She was super accommodating and helpful, taking him in just hours after us contacting her very last minute while stressed trying to figure out what to do with him. Taking in his “puppy shenanigans” and all like he was one of her own. Amber made sure to keep me updated about how his was doing helping to ease my mind of having him away from home for the first time. Sending me pictures/videos and messages about how his day was going. She also took the time to make sure that my pup was comfortable and entertained. Taking him on walks and being able to run around and play in the yard. Letting him go at his own pace and doing what made him feel safe when he didn’t like the rain or was was scared by her dog at first (he wasn’t the biggest one around anymore and couldn’t terrorize/annoy every living thing like he normally likes to do). She even went the extra mile to wash his bed after an accident over night and have him and all of his stuff packed up nicely and ready to go for me when I got there. My little boy loved playing with her and her family. And having the other dogs around for him to interact with was a bonus. When I tell you he was so excited when he first met them that I didn’t even get a second look over the shoulder or a goodbye before he took off to play with one of the kids ? (I’m still emotionally processing his betrayal ?). I could not recommend Amber enough! Your pet will be greatly taken care of (Not to mention worn out….he’s been napping since the moment we put him in the car) and all of your worries will fade the moment you get there.”

About: Although new to Rover as a sitter, we've used Rover frequently for our boys. I've had pets (cats, dogs, fish) ever since I was 14. I don't have special certs but have done puppy classes and have successfully trained our dogs since! One being a Shiba Inu if you know how stubborn they are 😉. I currently have two bernese mountain dogs and love furry friends from small to extra large! I've done drop ins and in home in the past. Im currently mostly a SAHM! I am a RN but only work 16hrs a month. I will have ample time to be at home with all pets. I have a fenced yard (6ft chain linked) and two neutered boys to keep your pets company. I can also always go for walks, fill a small kiddie pool for the dogs to play in, and whatever else your pup enjoys! I can crate as well if need be and tons of pictures can and will always be sent.

About: Hi my name is Yee Lam but everyone calls me Suki. I grew up with dogs and am a dog lover. I had a beloved toy poodle named Seven for 15 years, who was truly the best dog and a cherished member of our family. I’m a full-time mom, and when my son (9) and daughter (7) are in school, I have plenty of free time to care for pets—playing with them, feeding them, and giving them all the attention they need. My kids love dogs too, and I think this is a wonderful way for them to learn the joys and responsibilities of having a puppy. About: I'm currently in a pet-free home with my kiddos and have lived with dogs for much of my adult life. I'm a massage therapist and love giving pups a little TLC with energy therapy and light massage. They love it! The dog you see in my thumbnail photo is KC. She was a rescue dog who was with us for six years and needed lots of training, support and care. Please note I take 3 walking clients per day but only 1 boarder at a time. I teach at a technical college and am a personal trainer, working part-time from home and part-time out of the home. I'm often home for long hours during the day. My three kids are in public school, so dogs may have 1 to 4 dog-lovers in the home after 4pm. About: Growing up I had cats and dogs; it was all I knew :) At a very young age a learned to care for these animals. Now I am going to school for animals scone to further my education in all animals! I work full time Monday-Friday. I am available anytime after 6pm. Weekends I am very free. If I am stay overnight on a week days I’ll be gone for only 4 hours at a time. About: I have experience with some pups an lots of middle aged/older dogs ~walks ~meds(depending on condition) ~lots of lovings ~leash training ~baths ~fetch ~eye boogie cleanings Hello my name is sequoia an I love animals Iv had many pets over the years an also try an save animals when our paths connect if they are in need of help it’s always been a passion of mine to help animals but better yet be-able to take care of happy healthy ones an even ones that need extra care it makes my soul happy pets are so fun and a huge part of family’s including my own<3 I work each night M-F~5pm-7pm. I care for my pets as they are my own human children I greet them with pets an kisses before breakfast each morning I have a cat an a turtle my cat an I talk all the time an my turtle is an adventurous lil guy who loves to walk around he’s super tiny an he loves his greens. My home is a safe place where I love having the company of animals I try and make every animals feel welcomed by showing them around an also sometimes letting them lead me to where they are most curious an of course lots of pets an loving if they approve I live in a calm setting where I play lots of meditational music through out the day/night to keep all in our zen modes. Outdoors activities is a must (: I love hiking/walking I always keep the pets on a leash weather they are trained or not.

I appreciate David's flexibility with drop off and pick up times, the special attention he gave our puppy, and the pictures that he shared throughout the day. David's location is an easy drive, a few miles off the highway, and the perfect setting for dogs to play and explore. I'm a worrier by nature, but I felt very comfortable leaving my sweet pup with David. We hope to take our puppy to David's house again the next time we leave town!”
“Amber was amazing! Her and her family helped take great care of my 3 month old pup for a few days while we were in the process of moving. She was super accommodating and helpful, taking him in just hours after us contacting her very last minute while stressed trying to figure out what to do with him. Taking in his “puppy shenanigans” and all like he was one of her own. Amber made sure to keep me updated about how his was doing helping to ease my mind of having him away from home for the first time. Sending me pictures/videos and messages about how his day was going. She also took the time to make sure that my pup was comfortable and entertained. Taking him on walks and being able to run around and play in the yard. Letting him go at his own pace and doing what made him feel safe when he didn’t like the rain or was was scared by her dog at first (he wasn’t the biggest one around anymore and couldn’t terrorize/annoy every living thing like he normally likes to do). She even went the extra mile to wash his bed after an accident over night and have him and all of his stuff packed up nicely and ready to go for me when I got there. My little boy loved playing with her and her family. And having the other dogs around for him to interact with was a bonus. When I tell you he was so excited when he first met them that I didn’t even get a second look over the shoulder or a goodbye before he took off to play with one of the kids ? (I’m still emotionally processing his betrayal ?). I could not recommend Amber enough! Your pet will be greatly taken care of (Not to mention worn out….he’s been napping since the moment we put him in the car) and all of your worries will fade the moment you get there.”
