“Erika is an angel! First of all she agreed to care for our puppy 2 days after being spayed. Then our puppy did not do well and became ill with diarrhea and vomiting. She kept in close contact with us and continued to care for her. She had to make special food for our pup because of her diarrhea. Erika is just the sweetest person you will meet and she even washed all of the items in her kennel. We can not say enough positive things about her - if you need an angel to take care of your dog baby consider Erika!”

We left our sweet Piper with Krystal for a week and Piper seemed to adjust well and was in good spirits when we picked her up. I think she even missed Krystal and Duke for a day or so after we returned home! Krystal kept us abreast of how Piper was doing and was responsive to our questions. I was amazed by how unfazed she was by the cold, wet weather that hung over the Fox Valley the week we were away; seemingly taking the additional 4 muddy paws in stride! About: I love taking care of dogs. I will walk your dog in the Spring, Summer and Fall in good weather. Your dog will have my 3 year old Maltese to play with. I’m CPR trained and if needed, with calling you first, take your dog to my home town ER hospital (hope we never need to use that). Your dog must be potty trained for outside. My grandchildren all love dogs, they visit sometimes. I have been with dogs all my life. So rest assured I’ll take care of your dog while I take care of mine and my grandchildren. I will have play time and potty breaks. Will try to teach your dog new tricks. I’ve taken training classes with Pet Smart. You won’t regret placing your pet with me.

About: I’ve had cats my entire life, so loving your cats will be just as easy as loving mine! I have experience with kittens, adult cats and sick cats, and have experience administering oral medications as well as giving them that extra love they need when they’re not feeling well! About: Our family loves animals. We have a comfortable home with a large yard. We have three caring boys that love pets. We are not quite ready to bring a dog into our home full-time because of traveling, but we love to have the company of a pet from time to time. Recently, our youngest has been showing allergy symptoms, so we are only able to watch hypo-allergenic dogs. The dog is treated like our own and spoiled during their stay with us. I work from home with my skincare business, so most of the day, I am home with the pets. We welcome potty trained dogs to our home that do well with children. We can adjust our care style to what makes you most comfortable. I also love to do drop in visits and fill the Rover cards with lots of info and pictures to keep your mind at ease. For these visits, the dogs can be any breed. I work from home and set my schedule, so being a Rover sitter is a nice little extra for me. It is easy to work with and around schedules. We have a large, unfenced backyard. We take dogs on nice walks around our neighborhood. We only board one dog at a time, so it feels like a family setting.

“Bonnie was amazing with our dog Cinnamon! We were in town for my daughter’s dance competition when a blizzard completely changed our plans. Bonnie was incredibly understanding and accommodating when we unexpectedly had to stay an extra night because travel was so dangerous. She even offered to help with anything Cinnamon might need since we hadn’t planned on being away another day. Cinnamon had a wonderful time playing with Bonnie’s fur babies and came home happy and completely exhausted from all the fun. If you’re looking for someone who will truly care for your pup like their own, Bonnie is fantastic. Highly recommend!”

About: Please read the entire profile. I did grow up with a Dalmatian dog. My dad was a firefighter, and came home with Pepper Christmas morning. My sister had a mini goldendoodle. I would stop daily after work around 3:45pm to play and take walks. I took a separation package from my employer 5/1/25 and now would like to offer walks, daycare, drop in visits and boarding . With boarding, For larger dogs, they WILL be crated at night. Your dog will be crated when I play pickleball in the mornings. I do have a crate(s). Please note if sending a request there may be a delay in responding due to pickleball between 9:30 - 12:30 approximate times. I currently have two dog walking appointments from 11:45am -1:45pm Monday-Thursday. Having retired 5/1/25, I have the time to provide loving care, playtime and walks with your pet. I will provide pictures and updates to you. No fence but can play fetch in the front/backyard or take your dog to dog park if they are ok with it. Please provide details or special needs. About: I grew up around cats and have been living with dogs since I was 20. My first experience with dogs was my roommates/bestfriends Rottweiler. I knew the dogvtill the day he died. I got my first dog when I was around 30, a Saint Bernard. He pasted away July 2021, he was my best buddy. He suffered from cancer his last months and needed lots of special care. I have no problems caring for senior dogs, big dogs, active dogs, lazy dogs or puppies! I have experience managing multiple large breed dogs at the same time. About: I owned a dog for over a decade, and babysat dogs/ cats many times. I worked with animals at a zoo so I’m good at reading them and respecting their boundaries! I work second shift (3-11pm) M-F so check ins would work best for those days. I can still dog/cat sit during the weekdays if you’re are okay with your pets being alone for a full shift, or being watched by my parents (while pets are boarded at our house). My weekends are completely open! I have a large backyard and tennis court. I also live near a very nice bike trail for long walks. I have no other animals in the house. I have ramps for small/old dogs.
About: Several years of experience with out pay. I have been around pups and dogs of all ages, sizes and breeds. I am extremely great with animals. About: I’ve grown up with dogs, I know nothing other than dogs. Raised both boys and girls. Currently, raising a 105 lb., 3 year old red gold retriever Mowgli and loving it. He plays well with others! Until further notice, I’m open at all hours of the day. I usually start my day around 5 am to about 9 pm per my puppy’s routine. However, open to any at the time being. I am taking a short leave from my full time position. My home is a family home we’ve grown up in the last seven years or so- plush grass, friendly dog neighbors, friendly neighbors, a lot of exercise in walking (I’ve gone as far as a half marathon once, not saying that’s the plan though unless you’re looking to train for a half marathon of course… lol)
About: I have had dogs since I was a child. I adore all animals but dogs hold a special place in my heart. I have fostered puppies and dogs which included medication administration. I have a senior dog myself now and have been adapting his care to adhere to his age. I have trained puppies before with potty training, teething, and walking on a leash. About: I love taking care of all different kinds of pets, I love working with pets that have unique personalities. There is still so many breeds of both dogs and cats that I would love to be able to take care of. I am currently working part-time at a pet boarding/ daycare facility and still going to school. I still seem to have time that I feel as if I am wasting and need something to fill that void. In my clients home I will try to stick to the instructions that they give me when I am caring for their pet. “Erika is an angel! First of all she agreed to care for our puppy 2 days after being spayed. Then our puppy did not do well and became ill with diarrhea and vomiting. She kept in close contact with us and continued to care for her. She had to make special food for our pup because of her diarrhea. About: I've taken care of animals of all different species and sizes throughout my life, I've always found a deeper connection with animals, and the more I care for them, the more I see that. For Dogs, I can get along with most, although I am admittedly spooked by bigger or more aggressive dogs (Cane Corso's for reference). And as for cat's, I'm always willing to take carr of another feline friend, my closest animal companions in life have been cats! I can respect a cats boundaries very well. Notes: For dogs with Clicker training, I do own a clicker. I cannot allow other cats in my home, as one of my cats is not friendly with others. I'm typically up very early to feed my cat and spend whatever free time I have giving him attention and love while I relax. I am currently unemployed, so I can tend to pets around the clock! My yard is not fenced, I can keep a dog close if need be. I am more than willing to take pets on walks to the park, or outdoors in general. I can adapt to most any animals schedule pretty easily. My house is pretty large, so most animals will have plenty of space to roam and get comfy, and I can make accommodations for any special pet gear needed. List of tasks or care instructions would be highly appreciated, and would help me stick to a given schedule.
