“Beth took in Nala after our original plans fell through and everything went wonderful. She kept us updated throughout our stay and went above and beyond to make sure my dog was comfortable. They treated Nala like she was their own. She came home happy! Will book again without hesitation. Highly recommended.”

“Amber was amazing! Her and her family helped take great care of my 3 month old pup for a few days while we were in the process of moving. She was super accommodating and helpful, taking him in just hours after us contacting her very last minute while stressed trying to figure out what to do with him. Taking in his “puppy shenanigans” and all like he was one of her own. Amber made sure to keep me updated about how his was doing helping to ease my mind of having him away from home for the first time. Sending me pictures/videos and messages about how his day was going. She also took the time to make sure that my pup was comfortable and entertained. Taking him on walks and being able to run around and play in the yard. Letting him go at his own pace and doing what made him feel safe when he didn’t like the rain or was was scared by her dog at first (he wasn’t the biggest one around anymore and couldn’t terrorize/annoy every living thing like he normally likes to do). She even went the extra mile to wash his bed after an accident over night and have him and all of his stuff packed up nicely and ready to go for me when I got there. My little boy loved playing with her and her family. And having the other dogs around for him to interact with was a bonus. When I tell you he was so excited when he first met them that I didn’t even get a second look over the shoulder or a goodbye before he took off to play with one of the kids ? (I’m still emotionally processing his betrayal ?). I could not recommend Amber enough! Your pet will be greatly taken care of (Not to mention worn out….he’s been napping since the moment we put him in the car) and all of your worries will fade the moment you get there.”

“We absolutely, 100% recommend Edith S. as a pet sitter. She is thoughtful, kind and really loved our little dog while we were gone. Multiple pictures and little stories daily put us completely at ease while we gone. We feel very lucky and grateful to have found her.”

“Our 2 dogs stayed at Sarah's for about a week earlier this month. The stay was great! We got daily updates, including photos and videos. They have a fantastic large fenced in yard where they could safety run and play. They had lots of playtime, but also lots of snuggles and love. They were both clearly enjoying their own vacation at Sarah's while we were gone on ours. It was so refreshing to know they were so well cared for while we were away- we have already rebooked them for our next trip!”

“Paula is my #1 pick to take care of my dog when I travel out of town. She's so caring and loving and takes care of my pup well. She gives the dog freedom and my pup loves going there. Paula sends pictures often and its nice to see he's having a good time. I hope she continues taking care of pups for the longest time as she does it well with care, attention and love.”

“I had the pleasure of using David’s exceptional dog-sitting services. He cared for my yorkie-mix and labrador retriever for a short family vacation. His professionalism and welcoming nature made me feel comfortable leaving my pets in his care. His home, nestled amongst trees and with a secure yard, provided the perfect environment for my dogs. Regular updates and pictures he provided during my time away helped me relax. I would highly recommend David’s services to others.”
“Erin and family are the best. Wesley had a great time with them and got a new buddy Willow out of the deal. For sure will use Erin again. She had great communication and updated us everyday of Wes’s day.”

“Bethany was amazing! She watched my little Archie for a long weekend and made our getaway more enjoyable by not having to worry about our fur baby! Will definitely be using her again!”

“Such a treat to have Duane & Lauren take care of my pup, Rapha while I was away. They are very responsive and attentive to the needs of both owner and doggie. Thank you!”

“Ronalisa is very kind. She has a really nice yard for Spunky and Boss to run around. Very responsive. My dogs enjoyed their staycation with her and her fur babies. Spunky and Boss came home tired and happy. Recommend her 10/10.”

“Val was a careful listener, and asked the right questions about our dog. These first non-family overnights of the dog's life went extremely well. We were fully confident and comfortable about Val's care for Jack, our labradoodle, and were right to be - Jack came home happy!.”

“Great communication for booking, through their stay, and when we needed to adjust our pick up time. We received pictures of our ladies several times, which brightened our day and helped us feel at ease when we were away. They were very attentive to the different food and medication needs our ladies have. We will definitely use them again for future boarding.”

“Erika did a great job caring for my senior dog. She was conscientious of some extra needs he has at this point in his life, she communicated clearly, and she sent sweet picture updates. Thanks, Erika!”

“Absolutely fantastic! Gave Odin so love, attention, and exercise! Gave updates throughout the week. Could not have asked for anyone better to care for my dog while I was away!”

“Erik and family took great care of Copper. They sent pictures and updates and cared for him like he was a member of the family. I’ll definitely be rebooking with them the next time I need someone to watch Copper.”
“Paige S. was an excellent babysitter for my Babycat. My Babycat is all that I have in this world and I would trust Paige S. with my Babycat anytime. After communicating and speaking to Paige on the phone, I realized that Paige was a true animal lover like myself. It was then I booked with her to board my Babycat while I had to go to the hospital for 2 nights. During my stay at the hospital, Paige answered text and even sent pictures of my Babycat to reassure me. She also helped load and unload Babycat in her carrier, as I am dealing with a handicap. This is how Paige takes excellent care of animals and their humans ! Thank you to Rover for having respectable, professional and loving caregivers like Paige S.! Thank you very much to Paige S. for all your care and extra help with my Babycat! Raul "Dan" Ornelas”

“Ellen was a great host for our sheepdog! Communication was excellent from start to finish. She sent pictures and video so we knew that Lucy was enjoying her time. Big fenced in backyard was a bonus. Highly recommend.”

