About: Growing up, our house always had miniature schnauzers as part of our family. My husband and I both love dogs. Our dog and horse ARE our kids. They give us so much love back and enrich our lives everyday. I've been able to help friends and family with their pets care and exercise. I'm recently retired from the corporate world and look forward to providing care to pets/farm animals. About: I have had pets since I lived with my parents. I've always pretty much had a dog growing up and my husband and I have a Springer now and also a cat! I have experience giving dogs diabetes shots, feeding, walking, picking up after, playing with, and it course cuddling with them. About: I’ve owned all types of animals my entire life. I’m that friend who comes over for a visit and ends up spending more time with your animal. 😂 I LOVE dogs but have a fondness for all critters. Neighbors and family have utilized me to care for their own pets with my home, friendly lab and fenced in yard. I work from home three days a week and love to go on short and long walks throughout the day- would like to add a furry friend on those walks! 3 days a week (typically Tuesday, Thursday and Friday) but this can be flexible. If boarding- I prefer the weekend so I can be with your animal all day every day uninterrupted- but can take week day over night depending on the evening. I have a large fenced in yard in a quiet neighborhood. I live right off a trail which I walk frequently. I have a sweet old black lab who has made friends with every kind visitor. I have a bunny who is also free roaming but can be caged if needed. When it comes to taking care of someone else's animal, I believe a discussion about what is expected (e.g. feeding times) is vital to quality care first. In addition to meeting all basic needs, I will love the animal as if they were my own!

She responded to my request quickly, communicated when she was on her way, walked Luna for the full 30 minutes and was very friendly! Luna is a happy girl and I would absolutely hire Kaitlyn again!”
About: My family has had dogs, cats, and other small pets since I can remember. From helping a cat give birth to raising a litter of puppies when the mother stopped feeding them, I have lots of experience with dogs and cats of all ages. I’ve also cared for guinea pigs, hamsters, and parakeets. I do work full time, but I am off every other weekend and am flexible with the weekdays that I’m off. I do have dogs myself, so pet care is already very integrated into my routines. I have an open yard, but it is surrounded by a hay field and across from a dairy farm. The road is mostly only traveled by farm vehicles, who are used to watching out for chickens or any other animals on the road. I also have 3 friendly dogs of varying energy levels who do not leave the yard and will keep your pets company! No pet, however, will be left outside unsupervised. As for indoors, we have an open living room/kitchen area and lots of toys. There is plenty of room for even a large crate if needed.
