About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life and currently have three dogs of my own, all with very different personalities and needs. I’ve put a lot of time into training and creating a successful multidog household, which has given me experience with everything from basic obedience and leash manners to reactivity, resource guarding and special-needs dogs. I’m comfortable following established routines, using the training methods and equipment your dog is accustomed to, and adjusting my approach based on each individual dog. I understand that not every dog is a social butterfly, and I’m happy to give dogs the space, patience and structure they need to feel comfortable. With the occasional instances of going out a few hours at a time. We do keep our dogs crated while we are gone and have cameras on the kennel/dog room to keep an eye on them. About: I don’t have any professional experience yet, but I’ve spent years walking and caring for a reactive pit bull. He has taught me how to read animal body language, and how to respond to it when he is uncomfortable or nervous. I am currently working part time. I am available Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Friday and Saturdays after 4 PM. Thursdays and Sunday I am available all day. I usually have the first and last Saturday of every month off, so I am available all day. I do work at a restaurant so there is a chance my schedule could change. I am a full-time teacher during the school year, but enjoy walks/time spent with dogs in my free time. I have a 3 yr old Labrador Retriever who also enjoys friends! I have most time off during spring/summer break and weekends. I am not available during the week when schools are in session for the year. Safety and trust for your pet is my priority. After having a bad experience with my own dog at a boarding kennel, I will ensure your dog gets the love and care they deserve.
