“Laura was great! Our dog Dolly seemed well taken care of. Dolly got along really good with her labrador Diesel. He is a sweet boy. Highly recommend her and have scheduled for future plans. Theresa W.”

“She was responsive in messages and my best friend seemed to have enjoyed himself. She was understanding of the differences and issues with different dogs. I was on vacation for 2 weeks, and she allowed me to feel relaxed that he was in good hands.”

“My dog Hachi has stayed with Dan for 2 consecutive weekends. We get good updates and have peace of mind that my baby is safe with him. He had an injury the second time we gave him and Dan made sure to keep checking on him as well as giving me updates to make me feel a little more relaxed about Hachi's well being during my vacation. Thank you!”

“Becky took great care of our dog over the Christmas holiday, even being flexible enough to allow us to drop her off on Christmas Day. We received daily pictures and updates and truly felt like Lucy was being treated like one of the family. We would definitely rebook and recommend Becky!”
“As a furbaby mama, there is always a heart tug when I need to leave my dog.. Kellene was just awesome how she would care and love my my dog Precious...Kellene also brought this mama joy and comfort by the updates and pictures throughout my time away from Precious. I would highly recommend her and her dog Coco....”

“Zachary was very helpful with our dog Otis. He was responsive and asked questions when needed. We felt Otis was in great hands with Zachary. Will use him again!”

“Ashlee was great with my dog, Sariah! She sent updates with pictures throughout the weekend, which was much appreciated. We will definitely book her again when we need a sitter.”

“Scott and his dog Lucy were a great match for Roo! I received multiple picture updates and he was great at communicating. We met up beforehand to ensure a good match, and it was clear Scott has a natural way with dogs. Would gladly rebook!”

“Maria watched our two golden doodles while we were on vacation for a week. This is the second time we’ve used her and she’s always been great. She sends updates with photos/videos multiple times a day. I can tell our boys were well taken care of. Would definitely recommend.”
“Lisa was so good with my dogs, and she was such a great communicator. She sent me daily photos and was more than happy to update me on how they were doing. She is super fast to respond to messages, and was incredibly flexible with some last minute travel plans that I was dealing with. Highly recommend and I will be a repeat client!”

“Mary and Fernando were amazing! Our golden retriever loved their fenced in back yard and playing with the other dogs. Would definitely trust them with our dog again!”

“I'm a first-time user of Rover and am very glad I did. Now I'm not only a big fan, but plan on being a repeat customer of Rover and Debbie L. She was everything one could hope for in a dog-sitter. We met for a "meet and greet" so she could get to know Jules before taking her in. We discussed how I train Jules, her habits and idiosyncracies, her health and medications - essentially everything I believe a caregiver should want to know. While I was gone, she sent daily pictures of Jules enjoying herself. To be candid, I think Jules was hesitant to return to me. Debbie L was awesome!”

“If I could give Karen and her family six stars, I would! First they indulged me with a ~60 minute meet and greet before I committed to book. This was essential for me to feel comfortable leaving my baby with them. Then we had to change the drop off day, and they were super accommodating and flexible with that. During the stay I received a picture or two a day of our puppy having fun, which continued to put my mind at ease. And the family stayed up late so we could pick up our pup on the way home from the airport on a Sunday night. Our dog came back happy and healthy, and he will definitely be staying with Karen when we have to travel in the future!”

“We had Kristi watch our dog, Roxie, for a few days. It takes Roxie some time to warm up to new places and people. When Roxie wasn’t eating much, Kristi gave her some extra treats and tried some other foods to get her to eat a bit more, which I appreciated. We will use Kristi again!”

“Mila (German shepherd) loves going to Scott’s home. When I dropped her off, she was so excited to be there. Scott does a great job providing pictures and updates throughout the stay. I appreciate having a safe place for Mila to go while I’m out of town.”

“Hannah was great with keeping me updated throughout the stay. She sent pictures, gave plenty of walks, and treated my girl like her own! Definitely will be going to her for any future Rover needs!”

“This was my first time using a sitter for my cat and Mary was the right pick! She sent me daily reports with pictures, which made me see Bengal was treated with care. Thanks Mary!!”

About: I’m a cat-focused pet sitter who is comfortable caring for cats with different personalities, including shy or nervous cats who need patience and space to warm up. I pay close attention to each cat’s normal routine and behavior. During visits, I can handle feeding, fresh water, litter box cleaning, playtime, enrichment, and lots of companionship. I know how important it is for cat parents to feel updated, so I send photo updates after every visit.

