“Sumer was so good with my pup! She also sent me pictures about every other day, which really helped set me at ease. She is super sweet, and I will definitely use her again! 💜”

“They were very kind . They sent pictures to my phone (while I was gone) showing her walking, eating, or napping. I felt comfortable leaving my dog baby with them.”

“There are no words to express how thankful we are. Traci and her family made our family feel completely at ease while we were away for the very first time. This was our first experience leaving our baby with someone else, and trusting another family to care for him was a big step for us. Traci and her family treated our boy as if he were their own. She kept us updated, which we deeply appreciated, and you can see in the photos just how comfortable and safe he felt. That alone gave us so much peace of mind. For anyone considering care, we highly recommend Traci and her family. They are truly the best. And their dog, Wilfred — the cutest, kindest boy ever — made the experience even sweeter.”

“I highly recommend Kaitlyn!! I have 2 big boys 1 is a Doberman and the other is a golden mix. They fight if their in the same room. So was going to have Kaitlyn watch just one of them. When I went to do a meet and greet with my golden. We got to talking and she said she would be willing to take both. She was amazing! I didnt have to worry all weekend long about them because she would send me updates with happy pictures every day. They always looked so happy with all the walks and belly rubs. Highly recommend! I will definitely be going back to her and dropping my other doggie daycare even with a 15 minute extra drive.”

“Stacy welcomed my dog into her house and treated him as her own. Rudy loved playing and snuggling with her family! She communicated well and made sure she understood his needs. I will use Stacy again.”

“Brandi was wonderful from drop off to pick up. Lots of updates on our pup while we were gone on a week vacation. He is still a puppy and lots of energy so we were glad he could be with someone in their home while we were away. Definitely would recommend.”

About: I've been a dog owner for as long as I can remember. I currently have one nine year old Chihuahua mix on seizure medicine twice a day. We have a fenced in yard with a chain link fence perfect for letting your dog run around. I am usually up by 5am to go for a run or cycle. I work from home regularly so I can be flexible with letting the dogs out. I have a fenced in yard with one friendly dog of my own to keep your dog company. I have cameras in the home to keep an eye on the pups if I do need to run out.
“She did a fantastic job. Keeping us informed every step of the way. We were wary of using a sitting service, but she made us feel extra comfortable by having us meet beforehand. You can tell she's doing this because she loves dogs.”

“This was our first time using Rover, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Sarah accommodated our last-minute request to watch our 3-month-old puppy for two days. Rip and Mayla were so friendly and playful when we stopped by for a meet and greet. And Sarah's obvious expertise and calm demeanor made it clear that this was a good fit for us. She was always quick with responses, sent daily updates with several pictures spanning the course of the day, and gave a very thorough rundown of how our puppy did his entire time there when we arrived to pick him up. It was clear that she had his best interests at heart. And any time we need a puppy sitter, she will be the first person we contact. 10/10 Highly recommend.”

“Clarissa really looked after our dog while we were on vacation for 8 days. She picked him up and ripped him off. He came back looking healthy and relaxed. Much better than boarding. Will use her services again in future.”

“5 stars!! ⭐️ 🌟 🌟 💫 ⭐️ Jessica is amazing! She graciously dealt with our uncertain and hetic schedules. She went over and above, driving to my home to pick my dog up. Even when he was initially bashful/scared, she waited and took extra time. Gave him extra love and care, car rides, treats, and nap time together. I felt he was safe, content, and at ease while in Jessica’s home. We will definitely be hiring her again!!”

“This is our second booking with Mary and we cannot say enough good things about her. Some very unexpected things happened during this booking and Mary truly went over and above to take care of our little guy. We look forward to many more future bookings with Mary!”

