At this point we can go over the safest entry into your home, routines for your pup, and any specific care requirements. Doggy Day Care and Boarding: You will meet at my home. Where I will bring my two dogs out to meet you and your pup (everybody leashed) and we can talk and sniff and ensure initial vibes are correct for everybody's safety. When we confirm that the dogs are showing no signs of threat/discomfort, we can move everybody into the gated area of our yard and let your dog off leash. We have lots of smells and space to roam about, so this should be an exciting little adventure for your friend. At this point you can share any specific care instructions and routines important to your dog's happiness.

About a year and a half ago we added another rescue, Buckley Quinn. He is a smart but goofy boy. They both go backpacking with us and we do a lot of hiking on our local public land areas. We enjoy playing around in our yard with our limited dog agility set and learning new tricks. We occasionally go swimming but love jumping and exploring new water areas and hiking trails. About: Love for animals! I believe animals should be treated with kindness, respect and love. I have raised, taken care of and babysat dogs, cats and other animals since I was young plus have been blessed with a variety of furbabies over the years. I am very patient and understand that each person/animal has their own way and schedule that I’m more then willing to learn. I would be very happy to spend time with your furbaby/furbabies playing, cuddling, feeding and/or walking... I don’t mind doing last minute appointments, helping with vacations or even just being someone’s back up person. We all need a little extra help once in a while. I have a lot of experience with cats also and would be more than willing to come to your house to feed, brush, clean the litter and play, to give them exercise. Same with birds or any small animals. About: I myself have 5 rats, otherwise my family has owned so many animals over the years. Like pigs, many dogs, cats, birds, and more! Personally, I thrive on communication and respect. I will always ask questions if I don't understand something and always try to make things right. I am a part-time college student, currently unemployed but searching for a job. So I have a LOT of free time, I barely have any dead set plans and when I do they aren't full-day. Fitting animals more into my life will help me be flexible and caring. About: I have been around dogs my whole life and am now a proud owner for the past 1.5 years! I’m around 1-2 times throughout a typical work day to let my puppy out. She rules this house so no furniture or beds are off limits, which is extended to all the dogs that come into my home (I’ve recently become the extended family dog sitter due to my work schedule). Monday’s-Thursdays I am home 1-2 times during the typical work day for about a half hour each time. Fridays and weekends I’m typically home most of the day, maybe running errands here and there. Allie rules the house here! She is allowed on furniture and beds and this would extend to your baby too. We spend a lot of time outside with water always available and I’m always out with her. We have tons of toys and she doesn’t mind sharing them.

Our dogs are crate trained for this time as well, though not always done. We have two friendly, though large dogs to keep yours company. We also have 2 cats, but can be placed in a different area of the house as needed. Have 2 meal times per day and can adjust to fit needs. Always have water available and frequent outside time.

About: I’ve been a dog owner since 10 years old and have not gone without mans best friend since! I currently live on 23 acres in the country and long walks and chasing balls packs in most of the day with my 4 dogs Jetta, Odie, Ruby and Rowley. All dogs are dog friendly and well mannered. Graduating puppy classes to canine good citizen classes, plus dabbling in agility and herding. I currently work Weekends Friday-Sunday and my week is filled with lots of outdoor time on my hobbies farm. Lots of free time during the week helps me have fun with my animals and enjoy the sunshine. All my pets are cat and dog friendly and have full freedom of the property. New comers are always on a 12 foot leash during playtime and walks, unless E-collar trained. When first meeting owners I go over your dogs recall manners and slowly introduce them to the pack on a long property walk. This helps incorporate pack leadership and expelling energy at the same time.
