“I could not recommend Mike and his wife Heather more! My dog has been consistently going going there for a year and as a young doctor working up to 28 hours in a row, I would not be able to have managed without them! They are very flexible and truly do love working with dogs. Recently, my dog got very mambas colitis and needed to go to the vet twice. Initially I wasn’t able to take too much time off but thankfully Mike was there. He offered to even cook Whiskey boiled chicken and rice and even offered to come to the vet with us the second time because he was genuinely concerned as well. I have a very anxious dog, but have been able to leave him while on vacation and not worry because I was getting constant updates- both good and bad about how he was doing, how much he was barking, how he was pooping, etc. it helped me enjoy my vacation more. I would highly recommend them for anyone who has a dog that is anxious and needs more one on one attention or with a chaotic schedule like myself.”
About: I have been the go-to pet sitter for my large family & friends for years and just decided to see if anyone else would need the service. I have no pets or kids but I am a pet lover in a nice home with a big fenced in yard. I like hanging out with the pets like little buddies, getting some days of cuddles and then sending them home 😅. I typically take the animals out several times a day, feed them, and let them roam around the house or snuggle with me. With all animals I just try to make them comfortable and let them feel at home.
About: I helped raise my own two family dogs and ensured that they were always walked, bathed, fed, and happy. It's also a habit of mine to go take the extra step like wiping my dogs and make sure they are clean after they've been outside. I've also taken care of my neighbor's dogs alongside our own family dogs, so I have experience handling multiple pets at once. I work full-time, Monday through Friday, while working from home 2-3 days a week. I also go to workout classes in the evening. Normally, if working from home, I take the dogs out for a walk in the morning. On other days, I take them for a walk in the evening. I normally take pets out 3 times a day, once in the morning, afternoon, and night. I make sure the dogs have a dedicated spot for food and bed. I have both a park and a dog park, 5-10 minutes away from my apartment, which I can take the pets to for a walk or some dog play time. There are also multiple yard-like grass areas where the dogs are meant to do their business. If pets stay with me for longer than two weeks, I bathe them every other week.

About: Hey there! I’m a new Rover sitter who truly enjoys being around dogs. I’m dependable, easygoing, and always focused on keeping dogs safe and comfortable. I’m happy to stick to your dog’s usual routine and I’ll keep you posted with updates and pictures. Your pup will get lots of attention, care, and love while you’re away! Currently, I am working in office on Tuesdays and Thursdays until about 230/3pm and work at home on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Weekends are very open and only tend to leave for short periods of time to run errands I have a fenced in yard with plenty of room for them to run around and enjoy the outdoors, as well as one Corgi at home. I do live in a two story house with the primary bedroom upstairs. Depending on the preference, dogs are usually allowed to roam free whether I am home or not but I do have gates to keep them from going upstairs if necessary.

About: Hello and welcome! We take care of/have taken care of all different kinds of pets. We have our own two dogs, as well as six cats. We have experience with multiple different breeds and types of animals, as well as being able to handle many at a time. (We have had up to 9 dogs in my care at one time!) I know how hard it is to leave your pet behind, which is why I will update you with pictures as much as you would like. I have a finished basement if your loved one would prefer to be separated, and also have many open rooms for them to choose from for slumber. The cats have a gated off cat room, only accessible to humans and kitties. The crew and I can't wait to meet you! (Or if you prefer the whole crew won't meet you :)). Dani is currently home full time. At this time Dani is home for almost the entire day, with occasional errands. You can request our schedule for any amount of time to confirm your loved one will be cared for properly and on time. We deep clean all items used after a pet stays, so that they are ready for the next pet to stay. We have extra blankets, beds, crates, bowls, and more. We keep our fishtanks neat and clean, as well as my home. My dogs are extremely friendly even with cats. My backyard is fenced in with access through a back door. When it's nice out we play outside with the dogs where they have access to a kiddie pool to play in the water. I have started to add more outdoor play equipment/toys.