About: My husband and I are frequently taking care of our grand pups! Both 4 years old. We treat them like our own. One’s a chocolate lab, the other is a dachshund. I am an early riser. I get my morning exercise done then am pretty free the rest of the day. With the exception of an occasional appointment here and there. We do not have a fenced yard but would do daily walks. We have a path near our home. We also have lots of dog toys.
“Jennifer was great! It helped us relax on our trip knowing our dog was with someone who was treating her like their own dog. Our dog was able to play outside in the fenced yard, snuggle a bunch and treated like a part of their family. We will definitely use Jennifer for another future trip! Thanks so much!”

“Angel was amazing with taking care of my doggos. Bailey has extremely high separation anxiety and is very destructive when left alone and Angel accommodated Bailey’s needs their entire visit which put me at ease. Drop off and pick up was super easy and she also kept me updated on how Bailey and DJ were doing throughout my trip (pics and vids included). Both of my pups were sad on the car ride home bc of how attached they got to Angel and her boyfriend’s amazing personalities and gentleness! I look forward to rebooking with her!”

“Mary and her husband are absolutely wonderful caregivers! I received daily updates about my Ivy and they were very sweet, loving and caring with her. I highly recommend Mary to anyone who needs to be able to trust 100% that their fur babies will be well cared for!”

“Jacqueline took such great care of our dog while we were out of town. She and her family treated our dog as if he was their own. We couldn't be happier with Jacqueline. She's the best! ❤️”

“Natiia was wonderful with my dog. He stayed for a week with no issues at all. Communication was good. Pictures were greatly appreciated while away. Would recommend and use again. 💕”

“Chanse was fantastic. She took good care of our recently adopted dog. Our dog is very timid, but became comfortable there very quickly and seemed to be really happy. I highly recommend Chanse and her family to watch your loved pets.”

“I very much trusted and enjoyed having Bridget drop in for visits to help with our 13 yr old Yorkie. She was timely and took care of Lucy as asked for. I would certainly recommend her and I will reach out again as needed. Thank you, Bridget.”

“Amanda was great. Very attentive to the cats, and observant to my house in general. Several days into the stay, she noticed an Ant infestation in my kitchen. She took steps to eliminate the problem without chemicals that would harm the kitties. Pictures and reports were appreciated and something to look forward to while I was away. Lots of play time was included on every stay. I look forward to working with Amanda again.”

“Offered to do a meet and greet before hand that left me feeling more comfortable about hiring someone for the first time to watch my cat. Abbey was very nice, sent photos, respectful of our house, and took the time to win over my elderly cat. She also was able to give my elderly cat her twice a day medication no problem.”

“Ian was amazing with our cats! We can’t thank him enough for taking the time he took with the notes and cute pictures! Very professional and will always be booking him in the future!”

“Marla was amazing and was very attentive to our cats needs. She was very communicative and sent wonderful photos daily. When we arrived home, it was the first time our cat wasn’t angry at our absence. She actually let me hold and pet her, then played with her toys rather than ignore us. I would definitely refer Marla as a stay in cat sitter.”

“Victoria did an amazing job with Panini! I feel she really went above and beyond. I got photos throughout the visit which I really appreciated. Panini, my cat, was very well cared for and I definitely recommend booking with Victoria!”

“Ali took great care of my cat. She was really loving toward my cat, so the cat came out to see Ali every day she came over. Ali also communicated with me if there was an issue with the house. She let me know when the temperature in the house was too warm, so I was able to remotely turn on the air conditioner, Any time I had a question, Ali quickly responded. I highly recommend Ali as a pet sitter”

“Traci was very responsive and took great care of my cats. They usually take time to warm up to people but she had them hangout out on the couch with her before I returned from vacation. They enjoyed her care and comfort very much!”

About: I have been around animals all my life. Grew up on a farm & helped with the horses, chickens, cows, cats, dogs. Currently training a bernedoodle, Dunkin, for the Southern Wisconsin Therapy Dog Association. Dunkin will visit nursing homes, student centers with autistic and special ability facilities, some medical facilities based on needs. If you ask family & friends, they’ll tell you that I cannot pass any animal without affectionately acknowledging them. And only if the animal is willing, I will give lots of love. I genuinely enjoy animals far more than people. ;) I have taken multiple levels of dog training courses. I also enjoy riding the family horse, Apache, in my free time. I have a pretty flexible work schedule but I work most days 8-4:30, M-F I am available before work, after work, evenings until about 10-10:30pm and weekends. Or overnights if booked. In client’s homes, I would use whichever method they prefer. If they leash potty an animal, I will do that. If animal runs in fenced in yard, I will stand in yard & wait. If they have a special request for animal, I will discuss with client if I am capable of said request.

