“For a recent week - long vacation, we left our 3 year old golden doodle with Jeff. This was our first time using Rover and leaving her in someone else's home. After an initial meet and greet, we felt very comfortable with Jeff and Ember loved his fenced in yard. We liked the photo and written updates we received while vacationing. I do have reliable transportation for any emergencies as well and stress that I will not leave your pet until the situation is fully handled. As a calm, level headed and experienced individual, I strive to provide your animal with compassionate care through reliability, consistency, transparency, safety, dedication, and being detail orientated. I have a flexible schedule due to being self employed. My career is focused around feeding horses and training which leaves me with room to attend to the care for other clients animals. When it comes to taking care of someone else's animal, I believe a discussion about what is expected (e.g. feeding times) is vital to quality care first. In addition to meeting all basic needs, I will love the animal as if they were my own!

She also sent daily pictures and updates. My husband and I knew he was getting the best care he could get outside of our home. “For a recent week - long vacation, we left our 3 year old golden doodle with Jeff. This was our first time using Rover and leaving her in someone else's home. After an initial meet and greet, we felt very comfortable with Jeff and Ember loved his fenced in yard. We liked the photo and written updates we received while vacationing. Jeff provided daily walks and outside time. He respected Ember's schedule and tried to maintain her schedule. In addition to our toys and treats, he also provided some. “What can I say? Melissa was amazing. Needed a sitter for our Weimaraner at the last minute. Needed to leave town for family reasons. Called the usual suspects. They gave me the dog and pony show. No pun. Ridiculous what you got to go through to board your dog these days. A few of my friends and customers recommended Rover. I went on there and checked it out. In about 30 minutes from first seeing it, to signing up, I had already booked Melissa to watch our dog Kaiser. I arranged to bring him over, and she couldn't have been any more sweet. I can really tell that she loves animals. Very cool chick too. Our dog was in good hands the couple days he was there. When we got him back, he was well rested, and had none of the anxiety boarding can bring on. It's great to know I have someone that I can rely on if we leave town for any reason to watch after our pooch. I couldn't recommend her anymore. Thank you!”
