Important note: Summer is my busy season, so during the months of June-August I will not be requiring a meet and greet as long as your dog has been boarded before and gets along well with other dogs. If you would still like a meet and greet, I would be happy to schedule one with you, but please be patient in scheduling as it is a busy time. Thank you! Boarding is my fulltime job so I am home every day to care for the animals. Pickup and drop off hours are from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Every day is a new adventure! From walks to pool time in the yard, snuggles on the couch or bed and fun holiday activies, your pup will be on their own little vacation while you're away. Safety is always my top concern. While your dogs are with me they will never be left unsupervised; in the case of having to leave for a doctor's appointment etc. they will be crated. I have a fenced in yard with locks on it, so there is no chance of a dog slipping through or opening the gate. I am also trained on signals and body language to prevent dog fights or injuries.

About: Three years kennel/shelter experience. I have trained retrievers for 10 years. My family has fostered dogs my whole life. I have also owned a wide variety of small and exotic animals. My home currently has three medium sized dogs and two turtles... With plenty of room for your babies ;) I am currently working part time. A little about me: I was a volunteer at the SPCA for a few years, back when I lived in Nevada when I was in high school. Then I worked for a 24/7 doggy day care facility for about two years in Lake Tahoe after I moved there with my husband Adam. I worked there until I started my own pet sitting/walking company. when My husband Adam owned a wooden surfboard shop there, while I started my own pet sitting/dog walking company. In 2016, we decided to travel around with our dog Myles for a bit, and converted a school bus into an RV! We both own our own companies so we’ve always been able to work remote and did the conversion on our own. Eventually we ended up in Nashville and did two house flips while still running our craft companies. In 2020 my husband and I moved back here to Illinois where Adam is from, to help his elderly parents, and the family property. We just finished converting the barn into a homestead while we are here, and just celebrated our wedding in the property in September. Sadly our dog Myles passed away peacefully last October at the age of almost 17. While my husband and I greatly miss having a dog or pet around, we’re just not quite ready to get another dog yet and we figured Rover would be perfect. I’ve had a long list of pets throughout my life, from small Pomeranians to a large PitBull lab mix and multiple cats, I haven’t met an animal I didn’t love yet haha. Adam and I live on 8 acres with plenty of room to run and play. Our home is very clean, and also very dog friendly aka we love couch snuggles! Because Adam and I both operate our own businesses, we both have separate shops built in the house so we have the luxury of getting to stay home while still working, making our schedules very open and flexible! About: Since the day I was born, I have lived in a home with numerous types of pets. I have had puppies since the day they came home at eight weeks old, and I have been there to hold their hand when they had left this earth; not only have I seen all stages of life, I have helped take care of them until they are very last breath. My passion is truly to care for others and that also includes animals. Currently, I have two large dogs in my home which we have trained from day one and they are the most loving sweet dogs. I have worked from the basics of sit and stay to fun tricks of rollover, turn around, and have even crate trained. In my almost 30 years of life, I have been around so many types of dogs and it is always my goal to meet and connect and find a common ground with all. I have left corporate America and I run a small business out of my home which means I am my own boss and can pick my own schedule! My goal is to have as much availability as possible so I can help as many families as possible. I have two dogs of my own who are on great routines and I would love to assist to help keep your friends on track as well while you may be out of the house at work or running errands, I have availability starting as early as 6 AM and can make it work if we need to go later in the day at night and I am available mostly every single day unless noted in my calendar! Currently, I have two dogs in my home who are very well behaved and get along great with others of any size. My dogs are crate trained, but are also safe to roam around the home and I would have no problem creating a dog at my house as well and walking them around so they can smell all aspects of my home. I have a large backyard, but it is not fenced in as my dogs are on the Invisible fence, however, this is no issue as I have no problem having a long lead for your dog to run and play with my dogs with my supervision in the yard! My home is open floor plan and over 3000 ft.² so there is plenty of room to have fun together!

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and cats as well. I’m a huge animal lover! I’ve had golden retrievers, pit bulls, Rottweilers, and a mini golden doodle. We currently have a 3 month old Golden Retriever! I’m currently a Stay at Home Mom to a 17. Month old little boy and a 3 month old Golden Retriever! So I’m available all the time! About: I have been working in the pet industy for 10 years and I am pet CPR certified. I have taken care care of pups of all ages, all different kinds of animals, and have had many pets of my own. I currently work at a restaurant so may be gone here and there. My pups are home for you friend to have some company while I'm gone! I do not have a fenced in yard, but can leash walk anywhere. Pets can free roam inside my house, otherwise I can care for pets in their own space.