“Dawnlea is awesome with our dog and three cats. We have her do weekly drop-ins Monday through Friday. She has a calm and loving manner with our pets. She plays with and feeds them. The pictures she sends of our pets are very comforting to see them so well cared for.”

“Kristen dropped in twice a day to feed our cat while we were out of town. She checked in with me each time she went by and even sent pictures of Jude looking fat and happy. Knowing someone was there checking on things made being away from home much less stressful. When we got home everything in the house was just as we left it and Jude was so much more chill than she usually is when we get home. Kristen was very nice and easy to make arrangements with. I would definitely recommend her and will book her again if needed.”

About: What sets me apart as a pet sitter is not just my experience, but my genuine passion for animal care. With five years of hands-on experience caring for my own cats and those of family and friends, I have developed a deep understanding of various animal needs, from playful kittens to gentle seniors. I take pride in my commitment to my own cats' daily mental stimulation, proper feeding, and changing their litter boxes to ensure they stay healthy and happy. This dedication extends to the pets I sit for, as I always prioritize making sure cats are loved, provided ample fresh water, and are fed properly. I also understand that every pet has its own personality, so I make it a point to tailor my approach to ensure they feel comfortable and loved while their owners are away. Additionally, my experience caring for my own cats gives me a unique perspective on the different ways animals express their needs. With three cats at home, I know firsthand how to create a nurturing environment that meets each pet’s individual requirements. My goal is to provide peace of mind to pet owners, knowing their furry family members are in capable and caring hands.
About: I have been a proud pet owner pretty much my whole life. I cared for my senior dog until the end when he got cancer. I think animals should treated according to their needs. Each one is unique. I adore animals and care very much that they receive excellent care. I have an unpredictable yet flexible schedule and can often take on jobs last minute but prefer to know in advance. I have reliable transportation. My dogs are my family. They are spoiled with love and given the highest level of care including regular vet visits. I have experience administering meds, walking, and playing with all different kinds of animals.
About: Animals have been part of my life for as long as I can remember, and I understand that every pet has a unique personality, routine, and comfort level. I have experience caring for both dogs and cats, with a special appreciation for senior pets and those who need extra patience or consistency. One of the most meaningful experiences I've had was adopting a 12-year-old cat that developed chronic kidney disease (CKD). I cared for her through nearly four years of treatment, managing medications, hydration, appetite, weight, and daily routines until she passed away just shy of her 16th birthday. That experience taught me the importance of careful observation, consistency, and recognizing subtle changes in behavior that can indicate something isn't right. I also have experience caring for a Yorkshire Terrier and understand the unique needs of toy breeds, including their size, energy, and safety considerations. Several family members and friends have larger dogs that I take on walks and care for when they're away. Professionally, my background is in consulting and project management, which has made me highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented. I follow instructions carefully, communicate proactively, and believe pet owners deserve regular updates and photos so they can enjoy their time away with confidence. My goal is always to care for your pets the way I would want someone to care for my own. Pet sitting fits well into my schedule, allowing me to provide reliable, attentive care while maintaining flexibility. I currently offer overnight house sitting, typically from approximately 7:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m., when many pets appreciate the comfort of having someone with them overnight. During the day, I may have other work or personal commitments depending on the booking, but I always communicate my schedule in advance so expectations are clear. I strive to keep pets on their normal routines for meals, potty breaks, playtime, medications, and companionship while respecting the schedule that works best for each household. I understand how important consistency is for animals, especially seniors or pets with medical needs, and I do my best to minimize disruptions to their daily routine. I am able to pick up your animal and drop them off for an additional fee ($10 / day). When caring for pets in a client's home, my priority is maintaining the environment and routines they already know. I carefully follow your instructions for feeding, medications, walks, exercise, household rules, and any special care your pet requires. I take time to build trust with each animal, allowing shy or anxious pets to become comfortable at their own pace. Safety is extremely important to me. I pay close attention during walks, keep doors and gates secure, monitor pets for changes in behavior or health, and never hesitate to contact an owner if I have a question or concern. I also treat every home with the same respect I would expect someone to show mine, keeping it clean, secure, and well cared for during your absence. Communication is a key part of my service. You can expect regular updates and photos so you know how your pets are doing and can have peace of mind while you're away.
About: I have grown up and worked with animals my whole life. From having both dogs and cats growing up, to working as a Sea Lion trainer at the Milwaukee County Zoo, I have learned how to care for, and train, animals on a daily basis. It’s fun to get to know their different personalities, what motivates them, and understanding what will make their day positive. I love going on long walks or just lounging and giving lots of pets. Along with caring for animals, I work as a part-time nanny! I am a part-time nanny with a flexible schedule, which allows me to take jobs such as dog walking, or sitting, to fill in my schedule on my off days! Taking care of a pet is the same as taking care of someone else’s child. Their needs come first and it’s important to know what they enjoy and what motivates them. It’s equally as important to gain their trust and create a safe relationship with them, even if it’s only for a small amount of time. A positive relationship in return gives a positive experience.
“Shelby did an awesome job watching my cat while I was gone over the 4th of July weekend. My cat is usually pretty shy around new people, but she seemed to come out of her shell around Shelby which was encouraging!”

