About: I owned a dog growing up and cared for and trained one with my family. I sit for friends and family from time to time and I love to play and take dogs for walks and, if they are able, runs of up to a few miles! I have a fenced in yard, and my kids (4, 8) are also great with animals. I work from home. With the exception of rare travel days, school drop-offs, and evening events, I will always be around the house to care for your pup. Your pet will get the attention it needs, as I work from home and I have a fenced in yard, as well as young boys that are great with animals. Frequent outside visits and play times are very doable.

About: For over forty years we’ve always had dogs in our home. We have a sweet pitbull mix that we adopted last year. She came from a home with several dogs so she loves to meet and make new friends. “If I could give Karen and her family six stars, I would! First they indulged me with a ~60 minute meet and greet before I committed to book. This was essential for me to feel comfortable leaving my baby with them. Then we had to change the drop off day, and they were super accommodating and flexible with that. During the stay I received a picture or two a day of our puppy having fun, which continued to put my mind at ease. And the family stayed up late so we could pick up our pup on the way home from the airport on a Sunday night. Our dog came back happy and healthy, and he will definitely be staying with Karen when we have to travel in the future!”