“This was the first time we left our two nine months old kittens home alone. It felt so much better knowing that Katie was there twice a day to feed and play with them. She made play forts for them and changed it up daily. She brushed them and gave them treats. Katie was very reliable and trustworthy. We would book with her again. Thanks Katie!”

About: Hi, I’m Ashling! I love all animals, and cats hold a very special place in my heart. I’ve been caring for cats since middle school, when I started out as the go-to neighborhood cat sitter. Today, I am the first-choice caregiver for my family and friends whenever they travel and need someone to keep their kitties safe, comfortable, and content. I understand that cats are creatures of habit and can be sensitive to changes in their environment or routine. My primary goal is to minimize their stress and ensure they feel secure while you're away.

“With my travel schedule for work it is hard to plan ahead and Sarah has been so accommodating with my schedule and taking on watching Flossy it gives me a sense of security knowing she is there for me. She is a great communicator and she is someone that really loves her job. I couldn’t be more satisfied as a customer with Rover and Sarah is the sole reason for that.”

About: I’ve never owned a cat as I used to be extremely allergic. As I’ve gotten older and I have multiple friends with cats, I’ve found out I am able to be around cats and love on them with just a daily allergy pill. With that, I’ve come to realize how much I truly enjoy taking care of them.
“Leandrea did a superb job with my kitty Sunny! I was anxious about leaving him due to him just having surgery a couple of days prior, but I was immediately put at ease with her quality of care! I would recommend her to anyone looking for care for their pet! I will definitely be booking for all my pet needs in the future! Thank you for being so wonderful!”

“Lilly was fantastic! As far as the basics go, she was reliable and had excellent communication. But the real standout is that she took the time to not only take care of basic needs, but also spent time trying to bond with our cat. I was amazed that she was able to convince our shy, scaredy cat to come out for petting and attention! You can tell Lilly really cares about pets. I would absolutely recommend her and would book her again.”

“The perfect cat sitter. Couldn't have done a better job, with good communication and photos throughout the visits. Five star sitter. Nice and friendly too. I'll be booking again”

About: I have owned cats for the past 15 years. I will rephrase that cats have owned me for the past 15 years since cat energy is on a different level haha I can administer medications and will keep the litter box clean. I will provide your kitties with either love and snuggles and/or some respectful space depending on their personality and specific needs.
“Courtney was incredible and did an amazing job watching our kitties! I’m anxious by nature and Courtney could tell I needed more reassurance while being away from our girls so she sent me tons of updates, photos, and videos! I recommend Courtney 9,000 percent!”

About: Hello! (Usually available after 5:30 pm during the week days and free on Fridays) My name is Stephane and I'm a project engineer in environmental science. I have had cats since my childhood, a mother, and a daughter I had the chance to live with for 20 years. Today, I have a cat I got from a refuge, called Juno. He was super shy and introverted due to his sad past but I can see a lot of progress in his behavior. He is some work but seeing him getting more and more free makes me happy. I have also always been with dogs and love to take them on walks and play with them. I took care daily of my roommate's dog (Kenny) in Toronto, taking him regularly on walks and dog parks. I live in North Water Street and can drive to your home to take care of your best friend(s). I'm also an aquarist and can look of your aquatic friends if you need it. I hope to see you soon and your best friend! I always start my day with a hello to Juno :) He usually comes to me claiming food like for having breakfast and we cuddle after. Which is a perfect start for having a good day. I will follow any instructions you give me to keep your pet routine as normal as possible. I will be respectful of your space and will always ensure that everything is closed and safe for your pet. I can send you updates with photos if you need them.

“Jenn cared for our cats just as if they were her own. She clearly loves cats, as evidenced by the meticulous details she communicated to me about her daily visits with them. We came home to happy cats! I will definitely ask Jenn to care for our cats again in the future.”

“Vanessa was communicative, prompt, and kind to our sweet kitty mochi! We are extra grateful she came by over the holidays. We are so glad we found her and can’t wait to invite her over again soon.”

“We are so glad Kristine was available on Christmas Day to check on our cat. She came a few days prior on late notice for a meet and greet and provided a nice update!”

About: I owned a dog growing up and cared for and trained one with my family. I sit for friends and family from time to time and I love to play and take dogs for walks and, if they are able, runs of up to a few miles! I have a fenced in yard, and my kids (4, 8) are also great with animals. I work from home. With the exception of rare travel days, school drop-offs, and evening events, I will always be around the house to care for your pup. Your pet will get the attention it needs, as I work from home and I have a fenced in yard, as well as young boys that are great with animals. Frequent outside visits and play times are very doable.

“Daniel and Holly definitely love dogs and are personable and friendly every time we go there. They sent us numerous text messages, including pictures, telling us how things were going. Bug is a very active dog and really benefits from a couple walks each day. I’m not sure if that happened.”

