“Our 9 month old Golden Retriever puppy had such a good time at David's house that she didn't want to leave! I could tell she had lots of active play time because it takes a lot to wear her out, and she was really tired when we got home. I appreciate David's flexibility with drop off and pick up times, the special attention he gave our puppy, and the pictures that he shared throughout the day. David's location is an easy drive, a few miles off the highway, and the perfect setting for dogs to play and explore. I'm a worrier by nature, but I felt very comfortable leaving my sweet pup with David. We hope to take our puppy to David's house again the next time we leave town!”

She was super accommodating and helpful, taking him in just hours after us contacting her very last minute while stressed trying to figure out what to do with him. Taking in his “puppy shenanigans” and all like he was one of her own. Amber made sure to keep me updated about how his was doing helping to ease my mind of having him away from home for the first time. Sending me pictures/videos and messages about how his day was going. She also took the time to make sure that my pup was comfortable and entertained. Taking him on walks and being able to run around and play in the yard. Letting him go at his own pace and doing what made him feel safe when he didn’t like the rain or was was scared by her dog at first (he wasn’t the biggest one around anymore and couldn’t terrorize/annoy every living thing like he normally likes to do). She even went the extra mile to wash his bed after an accident over night and have him and all of his stuff packed up nicely and ready to go for me when I got there. My little boy loved playing with her and her family. And having the other dogs around for him to interact with was a bonus. When I tell you he was so excited when he first met them that I didn’t even get a second look over the shoulder or a goodbye before he took off to play with one of the kids ? (I’m still emotionally processing his betrayal ?). I could not recommend Amber enough! Your pet will be greatly taken care of (Not to mention worn out….he’s been napping since the moment we put him in the car) and all of your worries will fade the moment you get there.”

About: I have been around pets my whole life. Whether it was my family pet or a friend's I've grown up around dogs my whole life. Being allergic to cats, dogs were my only option. I currently have trained my own pup from the age of 7 1/2 weeks till now as well as helped friends in the past with their own dogs. So I am fairly proficient at training pups. I unfortunately don't have much experience with senior dogs but I would love to expand my skills. I am currently a stay at home mom to a wonderful 1 year old little girl. So short of errands I am always at home. Perfect for pets who cant be left alone for long periods of time. Our home has a very nice unfenced in yard. We do have long leads that will be utilized for bathroom breaks and outdoor play time. We also live about a mile from a very nice open dog park that with permission will be the perfect place for high energy running. All dogs will be supervised while outside and will also have my two pups to play with as well. Toys will also be available for all to play with. Kennels will be utilized when needed (kennels will need to be provided by the pet parents)
About: Agnes Mable, my dachshund of 12 years taught me patience better than anyone. I love spending time cuddling, giving belly rubs, sniffling frito feet, & running around the yard chasing them like a screaming banshee. I stay at friends & neighbors houses frequently when they're away to watch their dogs, cats, & fish. I also have friends & neighbors dogs over for weeks at a time. I've been doing this the since moving back to Wisconsin in April 2024. I love taking care of pets like their my own. Once I have a fenced in yard, I will welcome another dachshund into my life, but until then I fill my cup with caring for other's doggos & kitty cats. I'm excited to meet you! I live in a duplex on the bottom floor so it's easy in & out, no stairs. My yard is massive with lots of plants & trees to sniff around. I'll always take my fur friends outside on a leash. I do have a small crate available for dogs under 15 pounds, toys, treats, & extra leashes just in case you forget something. Most importantly, I have a big lamby & a small lamby.
About: I have grown up around dogs my whole life and I've had my first (adult life) dog for three and a half year. Wila Rose is an Australian Cattle Dog mix. About a year and a half ago we added another rescue, Buckley Quinn. He is a smart but goofy boy. They both go backpacking with us and we do a lot of hiking on our local public land areas. We enjoy playing around in our yard with our limited dog agility set and learning new tricks. We occasionally go swimming but love jumping and exploring new water areas and hiking trails. Wila and Buckley are a huge part of my life. We enjoy hiking, being outdoor, and traveling as much as possible. We do quite a but of training included but not limited to: agility, scent training, shed training, and just some fun party tricks. I am new to Rover so please feel free to reach out with any questions. I have an acre of land (not fenced in). We love to go on walks and sniffaris at our local parks. Buckley loved to play with other dogs and Wila is more of a people dog. They even loves to go backpacking and hiking which often include 10+ miles a day.