About: Safety is always my number one priority, and snuggles are a close second. While I don’t consider myself a professional dog trainer, I have a lot of hands-on experience training my own dogs and enjoy doing fun, light basic training with pups who are willing participants. Above all, my goal is to make your pet feel completely comfortable and happy in my care whether that means going for walks, getting extra snuggles, or engaging in a little positive, low-pressure training. I work part-time for my family business and have the flexibility to take my work with me anywhere. That means your pet gets plenty of attention and care! I truly love animals and make them a natural part of my daily life, it’s something that brings me a lot of joy and fulfillment I have three playful, friendly, and highly socialized dogs in my home. Crating is available if needed for your pet’s comfort and safety. My yard features a secure 6-foot privacy fence with plenty of space for your dog to run, play, and explore.
“Kaitlyn was wonderful. Went over Jensen's history was provided a tour of her home, very clean and definitely set up to welcome dogs. The report card was spot on with what we expected. Provided a calm environment to welcome a puppy who has been through a lot in her short life. When we got home, she acted normal. With our previous dogs we boarded at kennels but felt the need to try something different with a puppy that spent most of her life at a shelter. Our dogs would be wiped out when they came back home. So far not seeing any of that from her stay with Kaitlyn.”

“Chanse and her children (who are absolutely adorable!!!) took amazing care of Doc and Gunner. My husband and I were able to enjoy family time without worrying about our babies. Doc and Gunner enjoyed all the extra love and attention they received. Would contact Chanse again if we are back in the area with our babies. Highly recommend her if you need your dogs watched. Thank you!!!!!”

About: I am the second oldest of 8 kids and I have taken care of pets and kids ever since I was little. I love cats and dogs and get along well with many breeds but prefer small dogs because of strength and we have a huge yard but it’s not fenced in. I am currently available 24/7 and just have small increments of time I would be gone for a doctors appointment occasionally so I can take the dog out often. We keep them well fed and hydrated and cuddle for cats and dog and for the dog we also let him out on the long chain or my son takes him from a walk because he is a larger breed.
About: I've been taking care of animals my whole life. I house and dog sit for a variety of people based on recommendations. I am very passionate about animals and will always take very good care of them. I am currently only working as a pet sitter. I love pet sitting because I get to meet pet parents and care for a variety of different animals. I am a stay at home mom looking to combine my love for animals with be able to stay at home with my daughter. I own 3 cats and two dogs. I have experience grooming both dogs and cats professionally. My dogs also have access to the fenced in back yard as well.
“Brandi was amazing! She helped us out on short notice, took great care of our dog, and sent lots of photos and updates throughout the day. Our dog is usually very anxious, but he felt comfortable with her, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. We felt completely confident leaving him in her care and would happily book with her again. Highly recommend! 🐾❤️”

