About: What sets me apart from other sitters is that I have been around animals my whole life. Whether it be my home, family, or friend’s homes. All of my life we have had a pet in the home. But I’ve been around anywhere from dogs and cats to birds, horses and bearded dragons! Ive also been around dogs that can be aggressive and territorial and I did well being patient and getting them to trust me. I have a pretty set schedule! I work Monday-Friday 6:30am-2:30pm. I tend to have free time on the weekends and during the week after work. I’ve always loved animals and have some of my own, plus going for walks is something I do already! I prefer to care for pets in the owners home since that is where they are comfortable and have their own things. It is a priority for me to keep the animal on their usual routine and keep them happy and comfortable.

I've got a spacious yard, large back deck that gets direct sun light for the one's that like to bake, & if they get along with other dogs, sometimes I walk over to my sisters with them to meet my favorite pug, Potato! I live in a duplex on the bottom floor so it's easy in & out, no stairs. My yard is massive with lots of plants & trees to sniff around. I'll always take my fur friends outside on a leash. I do have a small crate available for dogs under 15 pounds, toys, treats, & extra leashes just in case you forget something. Most importantly, I have a big lamby & a small lamby.

I've worked professionally with pets as well, such as pet dental hygienist assistant, pet store associate and birthday party tour guide, and Chewy supervisor. I'm currently looking for opportunities to help out with pets of all sizes, ages, and abilities. I'm able to provide care to your fur baby all day. I can also devote nights and weekends to them! I have three dogs who are friendly. One has anxiety, so she keeps to herself mostly, but loves to snuggle with other dogs. I keep all foods and small items off of the floor, away from curious snouts. I have a fenced area in the back yard.

About: I am a Certified Veterinary Technician and have experience in pet sitting and the veterinary field for the past 20 years. I owned a pet sitting business for 5 years (2008 - 2012) and experience in general practice, emergency, specialty, and shelter medicine. Having a medical background allows me to pick up on medical issues and emergencies in a timely fashion, allowing for treatment if necessary. I am also able to administer medications as needed. I treat others' dogs the same way I treat my own pets and keep daily routines as close to their normal as much as possible. I work full time at a clinic and part time at the local humane society.
