About: I owned a dog growing up and cared for and trained one with my family. I sit for friends and family from time to time and I love to play and take dogs for walks and, if they are able, runs of up to a few miles! I have a fenced in yard, and my kids (4, 8) are also great with animals. I work from home. With the exception of rare travel days, school drop-offs, and evening events, I will always be around the house to care for your pup. Your pet will get the attention it needs, as I work from home and I have a fenced in yard, as well as young boys that are great with animals. Frequent outside visits and play times are very doable.

About: For over forty years we’ve always had dogs in our home. We have a sweet pitbull mix that we adopted last year. She came from a home with several dogs so she loves to meet and make new friends. We enjoy providing a good home to animals and we look forward to caring for your pets. Potty breaks can be provided every two hours. Your dog will have plenty of opportunities throughout the day to run, play fetch, or explore in our fenced backyard. We try to follow the same routine as you would for your pet at home. We only care for two dogs at a time as we have a dog of our own. The dogs have free run of the house if the owner doesn’t specify otherwise.

My own pup is a bit of an escape artist, so I am extra careful with doors, gates, and secure leashing practices. So I was extremely nervous to have somebody else walk her. But this was perfect! Leandrea did a great job with Jolie! She was on time, didn’t mind Jolie dragging her around the condo building several times, and give her kisses. It was wonderful to hear and to see Jolie happy and excited in all the pictures.”

I'm experienced with dogs from all walks of life, from your social butterflies to your shy guys, your runners fetchers swimmers and wrestlers, you name it, I'm down for it. I have confident experience with reactive dogs and big breeds especially. I'm a part time barista, working mostly evenings, so morning and mid-day walks work best for me. I am available for night walks after work as well, if that works for your schedule. Weekend boarding is best with advance notice, as I occasionally pick up Friday and Saturday shifts at the coffee shop. I live on the second floor with access to a fenced in backyard. Hardwood floors in home. No kids or other pets of my own. I do have houseplants if your dog is sensitive to soils, fungus, or has a history of plant eating. Crating is an option I'm comfortable with if that's what helps your furry friend feel safe, though my ideal set up is to share my whole space and enriching lifestyle with your pup, or to visit them in their home where they're already comfortable. I'm mobile with the Jeep as well, so we don't have to stick to my neighborhood if your dog is reactive and needs some extra space.

“Becky is the absolute best! I wish I could give a higher rating than 5 stars for her. Our older dog got sick while staying with her, and she went above and beyond to make sure he was well taken care of, even offering to take him to the vet while we were away on vacation. She gave us lots of updates to let us know how he was doing; communication was great. She told us when we first met that when dogs stay with her, she treats them like part of her family, and she showed us that she really means it.”

“I was nervous leaving my boys in someone else's home. From the meet and greet it was obvious that Zach would be a great fit for my boys! He was engaging and they both liked him alot right away. When I dropped them off, they were excited to be there!! Zach was Great with communication, sending a Pic and video answering me quickly. I would definitely recommend Zach!!
