About: My dog Fletcher and I would love company while I work from home. I love dogs and have the flexibility to go on walks and play outside during the day! I’m currently a student at KU so I have plenty of flexibility between classes and my part time job. I’m most available on weekends but also random times through out the day. I will be sure to know the surrounding of client’s homes in order to keep track of pets and understand where they are allowed to go. I want to ensure safety of clients pets.

About: I've loved caring for pets my entire life! My mother was a vet tech who taught me everything I needed to know about caring for animals. I have two senior dachshunds adopted from rescues and have rehabilitated them to be sweet socialized canine citizens. I love dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes. I work a hybrid office job which gives me some flexibility for assisting with your pets! I can walk or visit with your pets in the evenings on weekdays, or anytime on weekends. Your pet will receive care according to their unique needs while I'm visiting with them. Play, feeding, affection, or exercise defined by what you would want to be doing for them yourself.

“I cannot say enough about Heather and Alex. This was the first time I had to leave my cat, Pinky, for two weeks and I was nervous. Most other 'in-home' boarders that take cats, have cats of their own, which presented a problem for me as Pink doesn't really get along with other cats. She's been declawed and I was worried that in a house with a bunch of other cats, she'd be bullied:( But Heather and Alex only commit to one Rover boarder at a time. They work from home and so one or the other of them is almost always there. Their home is spacious, clean and has a lovely large screened in area, which my girl loved. About: I have taken care of dogs, cats, fish, hedgehogs, birds, you name it, ever since I was 8 years old. There is a special place in my heart for four legged friends. I am lucky to work from home so I get to spend all day with my pets and yours when they stay with me! I have experience working with dogs of all ages, light training and routine bath care. I love going out in the yard and playing with the dogs. Our fenced in yard makes it so easy to bring them out back and throw the ball around. When your pets stay with me I know how hard it can be being away, but I will provide constant photos, videos, and updates to help you feel comfortable while you are apart. I can’t wait to meet your fur babies and give them a great time during their stay. I work from home, so you can feel comfortable your pets will get constant care and attention throughout the day. The dogs get outside at 7:00am to start the day and will get walks / playtime in the yard minimum every 2 hours. We have a great neighborhood for long walks and a pretty big yard for running and playing. The dogs will be let outside for the last time around 10:00pm before winding down for bed. I have a fenced in yard with plenty of room for play. I have 1 dog and 1 cat, both are good with other dogs and cats. My dog is a 2 year old male golden retriever. He truly is the happiest dog and loves to meet new friends. Every pet that stays with us will be treated as one of our own and will have a great experience.

About: No kids or pets of my own and a big Jeep means my outdoorsy lifestyle is open and flexible for your fur babies. I'm experienced with dogs from all walks of life. You name it, I'm down for it. I have confident experience with reactive dogs and big breeds especially. I'm a part time barista, working mostly evenings, so morning and mid-day walks work best for me. I am available for night walks after work as well, if that works for your schedule. Weekend boarding is best with advance notice, as I occasionally pick up Friday and Saturday shifts at the coffee shop. I live on the second floor with access to a fenced in backyard. Hardwood floors in home. No kids or other pets of my own. I do have houseplants if your dog is sensitive to soils, fungus, or has a history of plant eating. About: I've been around dogs my entire life — in 28 years, there have only been 7 days I've lived without one! I grew up in a home with five dogs, including four Bernese Mountain Dogs and a Sheltie. My family also responsibly bred Berners and Shelties, and I grew up around training, proper care, and learning to understand each dog's individual personality. Today, my own dog is still a huge part of my life. I also prepare homemade food for my dog and have learned a lot through that experience about paying attention to ingredients, sensitivities, age, energy levels, and individual needs. If your dog has a unique routine, dietary preferences, or special considerations, I'm happy to listen and follow the routine you've established for them. I'm comfortable with dogs of different ages, personalities, routines, and needs, and I believe patience and consistency go a long way. Most importantly, I know how hard it can be to leave your dog with someone else. About: Married stay at home mom of 3 girls and 1 boy, who loves animals. Pre-covid I was a banquet cook for a living. I have always owned dogs( Pitts and huskys), cats, fish, rats, rabbits, turtles, bearded dragons, snakes, and other animals.. but currently have none of my own.. I'd love to watch others as a way for me to fill the void until I find another forever furpal. I live in a decent sized house with a nice yard so there is plenty of room for animals to roam and stretch their legs. I give animals all the attention they want and need. Couches and beds are free game as long as it's ok with you, I wouldn't want to upset what an animal is used to. At my place there are Treats walks and belly rubs galore. I am a stay at home mom so my schedule is open and my routine can be changed to fit what your pup or other animal needs. About: My dog Fletcher and I would love company while I work from home. I love dogs and have the flexibility to go on walks and play outside during the day! I’m currently a student at KU so I have plenty of flexibility between classes and my part time job. I’m most available on weekends but also random times through out the day. I will be sure to know the surrounding of client’s homes in order to keep track of pets and understand where they are allowed to go. I want to ensure safety of clients pets.