“Sarah and her pack did awesome!!! Can't thank her enough for taking in Winnie on such short notice. When I picked up Winnie I was taken back at how much Winnie had bonded with Sarah in such a short period of time. Sarah was aware of Winnie's IBD issues and updated me on how she did. I really appreciated her for that!!!! This family definitely loves dogs!!!”

I have a nice fenced in yard and great neighborhood available for daily walks. We have a great safe space to care for your pet!
“Theresa took in our dog on short notice and provided overnight care when we had a bit of a family emergency out of town. She took several photos and provided updates as well. We will continue to trust our somewhat special needs dog with her. It seems clear that our dog enjoys staying there as well. Which brings us a lot of peace about trusting our dog with someone. Thank you, Theresa, for your love and care for our little member of our family!”

“So flexible and helpful with my pup! I trust her 100% and know when I pick my dog up she will be tired from playing outside, with toys or with other dogs! I highly recommend Ashlee and will continue to use her for all of our dog sitting needs!”

“Chris and Dan were responsive, helpful and generous. They did a fabulous job with my pup and went above and beyond by brushing him out and giving him treats for good behavior. I will happily have Chris and Dan look after him whenever I need a sitter in Rockford.”

“Samantha was amazing with our Sully! He had such a good time playing & we loved all the updates/pictures during his stay. We definitely would rebook when we’re back in the area.”

“Lauren was so good to our dog who is shy but super friendly. She made him feel at home and played his favorite game of fetch. He was tired when he came home and he slept the entire night. We will definitely use Lauren again. She even sent a little video of him to us.”

I have 1 year dog kennel experience that inspired me to become a vet assistant to hopefully start my own commercial business in the future! Thank you for considering me and contributing to my experience it is greatly appreciated and your animals will be treated like my own! I’m in school studying to become a veterinary assistant, so pet care naturally fits into my daily routine. My class schedule is flexible, giving me lots of availability on weekends and most weekdays. Since animal care is already a big part of my life, I’m able to provide consistent attention, playtime, and reliability for your pets. I do online. Your dog’s safety and comfort always come first when im caring for them in your home, follow your feeding, potty, and exercise routine so they feel secure and settled. If you don’t really have a route with pups and are a go with the flow person like I am I can provide, 8-10 potty’s breaks and lots of attention. For safety during walks in my neighborhood, there are no sidewalks so we walk against traffic so we can see oncoming cars with dogs on the right side of me farthest away from the road in grass. In the winter, I follow a cold-weather walking policy for safety: if it’s too cold for me in an t shirt it’s too cold for them! Usually requests winter weather gear like boots and coat but one can be provided(washed after every use with pet safe detergent). (Black puffer and no slip socks.) Night time walking- don’t worry about the days getting darker I’ve got it covered with my reflective gear, flashlight, collar light clips, and more. Thank you for understanding and helping keep your pet safe!
“Does a great job with my dog. Will be calling again for future needs. But my pup is ready to be on his own for the work day. Thank you very much for all your help and expertise!”

