Not only did she take him in as one of her own, she helped safely build his confidence and helped him socialize with her gentle and well mannered dogs and cat of her own. I got multiple updates throughout the weekend, lots of pictures and best part is we were able to enjoy our best friend’s wedding because our worries were truly at ease knowing he was being taken care of by Laura. About: 20 years as a behavioralist dog trainer. For 20 years I’ve dedicated my life to helping the under dog. I’ve fostered close to 500 plus dogs between 2 rescues. I’ve seen and cared for it all. I have also helped with medically complex situations such as seizures, diabetes etc. I own 4 dogs ranging from 16lbs to 150lbs and one orange cat. “Heather and her husband Chris were amazing. We got updates all the time without even asking… which honestly meant a lot to us. Our dog looked so happy in every photo and she came home tired which is always a good sign. Heather was super quick to reply to any message and booking with her was way easier than I expected. We were in a bit of a bind since we needed a sitter only 10 days out and she still made the whole thing smooth and even fit in a meet and greet. You can tell right away how much they love dogs so I knew my Finely girl was really in good hands. I would book with them again without even thinking twice!”

We loved that and it made us trust her from the start. When we met her, Kimberly asked us many questions about our dog that made us feel like she would take very good care of her. Graciel was great at getting Maddie used to her new environment. She corresponded with us daily, giving us updates and sending pictures. (Graciel understood that while Maddie needed to be well cared for, her "parents" also needed to be reassured that all was well.) Bottom line - Graciel is highly responsible and reliable...she is a 5-star pet sitter! The next time that we need to leave Maddie with a sitter, we will call on Graciel.”
