I work from home so I have extra time to care for your pets and am able to move around my schedule. Saturdays are the only days I may not be able to take same day bookings! Roxy is a senior Yorkie (13-14 years old) who has spent very little time away from us, yet she was obviously happy while at Gina’s as she ate and wasn’t shaking when we left her or picked her up. Gina sent us pictures each day of Roxy playing, on walks and napping with Mack (her chihuahua who is sweet and adorable). Highly recommend!! 10/10 5 STARS”
“I was super impressed with the care our Bernese Mountain Dog Bailey was given during her stay with Bobbie. Starting with the great communication and quick responses to the photos she sent during her stay down to the treats Bobbie sent home for Bailey after her stay. I could tell Bobbie loved having our Bailey stay with her and that Bailey was happy staying with Bobbie and her family. The twice daily updates while we were gone definitely put our mind at ease and could tell she was happy and having a good time through all the photos that were sent. About: I have a passion for rescuing animals that need a home and would love to help take care of any cats or dogs. I have two dogs and two cats that are all rescues. I've also rescued two other dogs, in the past, that I had to put down and fostered a cat. I have experience with puppies and kittens to senior animals that needs medication several times throughout the day. Although I have a full time job during the week and have drill one weekend a month, in my free time I like to keep busy and am willing to help out! About: I've had three black labs in my life, who have turned me into a dog obsessed human! When I attend social gatherings, I am usually found hanging out with the dog giving it some loving attention. When I was younger I walked my neighbors' dogs. One of these dogs was deaf and I learned different ways to communicate with him. I am friendly and compassionate and will provide your pet with warmth and snuggles while you are away! I work full time during the week, but evenings and most weekends I'm free to care for dogs. Dog walking and House Sitting: I will meet you and your fur friend at your home - this will help establish trust and familiarity for the dog while you are there. At this point we can go over the safest entry into your home, routines for your pup, and any specific care requirements. Doggy Day Care and Boarding: You will meet at my home. Where I will bring my two dogs out to meet you and your pup (everybody leashed) and we can talk and sniff and ensure initial vibes are correct for everybody's safety. When we confirm that the dogs are showing no signs of threat/discomfort, we can move everybody into the gated area of our yard and let your dog off leash. We have lots of smells and space to roam about, so this should be an exciting little adventure for your friend. At this point you can share any specific care instructions and routines important to your dog's happiness.

About: I have taken care of many different types of animals in animal shelter settings and have worked at Blue Pearl Emergency Vet. This included potty breaks, play-time and giving them food and their medications when needed. I have taken care of diabetic animals and animals with injuries, etc. I have also had many different types of animals since the day I was born. About: I've taken care of cats since I was a little girl, a long time ago. We had kittens, tom cats, and even a very large cat named Casey. I loved them all. My daughter's cat sleeps with me when I am there. My son's cats will lie on my computer. My family and clients' cats love to be brushed, pet, and given treats. Litter boxes are kept clean, and water dishes are cleaned daily. I would love to come sit with your cat. Most important is that they stay in their home environment without any disruption. About: I have taken care of many of my friends pets since I was 12 which includes staying overnight at their homes when they are gone for weeks. I do long and short care sitting for pets. I love to spend time with pets and making sure they get the care they deserve. I am currently not working right now but will have a part time job soon. I will talk with the owners and work out a good schedule that will work best for all. Growing up we have used an invisible fence and radio collars to keep our dogs in our yard. We made sure to check in on them periodically while they were outside. While I'm taking care of my friends pets, I would play inside and outside with them, go on walks with them, and make sure they get the best care.

The pet owner decides when treats are allowed, if table scraps are allowed, and how much food to give. The dog decides when it wants to go potty. 😉 Just in case, I usually take the dog out before it decides and always before any discomfort. During walks I keep dogs closely leashed, pay attention to our surroundings, bring water and waste bags, and make sure not to walk too far especially in hot weather or with older dogs. For drop in visits I make sure pets have fresh food and water, get attention and play time, and that everything is clean and secure before I leave. I have taken care of diabetic animals and animals with injuries, etc. I have also had many different types of animals since the day I was born. I have a flexible schedule and am willing to work around different work schedules or vacation times, etc. I am interested in helping whenever needed. I will follow different directions as given or told depending on the animals needs and what is best for the family and animal. It will vary depending on what is needed.

If you have plants that need watering, mail, or packages that need to be brought in, I can help with that too! I'm retired and love traveling around Wisconsin and the world. Slow traveling is my favorite. I can explore new neighborhoods, cities, and local attractions without being rushed. I will follow your directions for your house and loved ones. Let me know the extra duties like watering, mail, or garbage routine. The house is left cleaner than I found it.

“Krystal's love of dogs is evident and her current bestie, Duke, was a welcoming partner! We left our sweet Piper with Krystal for a week and Piper seemed to adjust well and was in good spirits when we picked her up. I think she even missed Krystal and Duke for a day or so after we returned home! Krystal kept us abreast of how Piper was doing and was responsive to our questions. I was amazed by how unfazed she was by the cold, wet weather that hung over the Fox Valley the week we were away; seemingly taking the additional 4 muddy paws in stride! We would happily re-book with Krystal the next time we need to leave town.”