I walk my dogs almost everyday, bath them, feed them, schedule there grooming appointments, brush there teeth, let them sleep in my bed like its theres I am prepared making sure I have clear instructions, pet profile, and house rules. As well as maintaining privacy, sharing updates, and a brief stay summary with notable observations if preferred!
About: I’ve had animals my entire life. I have also been taking care of pets for family members and neighbors for quite some time. I love meeting new furry friends and I hope to meet many more I am currently working full time, but I’m looking to move more into a caregiving job, working with animals more frequently. As of right now I can do morning and afternoon visits, as needed during business days I can come to a clients home and provide whatever care is needed, whether it’s taking a young pup on a long walk, or just hanging out with a senior pup in the backyard while they do their business and enjoy some sun. Or even playing with a kitty and some string in the living room.
About: Hello! My name is Gracie, a program coordinator living in the Stateline area. I'm looking for furry walking buddies to make some extra money in my free time. From growing up on my family's hobby farm and watching friend's pets, I have over 10 years of experience caring for dogs and other types of animals, both small and large. I have a wonderful cat named Whispy. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you're in need of animal care. I look forward to meeting you and your dog (or other fur babies). You're welcome to send me a message with any or all inquires. I'd love to get to know your dog or other pet more. In the meantime, have a wonderful day! I’m currently job hunting after graduation, so my current availability is very flexible to suit your schedule. I am willing to work around your schedule to meet your pet care needs. I usually spend my time accompanying the pets when I’m animal sitting for my clients. I can’t help myself but play with pets when they’re nearby, so expect lots of exercise and enrichment :)

“Sumer was so good with my pup! She also sent me pictures about every other day, which really helped set me at ease. She is super sweet, and I will definitely use her again! 💜”

“Brandi was wonderful from drop off to pick up. Lots of updates on our pup while we were gone on a week vacation. He is still a puppy and lots of energy so we were glad he could be with someone in their home while we were away. Definitely would recommend.”

“This is our second booking with Mary and we cannot say enough good things about her. Some very unexpected things happened during this booking and Mary truly went over and above to take care of our little guy. We look forward to many more future bookings with Mary!”

“Mary and her husband are absolutely wonderful caregivers! I received daily updates about my Ivy and they were very sweet, loving and caring with her. I highly recommend Mary to anyone who needs to be able to trust 100% that their fur babies will be well cared for!”

“Rosie was happy when I picked her up. The next morning she was back to her usual self. With some other sitters, it can take one to three days for her to be back to her usual self. So just from that I’d say Alyssa did a nice job.”

“We were nervous to tryout Rover but couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter for our fur baby. Ali treated our dog as if he was her own and also made sure we got several updates throughout his stay with her. We highly recommend Ali and will be a returning customer for sure!”

My kiddos and I miss him a ton and would love the opportunity to care for your fur baby until we are ready to get another dog of our own. I work fully from home so I have a lot of flexibility all week and any weekends we are home/available as well. I am confident your pet would have LOTS of love and attention! I have a nice fenced in yard and great neighborhood available for daily walks. We have a great safe space to care for your pet!
“Lauren and her family were great! She was so flexible and paid attention to all the details. My dog came back happy and tired from having fun! We will be back next time we’re in the area needing a sitter!”

“Morgan was amazing! She took good care of Gypsy, and she was flexible when my schedule changed due to weather and travel issues. Gypsy is a ham, and I can tell that Morgan loved her the way I do! ❤️❤️❤️”

“Meredith was so great at keeping me informed and sending pictures of my pup while we were away on our trip. She seems to really know a lot about dogs and I love the fact that she has veterinary tech experience and dog training certification! My pup was very happy there and I will certainly use Meredith again!”

“Ashley is super friendly and fantastic pet sitter. My dogs were happy and comfortable at Ashley's home. Bonus: My dogs loved hanging out with her sweet dogs. I absolutely recommend her and her home!!! I've already scheduled another visit. Highly recommend!!!”

“Nicole is awesome and Reggie very much enjoyed his overnight, especially getting to know Otis, the family dog. We received photo updates and communication was wonderful. Plan to definitely to stay again!”

“I almost don't want to leave a review because I don't want everyone finding out what an amazing dog caregiver Samantha is! I cannot rave enough about her communication, competency, and genuine love of animals. I had zero anxiety leaving my dog child with her. I'm actually excited to plan trips again knowing that Riesling has a safe and comfortable place to be.”