“I am so happy that I found Kathy. I knew my Benny had not been happy at a large daycare facility because he began putting on the brakes to go in the door. After a meet and great Benny couldn't wait to go in Kathy's house and when I came to pick him up he acted like he wanted to stay. Kathy updated me throught the day with pictures and even a short video. Benny loved playing with Kathy's little dog and she had his favorite kind of bone to chew on. It's obvious that Kathy loves dogs and gives them plenty of love, attention and lap time snuggles.”

About: For over forty years we’ve always had dogs in our home. We have a sweet pitbull mix that we adopted last year. She came from a home with several dogs so she loves to meet and make new friends. We enjoy providing a good home to animals and we look forward to caring for your pets. Potty breaks can be provided every two hours. Your dog will have plenty of opportunities throughout the day to run, play fetch, or explore in our fenced backyard. We try to follow the same routine as you would for your pet at home. We only care for two dogs at a time as we have a dog of our own. The dogs have free run of the house if the owner doesn’t specify otherwise.
About: I love any type of dog, any type of dog is welcome in my home for caring, people I know describe me as a nice loving person . I work from home on my own time, I am self employed, dog sitting will fit in my schedule routine just perfectly right to welcome any dog. Anything the owner does for the care of there dog fits right in with me, communication on how you would like for me to take care of your dog is the key, I would love for your dog to feel right at home .
“Our dog had an awesome day with Louise! She was great with little Stuart and so easy to work with for us. She accommodated a long day with our schedules and is so kind. She gave our dog personal care and very loving for our needy little puppy. We plan to book with Louise again, can’t recommend her enough!”

About: I have many years of experience caring for and training my own pets and fostering a few along the way. I am an avid rescuer and love taking care of animals from all walks of life. High energy, elderly, barkers, wigglers even the stinky are welcome. I take pride in providing care for your pet. Cheers! I work full time but can stop by and walk before or after work. Morning and nights are available, hoping to go full time soon. We currently are pet free after a difficult and sudden passing but we have a woodsy backyard and a grassy front yard that a pooch can get some good exercise in. Two teenage boys to help with playtime and wife that loves to take dogs for jogs.
“Kait was a pleasure to work with! She was very good at communicating, sent excellent pictures and was not shy to ask questions about Maya’s care! Her and her precious Zelda welcomed my Maya with open arms and warm hearts 😁 I HIGHLY recommend booking with her! We will definitely be back!”

“Holly was awesome! She sent us updates all day long and even fed Brooklyn in the morning for ya because Brooklyn was a little nervous with some construction work outside. We will definitely be using Holly in the future for day care and boarding. Thanks again!”

About: I have had a deep compassion for all animals my whole life, wanting nothing more but for them to be happy. When your furry family members are with me, safety and entertainment will be of top priority. Giving love is second nature to me and I will be at full attention with your dog. Fun and exercise with plenty of fresh air guaranteed! I have specific walking routes to know where your pet will always be at all times , and communication will be as frequently as desired. Pictures will be posted regularly. Part of how I reach maximum comfortability for your dog is by using famiar language (commands) and learning it's habits and rituals. Everything has a personality and I try hard to learn what your dogs is like. Last but not least, I am all breed friendly!
“Luscely was available last minute and didn't make me jump through hoops to dogsit. She was communicative, fair, and my dog was happy. I will absolutely use her again!”

“Erin was an excellent host for Katie for daycare! She greeted Katie outside with a treat. We were updated with pictures throughout the day: including Katie playing with their dogs, relaxing like the queen that she is, and exploring the neighborhood on a walk. Erin was flexible with pickup times which really helped with a changing schedule due to travel delays. Already booked another stay for Katie.”

“Elba had her hands full with our very spunky and relentlessly playful pup, but she did a fantastic job caring for Libby and patiently handling her with her high energy. Libby fell fast asleep once we came home and she slept the entire rest of the evening and night. She was worn out! I definitely recommend Elba and we can't wait to come back again!”

