Communication was amazing from start to finish, and she was so flexible when our flights changed, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. I could see that my puppy was so happy and comfortable. He had exercise every day running around in the yard and playing with the other dogs. He had been having some eating issues at home and Maria knew just what to do to improve them. He even gained weight there and outgrew his harness. About: I am a true animal lover at heart! My family always owned dogs growing up, I adopted my own, Bear, in 2017 and my cat Luna (aka Tuna) in 2021. After recently losing Bear unexpectedly, I’m hoping to help heal my heart and get some puppy love by offering walks and drop-in visits to your babies! Prior to adopting Luna, I offered in-home boarding for many years through Rover. Unfortunately she’s not a fan of having other dogs around, otherwise we’d still be offering that service. I also worked at a doggy daycare during college because I loved dogs so much, and I wanted to spend time with them even though I couldn't get one at the time. This obviously provided me with lots of experience in handling multiple dogs! I promise to love your furbaby like my own and provide lots of pictures and updates :) I work remotely on Monday/Thursday/Friday so I’m available for drop-ins or walks during the workday! Would love to arrange regular services over lunch time. As some who believes that pets are family, I promise to do everything in my power to keep your pets safe under my care. About: I have grown up with Golden Retrievers my whole life as my dad hunted with them and trained them for Field trials. We always had three in our home. Once we even had a litter of puppies and there is nothing better than puppy kisses. I personally have had two Black labs, one that was so content to lounge and be a couch potato and my current lab at 8 years old fools everyone into thinking she is 2 or 3 with how active she is. Because of her I understand the importance of walks and her needing lots of exercise, new sights and smells. I have a flexible work schedule and typically only work 3 days a week so I can be there to ensure your pup gets what they need. About: After several busy months on Rover with almost nonstop bookings, I have had such great stays with dozens of dogs, no accidents in the houses, no bites, no runaways, zero negative experiences. I feel confident that with me, you’re getting a premium stay for your pets for a really good value! I’m incredibly hands on and present with the pets, with them 24/7 and very adaptable with the different needs and personalities. I’m attentive with different care instructions and really shower the animals with positive attention 😊 I have no pets or kids but I am a pet lover in a nice home with a big fenced in yard. This is not a business for me, it’s something I have enjoyed doing for my family and friends, and if you want your beloved pet to be in a calm but fun, comfortable environment while you’re away, I can extend my service to you. I recently started doing home stays/drop ins for the pet sitting too and enjoyed it. I currently have a really flexible schedule with a lot of availability. I live with my dad that occasionally says hi if the dog or cat is friendly but mostly the house is big enough that they never cross paths. About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats all my life and finally got my own pup in 2023. I love all breeds, sizes and ages and cater my care specific to every dog’s needs. Our Daycare includes pack walks, structured rest time, enrichment activities, basic training, and supervised social play. After their Adventure Excursion/Pack Walk, dogs spend the afternoon with us enjoying a calm, relaxing environment where they can rest, settle, and continue practicing appropriate behaviors. About: I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life and love them so much that I decided to work at a Dog and Cat daycare and boarding facility. I’ve been working there for 3 years and have worked with all breeds and ages varying from puppies to seniors and love comforting them and making them happy while also making sure their parents know they are in good hands! I’m currently working part-time and my availability is flexible. I’m willing to make adjustments as long as I am notified at least 2-3 weeks in advance. Depending on the typical routine of the pet, I will follow it as close as possible to make them feel as comfortable as I can. About: First and foremost, I’m a queer yoga teacher in the area and I haven’t used this account in least two years 😬 I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life. At four, my family started fostering cats (mamas and kittens were my faaaav) and I would help out as much as I could. Yes, I did try to name a kitten Washcloth. No, my mom did not let it stand. This love for animals carried forward throughout my youth with four cats, a German Shepard mix, a malamute, a boxer and pit. My house was always full and as the Aries eldest daughter that I am I always was the first to help out. I got a cat as soon as I could when I moved out on my own and about seven years ago I got a rescue pup of my own. I also have a Rottweiler who I helped raise and train from 7 weeks old. I dedicated so much time to gently training both of them and just pouring love into them. I can definitely help with training and love working with dogs on walking well on leash. I also really believe in positive reinforcement for your pets - they just want to make us proud. Truly a universal desire. I love long walks with dogs and lots of coregulation calm time. Trust that your babies will be treated like they are family. I am a yoga teacher and teach about 10 classes per week. Other than that I work remotely from my computer, so I can flex my time. I really value a slow paced life, so being able to really take my time and go for walks/hikes, cooking a gourmet dinner at home for myself and cuddling up with a good book. I have always been a very regimented, schedule following pet owner. I think it helps create consistency and eases anxiety for animals. Routines help animals thrive. I think frequent bathroom breaks are important. Long walks early in the day before the world is busy and it gets too hot in the summer are a priority. I also really love snuggling up and just having quiet, calm time with pets. I am happy to follow whatever guidelines/special requests pet parents have. About: I am a true animal lover at heart! My family always owned dogs growing up, I adopted my own, Bear, in 2017 and my cat Luna (aka Tuna) in 2021. After recently losing Bear unexpectedly, I’m hoping to help heal my heart and get some puppy love by offering walks and drop-in visits to your babies! About: I am a part time college student. I am going to school to get my ECE Degree. I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was 10 by volunteering at humane societies and having my own dogs.
