at all times as we have multiple access points from our home to our fenced in yard and gate sectioning in our house. I do walks daily with them and am outside with them as well for the majority of the day. Our fenced in yard has a dog pool and I have BUCKETS of toys for them to play with! If your pup leans toward the spicier side & is more protective when it comes to their toys, food, or water please let me know and separation accommodations can be made, no problem. All breeds are different and each pup is different. I can also give medications topically, orally, injections etc. I can provide hourly updates through text, video call, phone calls, whatever you would like! At minimum I send a daily update. In your home: as a nurse, safety is always my top priority. I am also extremely clean and organized. I can maintain your daily routine with your pup so they don’t miss much while you are away. Again, meet and greets I encourage so you and especially your pup are comfortable meeting me and being in your home. I’ll be their make-shift auntie while you are away! Whatever update/care you want them to have, you got it- even FaceTime dates so you don’t have to miss them much.

About: I have had dogs since as long as I can remember, and have always loved caring for and playing with them! Not just dogs, but other animals as well. I’ve also helped friends care for and train new puppies and pets. I majored in Behavior Analysis and have worked in an animal behavior lab. I would love to get outside and active with your pets! Being able to spend time with pups and other pets is a dream job, and I can’t wait to make sure your friends are happy and loved when you need me. I work M-F 8-4:30, but am very flexible with my weekend and evening time if you need my help. For doggy daycare, I work from home Mondays and Tuesdays so can accommodate your pets then! I have a very friendly golden retriever at home, as well as a cat who tolerates dogs and mostly keeps to herself. We do not have a fenced in yard, but I am more than willing to walk them as much as needed.

About: At one time, we were breeders of Champion Golden Retrievers, and have raised many a pup, from small to large breeds. From Bernese to Yorkies, we love them all! Our furbabies are a Shorkie and Shih Tzu who are well behaved and make great hosts and playmates! Large pastures and trails on which to walk, so lots of exercise. Our canine guests will receive lots of love and attention! They will be welcome in our house if well-behaved, and treated like one of the family during their stay. We have excellent references from previous guests and do our best to make sure our every guest feels right at home. We follow all care guides given by our guests owners, including giving meds and treats as owner provides us. I or my husband are home with our guest dogs during stays. Our guests get lots of attention and care. We want to care for them as they are used to being cared for at home. We have a fenced yard. We back up to mikes of hiking trails for walks and runs always on leash. We walk 3-4 times a day or as often as match the home life of our guests. They are cared for in our home and integrated into being cared for as part of our family with 2 little welcoming fur babies.

I am open to care of all animals, all sizes, and all ages. If wanted, I visit my family farm quite often where we have extensive yard and land to run on. While I traveled full time for work in the past, constant updates on my animals back home was crucial to me. I will provide as much or little communication you’d like. About: I've had a lot of dogs in my life since I was very little that I have helped watch or care for. I help watch my relatives dogs when they are out on vacation or just gone for a few days. They've always relied on me to help them out and of course I did! I was always willing to take their dogs to care for if others they asked first couldn't do so. I've bathe and fed their pets as if they were just like mine to love and care for while in my hands! I'm a part timer so I would definitely have enough time to care for other pets in my hands! About: Growing up with a variety of animals really gave me the compassion and love I have for animals now. Also, it gave me the skill I need to be able to take care of and provide for the different species of animals there are out there. Mostly, it was dogs and cats but I do have experience in caring for hamsters and bunnies. I love to go walking/hiking just to be outside and getting fresh air so i have no problem going on walks. I’m completely comfortable with our furry friends being on my furniture, I know not everybody is but mi casa es su casa. I am a veterinarian technician with my A.A.S. degree and I plan to open up my own business one day whether it be a dog boarding place of my own or my very own shelter/rescue. Either way, this is my 5-10 year goal and his will help me achieve that. I work full time throughout the week. My evenings are available & so are most of my weekends.
