Letting him go at his own pace and doing what made him feel safe when he didn’t like the rain or was was scared by her dog at first (he wasn’t the biggest one around anymore and couldn’t terrorize/annoy every living thing like he normally likes to do). She even went the extra mile to wash his bed after an accident over night and have him and all of his stuff packed up nicely and ready to go for me when I got there. My little boy loved playing with her and her family. And having the other dogs around for him to interact with was a bonus. When I tell you he was so excited when he first met them that I didn’t even get a second look over the shoulder or a goodbye before he took off to play with one of the kids ? (I’m still emotionally processing his betrayal ?). I could not recommend Amber enough! Your pet will be greatly taken care of (Not to mention worn out….he’s been napping since the moment we put him in the car) and all of your worries will fade the moment you get there.”

“Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our kitties! Mckenna was wonderful throughout the whole process - it was just easy. Great communication leading up to our vacation and during. We’ve got two cats: an older one, who is a bit more shy, and a younger one, who is rambunctious and pretty friendly with strangers. Mckenna was wonderful with both. She took the time with our older one to help coax her out of her shell, and she gave our littlest one lots of play time and snuggles. She gave great, detailed report cards that included pictures each day she came over. I’d definitely book with her again!”

About: I’ve had cats and dogs since I was four years old. Our family cares for our dogs deeply, meaning they get lots of walks and lots of love! My family and I recently just lost our fifteen year old dog Lucky due to old age, and that was hard for me. Through Lucky’s last years we gave him insulin twice a day, meaning I am very experienced in giving medicine to dogs. Im currently in school, so I usually walk my dog when I get home from school, and feed him dinner. On the weekends we take him for lots of hikes. School gets out in June, and I will be completely available after that, but currently I could only help on weekends and after 4pm on weekdays. I have a fenced yard with a five year old medium sized dog named Ferris, who just lost our older dog Lucky, and is missing his best friend, meaning he would love a playmate! Ferris gets lots of walks (three) everyday, and we feed him twice a day. We also have a crate if needed. We have multiple dog beds and food and water bowls for extra company!

I had a beloved toy poodle named Seven for 15 years, who was truly the best dog and a cherished member of our family. “Amber was amazing! Her and her family helped take great care of my 3 month old pup for a few days while we were in the process of moving. She was super accommodating and helpful, taking him in just hours after us contacting her very last minute while stressed trying to figure out what to do with him. Taking in his “puppy shenanigans” and all like he was one of her own. Amber made sure to keep me updated about how his was doing helping to ease my mind of having him away from home for the first time. Sending me pictures/videos and messages about how his day was going. She also took the time to make sure that my pup was comfortable and entertained. Taking him on walks and being able to run around and play in the yard. Letting him go at his own pace and doing what made him feel safe when he didn’t like the rain or was was scared by her dog at first (he wasn’t the biggest one around anymore and couldn’t terrorize/annoy every living thing like he normally likes to do). She even went the extra mile to wash his bed after an accident over night and have him and all of his stuff packed up nicely and ready to go for me when I got there. My little boy loved playing with her and her family. And having the other dogs around for him to interact with was a bonus. When I tell you he was so excited when he first met them that I didn’t even get a second look over the shoulder or a goodbye before he took off to play with one of the kids ? (I’m still emotionally processing his betrayal ?). I could not recommend Amber enough! Your pet will be greatly taken care of (Not to mention worn out….he’s been napping since the moment we put him in the car) and all of your worries will fade the moment you get there.”

“We were swayed to contact Erika for our dog caregiver by her glowing reviews on Rover. Throughout our communications with Erika through Rover prior to our vacation, and upon meeting her when we dropped our dogs off with her, she was warm, kind, and a very professional young lady. “Paige S. was an excellent babysitter for my Babycat. My Babycat is all that I have in this world and I would trust Paige S. with my Babycat anytime. After communicating and speaking to Paige on the phone, I realized that Paige was a true animal lover like myself. It was then I booked with her to board my Babycat while I had to go to the hospital for 2 nights. During my stay at the hospital, Paige answered text and even sent pictures of my Babycat to reassure me. She also helped load and unload Babycat in her carrier, as I am dealing with a handicap.This is how Paige takes excellent care of animals and their humans ! He watched TV with the family and laid under the dinging table and on the couch!! He naturally received a beauty treatment and hair brushing with ease. I could see he felt right at home. Drop off and pick up went so smooth. My dog literally slept the remainder of the day upon pickup so I know she had fun :) BONUS - She sends daily snap chats of what your pup and her crew does throughout the day! Pricing is comparable to others in the area. Ruby also hosts other services (bathing, nail trimming, haircuts, etc.) with a salon on sight. I will definitely be rebooking with Ruby Paws!”
About: I am a huge dog lover. I love all kinds of dogs and have grown up with all different kinds of dogs of varying size and temperment. My family has had 2 havanese dogs and 2 newfoundlands so I have experience with a variety of sizes. Recently, I lost my soul dog, Max. Max was a shepherd mix and was my whole world. My husband and I had Max since he was a puppy and are looking to get our dog fix by helping out others. We understand the stress finding care for your dog can create, and we would love to help provide a safe and fun environment for your dog when you need it. We have a large yard (unfenced) and safe neighborhood for walks. We also have 2 children, aged 5 and 3. I am a stay at home mom, so I am available most of the time from home any given week. I have 2 children, aged 5 and 3, and they would love to help care for and love on a doggy. I have a large, unfenced yard in a quiet, safe, and dog friendly neighborhood. Our dog Max was always free to run around the yard without any issues. Dogs are allowed inside, on our furniture and I still have Max’s dog bed for use as well. I am also happy to pop in by your house to walk your dog if that’s needed.
