About: I have watched friends and neighbor's pets for years and decided to sign up with Rover. I love all animals. I have 1 dog and 1 cat, and they are family. I will walk, love and play with all pets staying with me and follow instructions given by their owners. I can watch puppies that are really like toddlers or older wiser members of your families. I am comfortable giving medications if needed. Most will sleep on my bed and yes, they are allowed on my furniture, but they are welcome to sleep or nap wherever they would like. I want you to go on vacation knowing they are happy and having a vacation of their own. I have a morning routine which includes a long walk, depending on temperature, playing in the yard with my dog and another walk usually late afternoon. Walks include walks around my neighborhood and also at parks. While your dog is in my care, I will not be going to any dog parks with them. I will have our dogs meet prior to accepting a job. They can play in my yard and once we are both comfortable with their meeting, we can schedule a time for drop off or pick up. While in my home they will be treated with love and respect. Walks and playtime throughout the day. They are allowed to sleep or hang out wherever they would like.

My dog has been consistently going going there for a year and as a young doctor working up to 28 hours in a row, I would not be able to have managed without them! They are very flexible and truly do love working with dogs. Recently, my dog got very mambas colitis and needed to go to the vet twice. Initially I wasn’t able to take too much time off but thankfully Mike was there. He offered to even cook Whiskey boiled chicken and rice and even offered to come to the vet with us the second time because he was genuinely concerned as well. I have a very anxious dog, but have been able to leave him while on vacation and not worry because I was getting constant updates- both good and bad about how he was doing, how much he was barking, how he was pooping, etc. it helped me enjoy my vacation more. I would highly recommend them for anyone who has a dog that is anxious and needs more one on one attention or with a chaotic schedule like myself.”

We know that our dog has a great time because whenever we turn down the street that Dane lives on, our dog loses it with excitement regardless if we’re dropping him off or on our way somewhere else. About: I helped raise my own two family dogs and ensured that they were always walked, bathed, fed, and happy. It's also a habit of mine to go take the extra step like wiping my dogs and make sure they are clean after they've been outside. I've also taken care of my neighbor's dogs alongside our own family dogs, so I have experience handling multiple pets at once. I work full-time, Monday through Friday, while working from home 2-3 days a week. I also go to workout classes in the evening. Normally, if working from home, I take the dogs out for a walk in the morning. On other days, I take them for a walk in the evening. I normally take pets out 3 times a day, once in the morning, afternoon, and night. I make sure the dogs have a dedicated spot for food and bed. I have both a park and a dog park, 5-10 minutes away from my apartment, which I can take the pets to for a walk or some dog play time. There are also multiple yard-like grass areas where the dogs are meant to do their business. If pets stay with me for longer than two weeks, I bathe them every other week.

I do live in a two story house with the primary bedroom upstairs. Depending on the preference, dogs are usually allowed to roam free whether I am home or not but I do have gates to keep them from going upstairs if necessary.

About: I am a part time college student. I am going to school to get my ECE Degree. I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was 10 by volunteering at humane societies and having my own dogs. About: Hello! I come from a family of dog lovers currently with 20 doggies in just my imitated family plus close aunts/uncles and cousins. We have quite the hectic family holidays. I've had lots of dog sitting experience between all those pups as well as being on Rover for 9 years now. My favorite pup is my border collie/aussie mix, Piper. She’s a rescue, almost 8 years old and all energy all the time. She’s keeps me active and taught me how to keep dogs physically and mentally exercised. I’m super easy going, just let me know how I can help you and your furry friends! I work mostly from home but still make time to get some extra dog time in my day. I can do morning, some lunch, and evening check-ins/walks on weekends and Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Dogs will always be kept on leash unless in a secure, fenced in area with me. I try to listen and observe the behaviors of the pets, but also make sure that I am following the directions given to me by the owners. When meeting a new pet, I always approach them in a way that won’t scare them off, and furthermore when getting to know them, I try to comfort them and make sure that they feel confident around me. Its very important to me that the pet will not be afraid to go on walks with me, eat around me, or approach me during the time that I come to take care of them.
About: I have been the go-to pet sitter for my large family & friends for years and just decided to see if anyone else would need the service. I have no pets or kids but I am a pet lover in a nice home with a big fenced in yard. I like hanging out with the pets like little buddies, getting some days of cuddles and then sending them home 😅. It’s the perfect way to get some fur baby time until I’m ready for my next dog or cat in the future. This is not a business for me, it’s something I have enjoyed doing for my family and friends, and if you want your beloved pet to be in a calm but fun, comfortable environment while you’re away, I can extend my service to you. I recently started doing home stays/drop ins for the pet sitting too and enjoyed it. I currently have a really flexible schedule with a lot of availability. I live with my dad that occasionally says hi if the dog or cat is friendly but mostly the house is big enough that they never cross paths. I have a fenced in yard and a big house with a lot of space that I can also section off by closing doors. I typically take the animals out several times a day, feed them, and let them roam around the house or snuggle with me. I like when pet owners bring a bed for their pets so I can make them their own space but they’re welcome to chill with me in whatever I’m doing. I’m youthful, active, and responsible. I have a naturally friendly, calm demeanor that animals and people respond well to. I have no pets right now but used to have a pit/black lab mix that I loved dearly so I love pits and other breeds with historically bad reputations. I frequently sit my aunt’s beagle mix who’s just a little old pup that sparked my interest for pet sitting cuz it was so fun to have visits from him. He and my old dog are in a bunch of my pics. With all animals I just try to make them comfortable and let them feel at home.

About: I have owned and watch dogs but also cats. I have a love for animals and I get very excited meeting new ones. It’s the best experience to me. I’m available anytime. I would be able to do last minute set ups. I’m sometimes away from home around 2-4 pm but that’s not often Everyone in the house loves animals, especially dogs. The most love is given like their our own. We get very excited and take them out for long walks. My dog has been around puppies before and he loves to be around other dogs.
About: I have had experience caring for many different kinds of animals throughout my life, such as dogs, horses, guinea pigs, and fish. I am comfortable and confident with walking, feeding, bathing, etc. I am a full-time grad student, and I also work a part-time job. My schedule is a little different each weekday, sometimes with breaks in the middle of the day. I am available all day, every other weekend. I do not currently care for any pets in my home. I am not currently accepting jobs that require a pet to stay in my home.

I'm an ultra runner, so what better way to get in some miles than to run with your dog?! I work from home part-time so I have flexibility during the week. On the weekends, I just have to work around my kids' sports schedules. I have years of experience running, walking and hiking with my own dogs. I will keep your dog safely leashed/harnessed while we are getting our steps in, making sure they are comfortable and properly hydrated.
