I could see that my puppy was so happy and comfortable. He had exercise every day running around in the yard and playing with the other dogs. He had been having some eating issues at home and Maria knew just what to do to improve them. He even gained weight there and outgrew his harness. They had a brand new harness for him when I picked him up. I will definitely use them whenever I go away. I cannot say enough good things about them.”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats all my life and finally got my own pup in 2023. I love all breeds, sizes and ages and cater my care specific to every dog’s needs. I am very patient and keep up with guidelines and research to ensure I’m doing my best as a dog mom and carer of animals in a daily basis. I love getting my steps in, so I am more than happy to take your pup on long walks and will happily provide drop in visits! While boarding or daycare with me, your dog will join me and Killian on our walks, get treats, lick mats, and I can take them to the dog park if you’d like and feel safe enough to. I feel confident that with me, you’re getting a premium stay for your pets for a really good value! I’m attentive with different care instructions and really shower the animals with positive attention 😊 I have no pets or kids but I am a pet lover in a nice home with a big fenced in yard. This is not a business for me, it’s something I have enjoyed doing for my family and friends, and if you want your beloved pet to be in a calm but fun, comfortable environment while you’re away, I can extend my service to you. I recently started doing home stays/drop ins for the pet sitting too and enjoyed it. I currently have a really flexible schedule with a lot of availability. I live with my dad that occasionally says hi if the dog or cat is friendly but mostly the house is big enough that they never cross paths. I have a fenced in yard and a big house with a lot of space that I can also section off by closing doors. I typically take the animals out several times a day, feed them, and let them roam around the house or snuggle with me. I like when pet owners bring a bed for their pets so I can make them their own space but they’re welcome to chill with me in whatever I’m doing. I’m youthful, active, and responsible. I have a naturally friendly, calm demeanor that animals and people respond well to. I have no pets right now but used to have a pit/black lab mix that I loved dearly so I love pits and other breeds with historically bad reputations. I frequently sit my aunt’s beagle mix who’s just a little old pup that sparked my interest for pet sitting because it was so fun to have visits from him. He and my old dog are in a bunch of my pics. With all animals I just try to make them comfortable and let them feel at home.

About: First and foremost, I’m a queer yoga teacher in the area and I haven’t used this account in least two years 😬 I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life. At four, my family started fostering cats (mamas and kittens were my faaaav) and I would help out as much as I could. Yes, I did try to name a kitten Washcloth. No, my mom did not let it stand. This love for animals carried forward throughout my youth with four cats, a German Shepard mix, a malamute, a boxer and pit. My house was always full and as the Aries eldest daughter that I am I always was the first to help out. I got a cat as soon as I could when I moved out on my own and about seven years ago I got a rescue pup of my own. I also have a Rottweiler who I helped raise and train from 7 weeks old. I dedicated so much time to gently training both of them and just pouring love into them. I can definitely help with training and love working with dogs on walking well on leash. I also really believe in positive reinforcement for your pets - they just want to make us proud. Truly a universal desire. I love long walks with dogs and lots of coregulation calm time. Trust that your babies will be treated like they are family. I am a yoga teacher and teach about 10 classes per week. Other than that I work remotely from my computer, so I can flex my time. I really value a slow paced life, so being able to really take my time and go for walks/hikes, cooking a gourmet dinner at home for myself and cuddling up with a good book. I have always been a very regimented, schedule following pet owner. I think it helps create consistency and eases anxiety for animals. Routines help animals thrive. I think frequent bathroom breaks are important. Long walks early in the day before the world is busy and it gets too hot in the summer are a priority. I also really love snuggling up and just having quiet, calm time with pets. I am happy to follow whatever guidelines/special requests pet parents have. I know how important it is to keep things consistent for pets! There’s never any judgement from me!

About: Growing up I wasn’t allowed pets, so I watched my friends dogs. When I was old enough to get a job, I started working at a dog boarding facility! I have had the pleasure to feed, give medicine, take them on walks, bathe, do playtimes, & share so much love with them! I then worked at WVRC which broadened my knowledge in the emergency field. I now work as a veterinarian technician & see all animals, even exotics! My pup passed this year, sadly, he was an epileptic & taught me a bunch of patience & how to care for him well. I know he would want me to help other pups too. I currently work Monday-Wednesday 8-6. Thursday & Friday I have half days. However I can go during my lunch break & let the dogs out & do anything necessary. My schedule is very flexible depending on what is needed! When it comes to following rules & regulations, i take high responsibility in doing the best that I can to meet those expectations. I think getting the dogs outside, weather permitting, is so important. Whether that is walks or just throwing a ball around.