“Shawn was great! Sent picture updates and Caspian looked so happy and relaxed! He was super flexible and even worked with me as I needed to have a friend pick Cas for scheduling reasons. Thank you Shawn!”

“Kayla and her dogs made my pup feel right at home! He has a lot of energy and definitely met his match in the best way. I left him knowing he would be safe and entertained. As soon as he got in the car after pick up, he curled up and went to sleep which is always a sign of having a fun time. I would definitely recommend Kayla! ☺️”

“This was our first time with Ashley. She stopped by in advance for a meet and greet which reassured us greatly. She was on time for her drop-in visit with our kitty. She took care of all of our cat's needs (food, litter box, treats), spent some time with her, and sent us photos from the visit.”

“McKenna was AMAZING with our three picky/skiddish cats. She’s very patient, sweet and loving. After our first meet and greet I instantly felt at ease and knew they were in perfect hands. We honestly couldn’t have found a more perfect sitter for our kitties and will definitely be contacting McKenna whenever we need a sitter! Thank you McKenna!”

“This was our first time having a cat sitter and I was super impressed. Kirstyn sent such sweet updates each day that made it clear she really got to know our cats. I will 100% be looking to book again for our next trip!”

“I can't say enough good things about our experience with Hailey! She went above and beyond for us and our cats while we were away for 2 weeks. Her communication was top notch, she sent lots of photos each day, and was incredibly patient with our cats who need to be separated right now. If you are looking for a reliable and kind cat-sitter, look no further!”

About: Hi! I understand how important it is for your feline friend to feel loved and cared for in their own environment. While I don’t have a furry friend of my own, I care daily for my grandfather's two cats, Ireland and Tao, who have taught me so much about the unique personalities that cats can have. Additionally, I've gained experience caring for kittens I’ve found and nurtured until I could find them loving homes. I have hands-on experience ensuring cats get the attention they need, whether it’s feeding, playtime, or maintaining a clean and comfortable space. I recognize how important routine is for cats, so I make sure they’re fed on time, receive enough playtime, and enjoy a clean, cozy environment while you're away. Rest assured, I’m flexible and happy to accommodate any specific care routines your cat may have. Your cat’s comfort and well-being are my top priorities.

About: I am skilled in cat handling as I work at an ER and deal with difficult kitties that need treatments. I have had cats in my life and currently own one myself. For cat sitting, I find it is best to keep them in their familiar space and go to them!

Perfect for high energy dogs - Pardeeville
About: Although new to Rover as a sitter, we've used Rover frequently for our boys. I've had pets (cats, dogs, fish) ever since I was 14. I don't have special certs but have done puppy classes and have successfully trained our dogs since! One being a Shiba Inu if you know how stubborn they are 😉. I currently have two bernese mountain dogs and love furry friends from small to extra large! I've done drop ins and in home in the past. Im currently mostly a SAHM! I am a RN but only work 16hrs a month. I will have ample time to be at home with all pets. I have a fenced yard (6ft chain linked) and two neutered boys to keep your pets company. I can also always go for walks, fill a small kiddie pool for the dogs to play in, and whatever else your pup enjoys! I can crate as well if need be and tons of pictures can and will always be sent.
About: Hello I have been taking care of all sorts of pets since I was very young! I have experience with potty training, crate training, walking, and lots of play time. I also can give any puppers bath if need be. I also have experience with cats and many other small animals. I am free all week as I stay home with my 4 kiddos. I have 2 young kids that are 2 and 3 years old and my other 2 are 9 and 12. I always make sure that my pets and anyone else's pets are fed at a certain time, made sure they get their walks and exercise, but also make sure they get their cuddle time as well. I also make sure that they have water on hand at all times.

“Emily accommodated us when our plans had to change suddenly and we needed someone to watch our pups for several hours. Her directions were great and she greeted us right away with a smile. The pups were comfortable to walk away from us with her which says a lot. She cleared the hike in advance and kept in touch with us. The boys were happy and mellow when we met to pick them and she was very understanding about their sometimes car sickness. We’d definitely recommend her as she was great with our pups and they can sometimes be a handful.”

“David has an amazing environment for the dogs and his demeanor and care for them is awesome. We love taking our two dogs there weekly and they start going nuts when we are about a mile away!”

About: I am a proud dog owner/parent who loves spending time with my two Frenchies. I love to have doggy friends come over and spend quality time playing, snuggling, and relaxing. I am currently doing consulting work from home in a part time basis and have a very flexible schedule. I can do doggy daycare during the week as well as some weekends. The house have a fenced backyard that is very safe for our dogs and our house is doggy proof. I have crates too if that is your preference, otherwise your pup will be inside the house with us.
“It was a last minute scramble to find anybody to watch the dogs, Amber reached out through the app she worked with us and even though she had another dog she was watching she took on our 2 little ladies and took very good care of them. I would certainly recommend her to anyone who has fur babies. Dogs well cared for and she is very easy to work with. 🐶❤️😊”

“Edith is your dream sitter. She posts daily photos and updates of your pet. She obviously loves what she does. She is a lovely soul and my Mimi, who can be shy, had her tail up in the photos which made me feel reassured that she was in a safe, loving environment.”

