About: The picture is of my first cat, Onyx. He was my first cat, and he’s taught me so much: he has overstimulation issues and play agression issues… and he’s also the sweetest, cuddliest cat (towards me - he’s not a fan of too many other people). About a year in with Onyx, I decided to get him a friend. I adopted a kitten, Carrot, who taught me allllll about kittens. I started fostering kittens as young as 4 weeks & then cats, and I take on scared/undersocialized (aka “spicy”) kittens, fosters (adults/kittens) who need a little medical care & rest, and the occasional adult who just needs to get more used to people before adoption. I love figuring out what motivates a cat, and earning their trust is something I never take for granted.

I lost our beloved family dog about two years ago and I do not want to commit to raising another one since I like to travel. But on my down time, I am willing to walk your dog, spend time with them, and love them up as much as possible. About: What sets me apart is both my personal and professional experience caring for animals of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I’ve grown up around dogs my entire life and currently work at Dogtopia, where I care for and supervise dogs daily. This has helped me become patient, attentive, and comfortable working with different temperaments and energy levels. I also have experience with both senior dogs and puppies. My senior dog, Otis, had arthritis, so I learned how important patience, comfort, and attentive care are for older pets. I also helped raise and train our pug puppy with basic training, routines, and socialization. Because of these experiences, I understand that every pet has different needs depending on their age and personality, and I always try to make pets feel safe, active, and cared for like they’re my own.⭐️😊 Pet care is already a big part of my daily routine. When I’m home, I also spend a lot of time caring for my own dog. About: I love nurturing all living things from children (although I am not yet a parent to a human), to plants and animals alike! I tend to put all living things before my own needs to prioritize their well-being. In addition, I recently took in a crested gecko and have learned so much about caring for reptiles as well. Everyday before leaving my apartment I make sure that both of my pets have plenty of food and water. In addition, I check to ensure that my plants are out of reach from my cat and that my bioactive terrarium is maintaining humidity. I care for pets by making sure they have food, water, a clean liter box, a moist environment, and get taken out for potty breaks depending on which animal I am caring for. I am willing to care for your pets with the same considerations in mind.

We have rescued all of our pets from shelters and I have loved their unique personalities, although sometimes challenging! Maebelle is skittish and crazy affectionate while Nina can be a bit of a bully and a sweetheart at the same time. They have brought a lot of joy to my house. By the end of the week, Gizmo was playing with other dogs and taking long walks twice a day, which he never does! I finally found someone who was willing to take in my dog and refused to give up on him even when times were hard. I highly recommend her services! About: I’m a dog/cat mom who is a little obsessed with animals and can’t wait to meet yours! Open for boarding in my home, walks, check ins, feeding, etc. I currently have a standard poodle and a mini poodle who are the center of my life (let’s face it, the run my life!). They love guests and would be thrilled to meet your dog and cat while you’re away. I have 20+ years of experience with dogs and cats, able to give medications, provide senior care, and daily walks, play time. I’d love to help give your pet their very best life! I work a very flexible schedule and can usually accommodate your needs. I’m available weekends and most holidays as well. I’ll do my best to work together to find the best schedule for your pet. My dogs have a lovely home and they kindly let me live there too. 😆. The dogs are allowed free run of the house at all times, though I do have crates for when they want some unbothered time, at their choice. I live in a great neighborhood filled with dogs so we meet a lot of friends on our walks, too.