About: Hello! I come from a family of dog lovers currently with 20 doggies in just my imitated family plus close aunts/uncles and cousins. We have quite the hectic family holidays. I've had lots of dog sitting experience between all those pups as well as being on Rover for 9 years now. My favorite pup is my border collie/aussie mix, Piper. She’s a rescue, almost 8 years old and all energy all the time. She’s keeps me active and taught me how to keep dogs physically and mentally exercised. About: I am a part time college student. I am going to school to get my ECE Degree. I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was 10 by volunteering at humane societies and having my own dogs. I also worked at a doggy daycares throughout Florida and Wisconsin. I love all dogs like they are my children. I am very intentional about the number of clients I take at a time to ensure that I can provide comprehensive care to booked clients. I believe open communication is most important to be able to provide safe and reliable care for your pets. During our meet and greet, I will ask many questions to ensure that I have a full picture of what caring for your pet requires and how to meet your expectations. As someone who uses a Rover sitter to care for my pets when I am away, I personally understand the trust that is needed to leave your pets in someone else's care. I strive to build trust with clients by showing up when I say I do and following all instructions provided to me. And, it is not just about building trust with you but also your pet! If your pet has any behavioral issues or quirks, it's important for me to know this so that I can ensure safety for your pet and myself. This will help me adjust my interactions with them so I can build trust with your pet and respect their boundaries. The more information I have, the better!
About: I helped raise my own two family dogs and ensured that they were always walked, bathed, fed, and happy. It's also a habit of mine to go take the extra step like wiping my dogs and make sure they are clean after they've been outside. I've also taken care of my neighbor's dogs alongside our own family dogs, so I have experience handling multiple pets at once. I work full-time, Monday through Friday, while working from home 2-3 days a week. I also go to workout classes in the evening. Normally, if working from home, I take the dogs out for a walk in the morning. On other days, I take them for a walk in the evening. I normally take pets out 3 times a day, once in the morning, afternoon, and night. I make sure the dogs have a dedicated spot for food and bed. I have both a park and a dog park, 5-10 minutes away from my apartment, which I can take the pets to for a walk or some dog play time. There are also multiple yard-like grass areas where the dogs are meant to do their business. If pets stay with me for longer than two weeks, I bathe them every other week.
About: I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life and love them so much that I decided to work at a Dog and Cat daycare and boarding facility. I’ve been working there for 3 years and have worked with all breeds and ages varying from puppies to seniors and love comforting them and making them happy while also making sure their parents know they are in good hands! I’m currently working part-time and my availability is flexible. I’m willing to make adjustments as long as I am notified at least 2-3 weeks in advance. Depending on the typical routine of the pet, I will follow it as close as possible to make them feel as comfortable as I can. I will keep them busy by going on walks or by playing with them, or if they have lower energy I’ll just make sure to give them extra attention.

I (Maddie) have grown up with dogs and cats my entire life and have always been hands-on with training. My grandpa has been breeding huskies since before I was born so dogs have always been a large part of my life. . I (Joseph) have always had a deep love for animals—I raised a kitten growing up and worked at a reptile store where I cared for reptiles, fish, and insects before traveling for a year. Together, we’re all about giving pets thoughtful, experienced, personalized care every step of the way. 🐾 We are both currently working from home so normally one of us is always home. If we do leave your pup will never be left alone for more than an hour. Our space includes a fully fenced backyard, a dedicated doggy room with a queen-sized mattress, cozy dog beds, and an XL crate if needed. Ring cameras and security system so we know our house is always watched. Maddie has trained her super well-mannered and playful 6-year-old Siberian Husky since birth who loves making new friends. We only take in 2-3 dogs at a time which is plenty of space for our house. Our neighborhood is quiet and safe with a playground, large field and lots of kids around. We follow your dog’s routine closely and send regular updates so you always feel connected—your pup will be treated like part of the family. 🐾

About: I have been taking care of animals since I can remember. Whether it was taking care of my own dog, or pet sitting for family friends, I have always loved working and caring for animals. I adore going on long walks with my own dog, and being able to help out others when they need their pets to be taken care of! I am confident in taking care of animals of any size, and will not hesitate to do my best to assure the pets the care they need. Currently, I am an incoming college student looking to save up for college. Right now I am living at home and am on summer break, so my schedule is always open! I’m available to take care of pets at any time of the day. I believe its important to build trust with the pet, and give them a place where they can feel safe. I try to listen and observe the behaviors of the pets, but also make sure that I am following the directions given to me by the owners. When meeting a new pet, I always approach them in a way that won’t scare them off, and furthermore when getting to know them, I try to comfort them and make sure that they feel confident around me. Its very important to me that the pet will not be afraid to go on walks with me, eat around me, or approach me during the time that I come to take care of them.

The updates I were provided were timely and appreciated - always good to know your baby is safe, happy, and well taken care of.
