She has experience with other geriatric dogs and her own yorkie. We received an update and pictures of a very happy dog while we were on vacation. About: I have had horses and dogs along with all sorts of animals my whole life. I have assisted with litters of puppies and worked years in a veterinary clinic. My animals are my family and I will care for yours in the same way! I work Monday through Friday 8-5 and am off on the weekends I would be available after work and on the weekends. If that works let me know! I also take my small dog to work with me and my springer goes to daycare next to my work. I have a large fenced in backyard! Pets are like family in my home!! They are allowed on furniture! I have many years of experience from 6 pounds to 150 pound Great Danes.

About: My family did not allow us to have cats growing up but I will tell you that as soon as I could as an adult, I got two! Since adulthood I’ve always had cats as part of our animal family. About: Since I was born our family has had dogs in our house. I grew up with a Sharpei, a Border Collie-German Shepherd mix, and Pit mix; all rescues from local animal shelters and humane societies. Each of them had completely unique personalities, from being protective, to extremely energetic, and dealing with anxiety, I understand how each dog, and owner, embodies a unique relationship. I have helped dog sit for our neighbors in the past and take have taken dogs out for walks during the day when they have to work long hours. I am open to all breeds, ages, and energy levels. I am a professional hockey player, and just finished my first full pro season, so the summer is considered my off-season. I still have morning commitments to my sport so working with Rover works around my odd work hours and fills in the rest of my day. I am extremely active, and can be the same way with dogs looking to get their exercise in for the day as well. I am available between the early afternoon hours through the evening Mon-Fri, but visits outside of that time frame or on the weekends can be worked out as well ahead of time. My first goal is to make your pet feel safe and comfortable with me to make sure they enjoy the experience of spending some of their day with me. My goal is to have positive experiences for both your dog and myself. I understand some dogs can be nervous or have specific habits, so I will follow any instructions given to me on how to properly care for your dog. Whether that is taking them out to exercise, proper ways to give them food, as well as ways to help them feel more comfortable during my visits. My parents’ dog, Marcel, is a pit-mix rescue who has anxiety and very specific eating habits that we have catered to daily over the past several years, so I understand the uniqueness of each dog and situation.

About: I've had dogs my entire life they've always been more like siblings to me than pets. Right now I have an Australian Shepherd and a German Shepard, I love them very much but now that I've moved out of my parents house I don't see them every single day and im missing some pet love!! About: I’ve had a dog for as long as I can remember. From a resident shitzu to our now pitbull and golden doodle. My family has been fostering dogs for the past 5/6 years and I’ve seen it all, from special medications to behavioral issues and major anxiety in dogs. Theres no dog or pet that scares me away. With all the fostering I’ve done I have a lot of experience in training and taking care of special needs dogs (I’m also in college studying psychology!). I’m also well versed in giving medications to dogs with most of our fosters needing to get spayed or neutered. Theres no pet I can’t handle. I work as a manager at an adventure park (Champion Valley) so my schedule is mostly on weekends with a few days throughout the week. I’m free almost every morning and night with an occasional shift during the afternoon, I can make almost any time work except weekends during the day but I’m usually off by 7 for late night visits. I’ve house sat for many family friends along with taking care of their pets from cats and dogs to lizards and guinea pigs. I have a ton of experience with crating dogs and making sure they won’t tear up your house. My Mom works for rover and I’ve learned a lot from her with a few visits I’ve gone on with her.

I currently have two dogs and three cats of my own, so I’m very comfortable managing multiple pets, different temperaments, and busy routines. Your pet will be treated like part of the family in my home! I have a full, happy pack of my own—3 cats and 2 dogs—who all get along wonderfully and love to play. Because of that, I’m very experienced in managing a multi-pet household and making sure everyone feels safe, comfortable, and included. My home is stocked with plenty of toys, cozy spots for relaxing, and all the pet supplies needed to keep tails wagging and whiskers happy. I pay close attention to each pet’s personality and needs, whether they’re energetic and playful or prefer a quieter space to unwind. You can expect lots of supervised playtime, affection, and a clean, pet-friendly environment. About: I have volunteered at my local humane society for over a decade and have been involved in animal rescue since college. I am a pet mama to 3 rescue dogs and a Siamese cat. I have also worked with dogs who have physical disabilities and medical conditions. I am on a semester-long sabbatical from my academic position and now have a very flexible schedule from January-August 2022. I will be unavailable Monday afternoons and all-day Tuesdays. I am used to long walks with my dogs and enjoy working with a range of personalities, particularly the shy dogs. My dogs are used to being crated at night and I am comfortable leashing up, harnessing, and crating dogs.

I have helped treat animals' skin and eyes with ointments and other medications, followed care instructions for dietary needs and medication regimens, and collected animal waste during walks, properly disposing of it in trash or approved receptacles. I also monitor animals for behavioral problems and signs of health issues and carefully clip nails and trim hair around pads and paws, using a gentle approach for anxious pets.
