We have a 1 year old mixed breed dog that is very playful and happy around pretty much everyone. We met in a park near AJ’s home and he was promptly on time and communicated well. I asked several questions about the plan for the day and everything seemed reasonable to me. For me personally I just wanted someone that would keep my dog active and happy for the afternoon, also sneak in the occasional nap is okay too. About: I have always had pets in my home my whole life both dogs and cats I am more of a dog person but I absolutely love caring for all animals and I know how difficult it can be depending on the animal my parents most recent dog was a handful he was in and out of several homes before finding his way to ours because of he’s very energetic and sometimes violent behavior but we turned him to a sweetie with time and good training. At first he was rather aggressive towards me and was very difficult to train because of how long he had gone without training which taught me a lot of tricks to deal with a difficult and aggressive dog. I love this job and I hope your pet will enjoy my company as much as I’ll enjoy theirs. I have bathed dogs helped bathe a cat with flees and I’m down to learn anything if you’ll help show me. I’m especially available after 4 PM, but I’m happy to make other times work as well. I can bring my work computer with me if needed and take breaks as I please, so I’m able to give your pets plenty of attention and care throughout the day. Your pet safety and comfort are my top priorities. I always follow care instructions closely and make sure pets are supervised, secure, and stress-free. I pay close attention to their behavior, routines, and any special needs they may have. My home is calm, clean, and pet friendly. I make sure doors and windows are secured, remove any potential hazards, and provide plenty of space for pets to relax and feel at home. I’m very attentive during walks and outings and always use leashes, unless otherwise instructed. I treat every pet as if they were my own and worked hard to build trust so both pets and owners feel comfortable and confident in my care.
About: Since I was a young girl I've cared for cats and dogs in various settings. I've volunteered at humane societies, I've worked as a Vet Tech, was a supervisor at a daycare/boarding facility. I can administer insulin and other medications. Minor training experience in a professional setting. Can handle puppies to seniors. I am available most days for intermittent care for pets during the week. My work schedule is consistent, 9:30-630 Monday-Friday during the summer and 12-6:30 during the school year.