I've worked professionally with pets as well, such as pet dental hygienist assistant, pet store associate and birthday party tour guide, and Chewy supervisor. About: Hi my name is Yee Lam but everyone calls me Suki. I grew up with dogs and am a dog lover. I had a beloved toy poodle named Seven for 15 years, who was truly the best dog and a cherished member of our family. I’m a full-time mom, and when my son (9) and daughter (7) are in school, I have plenty of free time to care for pets—playing with them, feeding them, and giving them all the attention they need. My kids love dogs too, and I think this is a wonderful way for them to learn the joys and responsibilities of having a puppy. About: I’m a huge dog lover and I’m living in a non pet friendly apartment so I need some puppy time. I love the outdoors, so getting your dog outside is the best of both worlds for me. I also love running and would be happy to run your dog if you’d prefer that. I walked my neighbors dogs in high school and I’ve had dogs all my life. I work full time so I’m really looking for weekend gigs, but I’m also free most weekdays after 4:15. I can also do early mornings but it would have to be in Beaver Dam from 5:15-6:15 Not looking to dog sit, but I’d be happy to sit down and have a conversation with anyone who is concerned about the safety of themselves or their dogs.

About: What sets me apart is my dependable, loving care. I treat every dog like family, giving patient attention, walks, playtime, cuddles, and plenty of love. I work mornings in retail, finish later in the afternoon so I am free later in the day. I enjoy being active, but always plan my schedule around pets to ensure consistent, loving care. I adapt to each pets needs. I grew up with cats and dogs, and provide walks, cuddles, space if needed, plus updates, photos, and lots of love, care, and attention.
About: I have taken care of dogs for as long as I can remember! I love training and have lots of prior experience with a variety of behaviors from reactivity to separation anxiety. My previous dog required lots of medical care and I am a human nurse so I am very comfortable providing any care your dog needs. Lastly I do have experience fostering so I have had lots of experience with different personalities and types of dogs! I do have one dog at home who loves other dogs and loves to play as well as a cat who is dog friendly (for shorter stays she can be kept in a spare bedroom)My days off of work are fully open and I do not book more than 1 dog at a time, so your dog will have all my attention. I will send lots of pictures and updates as I understand it can be anxiety provoking to trust your dog with someone new! I do work full time, but only 3 days a week. This schedule varies week to week so while I don’t have a consistent schedule, my days off work can be fully devoted to you and your pet! On days I do work I am available for early morning or late evening drop ins The back part of my yard is fenced in so your dog will have lots of room to run around and explore. There’s also plenty of shade to keep them cool! I do live by a park and a small walking trail so I there are lots of ways for us to get our exercise in! If I am walking a dog in your home, I am flexible and accommodating and am comfortable using whatever methods/tools you prefer to keep your dog safe.
About: I have grown up around cats and dogs my entire life. I enjoy spending time taking care of others. I am patient and compassionate, your pets well-being will be my #1 priority. I work part time as a CNA in a long term care facility. I am also attending college part time to purse a career in nursing. Over the years I have cared for numerous of my own cats and dogs. Simply by spending quality time with them every day, walking my dogs and cuddling with my cats. I know the importance of spending time with animals and I understand their basic everyday needs.
About: Growing up I had cats and dogs; it was all I knew :) At a very young age a learned to care for these animals. Now I am going to school for animals scone to further my education in all animals! I work full time Monday-Friday. I am available anytime after 6pm. Weekends I am very free. If I am stay overnight on a week days I’ll be gone for only 4 hours at a time. If close to my job I can stop by during my break! For boarding I have a very spacious home with lots of backyard room; a long leash if need. I currently work part time with dogs and cats, so I know a lot about their care.

I currently own two of my own, a lab and a pittie, they are the light of my life and I cannot wait to treat your pet just like my own. “Our 9 month old Golden Retriever puppy had such a good time at David's house that she didn't want to leave! I could tell she had lots of active play time because it takes a lot to wear her out, and she was really tired when we got home. I appreciate David's flexibility with drop off and pick up times, the special attention he gave our puppy, and the pictures that he shared throughout the day. David's location is an easy drive, a few miles off the highway, and the perfect setting for dogs to play and explore. I'm a worrier by nature, but I felt very comfortable leaving my sweet pup with David. We hope to take our puppy to David's house again the next time we leave town!”

Amber made sure to keep me updated about how his was doing helping to ease my mind of having him away from home for the first time. Sending me pictures/videos and messages about how his day was going. She also took the time to make sure that my pup was comfortable and entertained. Taking him on walks and being able to run around and play in the yard. Letting him go at his own pace and doing what made him feel safe when he didn’t like the rain or was was scared by her dog at first (he wasn’t the biggest one around anymore and couldn’t terrorize/annoy every living thing like he normally likes to do). She even went the extra mile to wash his bed after an accident over night and have him and all of his stuff packed up nicely and ready to go for me when I got there. My little boy loved playing with her and her family. And having the other dogs around for him to interact with was a bonus. When I tell you he was so excited when he first met them that I didn’t even get a second look over the shoulder or a goodbye before he took off to play with one of the kids ? (I’m still emotionally processing his betrayal ?). I could not recommend Amber enough! Your pet will be greatly taken care of (Not to mention worn out….he’s been napping since the moment we put him in the car) and all of your worries will fade the moment you get there.”