“Mary has been so helpful and supportive the last two weeks. I had a couple of deaths in my family and Mary was able to walk my dog and check in on her when I had to fly home for a funeral. She’s so sweet and thoughtful and it was so great to know my pup was being so well taken care of! She’s the best ❤️”

About: Hi, I’m Ashling! Animals have been a central part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up with a Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier, spent my teenage years as the go-to neighborhood babysitter and pet sitter, and today, I’m a proud pet parent to two wonderful Wheatens of my own. Because of my personal experience with dogs of all backgrounds, I understand that every animal is unique. My philosophy is to always meet animals where they are at—building trust at their pace while providing a safe, confident, and structured environment. I'm currently accepting weekday appointments for now and will accept some overnights and weekends. I have a flexible schedule at this point and will be able to care for pets multiple times throughout the day and night. I will treat your home and your pets with the utmost respect and try to follow the schedule and routine to make sure your pet is comfortable in their home while you're away. Their safety and comfort is my highest priority.
About: I took canine training at the age of 13 and have taken care of dogs on and off since then! I adopted my very own dog (a beautiful beagle Maya!) for the first time almost 3 years ago and have learned a lot more since then. Maya frequents dog parks, day cares, hiking trails and the lake as much as she can. She is very social and does well with other dogs as well as children! I’m comfortable administering medicine as I’ve had to with my pup in the past. I work from home and take my dog out every 4-5 hours for potty breaks and short walks around the block. On weekends when I’m home we visit dog parks and/or dog friendly trails as weather permits but also love to cuddle on the sofa for a good movie marathon! When your pet is in my home, they have free range of every room and furniture, minus the bedroom. My dog is crate trained and sleeps in her crate at night. If your dog prefers to sleep outside of a crate I do have a separate room they can sleep in so they have privacy and don’t have to stress seeing the crate. I will still be able to hear/watch over them from their private room at night!
About: I work as a nurse - I love humans and dogs! You will find me in the woods hiking with my pups or getting our steps in throughout the neighborhood. Dog walking is my greatest stress relief! I am currently in limbo between jobs for the next month. I would love to get out and spend my days walking dogs while I had the opportunity. Open to anytime of the day. Leashed walks and play time in a fenced in yard. My goal is to keep your pet safe and well cared for at all times.
“Julie was great with my elderly dog! She was kind and personable and always cheerful! I appreciated her taking such good care of Rogue and walking her in treacherous conditions like ice and snow! I’d definitely recommend her and use her services again :)”

About: I’ve had pets my whole life, so I understand how stressful it can be to find someone to take care of your pets while you’re away or even just gone for the day at work. Our pets are the whole world to us so it’s important you find someone you trust. I hope that once you get to know me I can be that person for you! I have over 13 years experience as I have been around animals my whole life. I love learning their little personalities the things they love whether it’s going for a walk and they have a specific fire hydrant they always stop at or a specific toy at home they always love to play with. Currently I have a cat named Stella who has provided me lots of experience in anxious cats as well as in tricks on giving medication. I am currently a substitute teacher with the summer off so I can provide pop in visits throughout the week as well as the weekends! Safety of pets is my number one priority with your pets as well as my own. I will always care for your pet like they are my own when I am with them to ensure they have adequate care. I will get to know your pet and notice when things may seem off if they aren’t feeling well. I also maintain safety when walking with your pet and making sure to learn their temperament before walks as well.
About: I have a way with animals. Pets that don't like people typically tend to be my best friends. I have always loved animals ever since I was little. My goal is to be friends with every animal I meet. You have fun and I will make sure your pet does as well. I work full time in sales, so I am quite flexible. I can typically work my schedule to fit around what I need to do. I am happy to drop in and hung out with your pet while you are away. I love to go for walks, so I will be happy to tire a pet out with some good walk time.
“Alexis was very accommodating right from the beginning! Not only was she able to fit me in the same week while meeting my dog prior, but she made sure to let me know when she was arriving to my apartment along with sending a picture at the end. I would definitely recommend and plan to use her again!”

I'm an educator and I have all summer to ensure your dog gets great exercise! Very flexible weekday scheduling! Please contact me, and I am sure we can easily find a time that works. I am new to Rover and work part-time with animals. I am available for pet sitting, walks and drop-ins during the weekends all day and with some flexibility during weekdays. About: Hello! I’m April and I’ve had fur babies all my life—my Miniature American Eskimo (Molly) for 15 years until she became sick. I was also mom to Sydney and Charlie from the time they were kittens to older adults. I have a special place in my heart for cats! I’ll follow your instructions closely, provide lots of love and attention, and make sure your pet feels safe, seen, and well cared for—just like you would.
About: My unconditional love for all animals. Every cat or dog that I meet I treat and cherish as if they were my own fur baby. I do work a full time job, 8-4 Mon-Fri. However, I am looking to use some of my free time taking care of your fur baby! I do my best to maintain whatever routine you have with your fur baby. I am willing to go the extra mile to make your pup feel safe and comfortable while you are away.
About: Happy to have walked and worked with many animals and breeds of dogs in day care and hospital settings. Excited to walk and work with many more. I am currently available to work with pets Monday to Sunday during the day and possibly nights if needed. Schedule as needed I am able to help. I have no other pets in home currently ensuring that all focus is on your pet. Daily walks and feeding as instructed will be guaranteed.
“Hailey is a pleasure to work with. She responds quickly to communication and adeptly rolls with the unique dynamic between my 6 year old and 6 month old dogs. She follows instructions to a tee and gives the dogs awesome belly rubs. Thank you, Hailey!”

