About: Taking walks around my pond, lots of cuddles, and play will be enjoyed at my home. Open to working with your feeding schedule preferences for your pet. Weekends, I will be home more to play and cuddle. I work outside of home during the week, but in the evenings I will have lots of time to play and have fun. If you have a crate, I would love for you to bring it for the dog. This way, if I am sitting with multiple pets while I'm gone, they are safe. Also, I will always have a leash in my complex.

About: I have been pet sitting for 5 years and have taken care of my own pets since I was 14. I have taken care of puppies and kittens that age 8 weeks and older. I’ve also taken care of an elderly dog in the past. I have trained a service dog in the past which means I can practice with your puppy or dog to remember commands. I don’t work. I care for each pet like they’re someone’s baby, because they are! I currently work 8-4, but have a very flexible schedule. I can care for pets at almost any time of the day, and would love to play with your pets! I have one friendly dog who loves to go for walks or run in the field across the street. Our yard is not fenced in, but I have a very sturdy lead they can run on. We have tons of toys, and dogs are allowed on any furniture unless you specify otherwise. I am very active and love going on long walks. Dogs are more than just pets; they are family, and when you are gone, you want to know they are being well cared for. If you are looking for an honest, reliable person who loves dogs, I would love to be able to work for you! I am new to Asheville, and my kids are grown, so I have a pretty open schedule! I am typically available from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. weekly. Unfortunately, my pitbull rescue can be selective with dogs, so I would need to provide care in your home. I am familiar with working with different types of harnesses and muzzles. Although you may have the most well-behaved dog in the world, other dogs (and their owners) can be unpredictable, so I always take precautions and avoid direct contact with other dogs. I have taken my dogs through training classes, hired a training for more challenging behaviors, and participated in an agility class with one of my more mischievous pups, so I have had experience with training.