“Jenny felt right at home and couldn't wait to go back the second day! I'll definitely return to Paula the next time we need daycare! Communication and updates were great and very much appreciated!”

About: I genuine care and give attention to every dog as if they were my own. I’m patient, reliable, and attentive to each dog’s individual needs. I’m comfortable working with puppies who are still learning routines, including basic training and potty schedules, and I’m also gentle and mindful with senior dogs who may need slower walks, medication reminders, or extra comfort. My goal is to make sure every dog feels safe, happy, and loved while their owner is away. I currently work only 2 days out of the week, but my schedule is very flexible, and can switch days if need be! Will accommodate I care for pets by making sure they stay comfortable and follow the routine they’re used to. In a client’s home, I provide feeding, fresh water, walks, playtime, and plenty of attention so pets feel safe while their owner is away. I also keep the home tidy and make sure pets stay on their normal schedule. If caring for pets in my home, I provide a safe, clean environment with supervised play, regular potty breaks, exercise, and lots of affection. I always pay close attention to each pet’s needs, personality, and any special instructions from the owner to make sure they feel happy and cared for.
About: Hi my name is Yee Lam but everyone calls me Suki. I grew up with dogs and am a dog lover. I had a beloved toy poodle named Seven for 15 years, who was truly the best dog and a cherished member of our family. I’m a full-time mom, and when my son (9) and daughter (7) are in school, I have plenty of free time to care for pets—playing with them, feeding them, and giving them all the attention they need. My kids love dogs too, and I think this is a wonderful way for them to learn the joys and responsibilities of having a puppy. I’m available for boarding on weekends and most weekdays after 9 a.m. We have a spacious yard for safe outdoor play, and our neighborhood is calm, family-friendly, and right next to a school, with no major roads nearby, so you can feel at ease knowing your dog will be safe on our walks.
About: I'm currently in a pet-free home with my kiddos and have lived with dogs for much of my adult life. I'm a massage therapist and love giving pups a little TLC with energy therapy and light massage. They love it! The dog you see in my thumbnail photo is KC. She was a rescue dog who was with us for six years and needed lots of training, support and care. Please note I take 3 walking clients per day but only 1 boarder at a time. I teach at a technical college and am a personal trainer, working part-time from home and part-time out of the home. I'm often home for long hours during the day. My three kids are in public school, so dogs may have 1 to 4 dog-lovers in the home after 4pm. I offer long walks on sidewalks or trails if preferred, treats, water, lots of play and unlimited petting! I offer care in my home and dog walking. Pets are allowed on my furniture if that's what they're used to. Looking forward to meeting your pup!
“Jackie took great care of Millie when we went out of town for the day. Millie had a long walk and got to play in the yard with the hose. She was all tuckered out when she came home at the end of the day.”

I have a pup of my own so your dog will always have company. If necessary, I have a crate that your dog can use to keep them safe. I also have plenty of toys to share :)

About: Hi! My name is Rona. I grew up on a farm in the Philippines. As a child, my parents always had dogs and cats at home. I’ve experienced taking care of many different types of animals. It was quite challenging but it’s fun! When I came here, we adopted Maggie and Lyka when they were still puppies. Maggie is a 7 years old Pug and Lyka is a 3 years old Boston Terrier. I love them so much! They are both lovable and friendly. Our neighbors and friends have relied on me to groom, walk, feed and bathe their dogs while they were away. About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life and currently have three dogs of my own, all with very different personalities and needs. I’ve put a lot of time into training and creating a successful multidog household, which has given me experience with everything from basic obedience and leash manners to reactivity, resource guarding and special-needs dogs. I’m comfortable following established routines, using the training methods and equipment your dog is accustomed to, and adjusting my approach based on each individual dog. I understand that not every dog is a social butterfly, and I’m happy to give dogs the space, patience and structure they need to feel comfortable. As a registered nurse, I’m dependable, detail-oriented and comfortable following specific care and medication instructions. I’m also used to communicating clearly, so you can expect plenty of updates while your dog is in my care I’m an RN with a rotating schedule, which gives me several days off during the week and plenty of flexibility to care for your pets. Most importantly, I know how nerve-wracking it can be to trust someone else with your dog. I’ll care for yours with the same attention and respect I expect for my own. On my days off, I’m available for walks, drop-in visits, playtime and plenty of attention! I know every dog has their own routine, personality and comfort level. I’m happy to follow your established routine and any specific instructions for feeding, walks, medications, crates or training. I have experience with multidog households, reactive dogs and special-needs dogs, so I’m comfortable adjusting my approach to what makes your dog feel safest and most comfortable. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you can feel confident your pet is well cared for while you’re away

“Paige S. was an excellent babysitter for my Babycat. ☺️”
