About: I have taken care of dogs and cats of all ages and sizes, even dogs that can be leash, collar, and dog aggressive when walking. I am mostly available later in the week and weekends due to being a full time student, but have breaks in between my school days! There is a green area for dogs down the street from me and a quick 15 minute walk towards the lake for more walking paths!

“My partner and I wanted to spend a couple of hours on my birthday at some places that don't allow pups - after quick and easy communication with Michelle, we booked daycare with her. Our pup is very social with dogs and people but is always super cautious at first. When we dropped Navi off, she was a bit skittish and didn't really want to go in the house. This left us feeling a bit worried. However, Michelle immediately sent us an update with pictures after we drove away showing Navi explore the house and the backyard. Throughout the day I received so many pictures and videos of Navi playing in the pool and with other pups. It genuinely was the best birthday present I could have asked for. About: After several busy months on Rover with almost nonstop bookings, I have had such great stays with dozens of dogs, no accidents in the houses, no bites, no runaways, zero negative experiences. I feel confident that with me, you’re getting a premium stay for your pets for a really good value! I’m incredibly hands on and present with the pets, with them 24/7 and very adaptable with the different needs and personalities. I’m attentive with different care instructions and really shower the animals with positive attention 😊 I have no pets or kids but I am a pet lover in a nice home with a big fenced in yard. This is not a business for me, it’s something I have enjoyed doing for my family and friends, and if you want your beloved pet to be in a calm but fun, comfortable environment while you’re away, I can extend my service to you. I recently started doing home stays/drop ins for the pet sitting too and enjoyed it. I currently have a really flexible schedule with a lot of availability. I live with my dad that occasionally says hi if the dog or cat is friendly but mostly the house is big enough that they never cross paths. I have a fenced in yard and a big house with a lot of space that I can also section off by closing doors. I typically take the animals out several times a day, feed them, and let them roam around the house or snuggle with me. I like when pet owners bring a bed for their pets so I can make them their own space but they’re welcome to chill with me in whatever I’m doing. I’m youthful, active, and responsible. I have a naturally friendly, calm demeanor that animals and people respond well to. I have no pets right now but used to have a pit/black lab mix that I loved dearly so I love pits and other breeds with historically bad reputations. I frequently sit my aunt’s beagle mix who’s just a little old pup that sparked my interest for pet sitting because it was so fun to have visits from him. He and my old dog are in a bunch of my pics. With all animals I just try to make them comfortable and let them feel at home.

I know how deserving of love every animal is, and I will do everything in my power to make your pets happy. I recently lost one of my pups to cancer, and because of this, I am really yearning for some more furry friends to meet. Maybe your pet can be my next friend! I recently lost my job, so I currently have a very open schedule! I do have a couple of established clients outside of Rover, but my schedule is still very flexible. I live in a condo-style apartment, so although I do not have a yard, I go on many walks each day- whether around my neighborhood or by driving to a park or beach. I also live just down the street from a dog park, for pups who enjoy socialization and time off-leash. Additionally, I have a patio space for pups who enjoy hanging out al fresco when the weather allows. My own pup is a bit of an escape artist, so I am extra careful with doors, gates, and secure leashing practices. I am also aware of how curious dogs can be, so in my home you can be sure of a safe environment where there are no dangers within a dog's reach (or jump). Not only do I treat your pets with love and respect, but I treat your home with the same care. About: I have experience working with a wide range of different breed and sizes of dogs. I worked at a doggie daycare and it was an absolute joy. I have taken care of dogs since I was young. Been surrounded by pets my whole life! From dogs, cats, snakes, fish, hamsters, rabbits ect. People trusted me from a young age with their pets because they naturally floated towards me. From small dogs to big ones. I have taken care of family dogs and friends of family pets. I always volunteered to do anything that involved animals. About: My name is Karina and I've owned and cared for cats my entire life. While I've always wanted to add a dog into my family, my father is allergic. However, I never resist mingling with dogs whenever I can! I'm very experienced with caring for cats, including feeding, cleaning the litter box, etc. I am so open to home visits to check in on dogs as well as walk them. Outside of animals, I'm a pharmacist! Additionally, I love to travel, go to new restaurants, and cozy up with a good book. Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have! About: First and foremost, I’m a queer yoga teacher in the area and I haven’t used this account in least two years 😬 I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life. At four, my family started fostering cats (mamas and kittens were my faaaav) and I would help out as much as I could. Yes, I did try to name a kitten Washcloth. No, my mom did not let it stand. This love for animals carried forward throughout my youth with four cats, a German Shepard mix, a malamute, a boxer and pit. My house was always full and as the Aries eldest daughter that I am I always was the first to help out. I got a cat as soon as I could when I moved out on my own and about seven years ago I got a rescue pup of my own. I also have a Rottweiler who I helped raise and train from 7 weeks old. I dedicated so much time to gently training both of them and just pouring love into them. I can definitely help with training and love working with dogs on walking well on leash. I also really believe in positive reinforcement for your pets - they just want to make us proud. Truly a universal desire. I love long walks with dogs and lots of coregulation calm time. Trust that your babies will be treated like they are family. I am a yoga teacher and teach about 10 classes per week. Other than that I work remotely from my computer, so I can flex my time. I really value a slow paced life, so being able to really take my time and go for walks/hikes, cooking a gourmet dinner at home for myself and cuddling up with a good book. I have always been a very regimented, schedule following pet owner. I think it helps create consistency and eases anxiety for animals. Routines help animals thrive. I think frequent bathroom breaks are important. Long walks early in the day before the world is busy and it gets too hot in the summer are a priority. I also really love snuggling up and just having quiet, calm time with pets. I am happy to follow whatever guidelines/special requests pet parents have. I know how important it is to keep things consistent for pets! There’s never any judgement from me!

Lisa and her son adored our Winnie-girl, and I think she may have gotten even more spoiled than she does at home! Lisa sent us pics and notes every few days while we were gone, so we knew our girl was having a blast. It was so wonderful to be on the other side of the world and not have even an ounce of concern or worry for our fur-baby...she was so well taken care of, and no doubt she now views Lisa and her son as her second family.”
“Mitch was very accommodating with my last minute booking request. After a quick meet and greet, I left my 4 year old pup in good hands for an overnight stay. Mitch has a nice big fenced in yard for the dogs to play, he was very responsive with his communication and provided photo updates. Would definitely recommend.”
About: I have taken care of dogs and cats of all ages and sizes, even dogs that can be leash, collar, and dog aggressive when walking. I am mostly available later in the week and weekends due to being a full time student, but have breaks in between my school days! There is a green area for dogs down the street from me and a quick 15 minute walk towards the lake for more walking paths!