About: I’ve been a devoted animal lover and pet owner for as long as I can remember. From dogs and cats to caring for pets with unique personalities and needs, animals have always been a huge part of my life. Currently, I share my home with a lovable, mischievous hound mix who keeps me on my toes and a cat who completely stole my heart. A few years ago, I lost my soul dog, Jersey, and that experience deepened my understanding of the special bond we share with our pets. I know firsthand how difficult it can be to leave them behind and trust someone else with their care. That’s why I treat every pet as if they were my own—with patience, affection, attention, and plenty of love. Whether your pet needs a quick drop-in visit, playtime, cuddles, a walk, or simply a friendly face while you’re away, my goal is to make them feel safe, happy, and cared for. I also know how important peace of mind is for pet parents, so you can expect regular updates, photos, and communication throughout my visits. Because I work from home, I have a flexible schedule that often allows me to accommodate drop-in visits and pet care needs throughout the day. I’m committed to providing dependable, compassionate care and building a trusting relationship with both you and your pets. I look forward to meeting your furry family members and becoming someone you can count on whenever you need a helping hand! 🐾❤️ I work from home and have a decently flexible schedule. I have a young son and pets of my own but thankfully I share these responsibilities with my rockstar husband so I will be able to care for your fur babies. I understand that having a stranger in your home can be a little uncomfortable. I will 💯 respect your space and keep things clean in order for your while you are gone. Please let me know your preferences for my stay.
About: My children and I love dogs! I have been around dogs my entire life. I had a dog growing up who I adored. She was part of our family so I do understand how important it is that you feel comfortable with your dog sitter while you are away. I live in West Allis in a 3 bedroom townhouse with a decent size unfenced front yard and several parks in the neighborhood that we go to often. I would love to provide a caring environment for your dog. I offer overnight stays in my home, drop in visits, and dog walking services. I am more than happy to send daily photos, text updates, or phone calls regarding your furry family member's care. Look forward to meeting you and your pet.
About: I’ve been the go-to pet sitter for my family and friends for years because I actually enjoy the 'tricky' stuff. From helping my own senior dog with bladder issues to winning over an abused, reactive Rottweiler, I have a lot of heart for pets that need a little extra patience. I’m also totally comfortable with bearded dragons and cats! I’m used to walking dogs in areas without fences, so I’m very careful on the leash and always keep safety first. I’ve had to clean up after bad sitters so I'll make sure your house stays spotless and your pets stay happy while you’re gone! Animals are a huge part of my daily life, so I build my schedule around making sure they feel safe and cared for. I’m currently available Monday-Sunday with Flexible Hours and am always happy to help with last-minute requests or holiday bookings when you're in a pinch. Which is perfect for seniors needing extra potty breaks or reactive pups who need a calm, un-rushed walks. I make your pet's routine my top priority every single day! Safety is Always my top priority, but keeping your pets happy is a close second! Whether I’m hanging out with your cat, dog, or bearded dragon (exc. I stick strictly to the routine you’ve set so they feel totally secure while you're gone. Since I’m used to walking pups in areas without fences, I’m always extra careful to double-check leashes and harnesses before we head out the door. I’m also a bit of a neat freak so I’ll make sure your home is pet-proofed and leave it even cleaner than I found it. I’m a big believer in open communication, so expect plenty of photo updates of your best friends (scales or fur!) so you can relax knowing they’re in great hands!

“My dog loved Jill! I was nervous because he sometimes doesn’t do well with strangers sometimes but meeting her he immediately warmed up and loved her. He definitely wanted to stay when I came back to pick her up. Jill was amazing! I definitely will book her again.”
“We recently left our 5-year-old Golden with Nikki for a week, and she did an absolutely incredible job! From the moment I dropped him off, I knew he was in great hands. This was our first time leaving him with someone outside of close family friends, and he had a wonderful experience. I would 100% trust Nikki with him again in the future! Throughout his stay, Nikki sent multiple updates and photos each day, which was so thoughtful and very much appreciated. Basil loved spending time outside in the fenced-in backyard and had a blast snuggling and playing with Nikki’s kids. Thank you so much, Nikki, for taking such amazing care of our boy!”

“Clark had so much fun staying with Andrew and his family! They have a big fenced in backyard and I got plenty of pictures of Clark playing :) definitely would book again!”
