Communication was amazing from start to finish, and she was so flexible when our flights changed, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. Riley isn’t around other dogs very often, so I was a little nervous, but they did great together and it made me so happy to hear how well she adjusted. My orange cat is exactly as you’d expect… rambunctious and incredibly cuddly. Luka the black cat however, is very stand-offish and loves her space. About: Grew up an animal lover with multiple dogs and cats over the course of my life. Long story short, I have experience with puppy life, shelter life, low energy, high energy, etc. I just love animals and look forward to taking care of yours I work full time as a school counselor but understand what it takes to be a healthy dog owner. This means a walk in the morning before I leave, a walk when I get home after work, and depending on a lot of other factors maybe one late maybe not. On weekends I'm a a homebody which is why I signed up for this. I will get out of the house to walk my girl or take her on an adventure to the dog park, trail walk, etc. Otherwise I like just hanging out and playing video games. My girl has a crate in the family room but I also repurposed a spare bedroom into a doggy friendly room. I wasn't using it for any reason so figured why not make it dog friendly for my girl and others. I also have a fenced in yard that I can easily let her and other dogs out. It is big enough to be able to throw a ball around as well.
About: Cats have been my companion all my life.. a home is not a home without the pitter patter of little paws. Currently, my fur baby Millie is my only pet but have experience with dog and cat households. I know their needs and can establish a bond with cats easily. About: I have had dogs of my own since I was 9 years old. I LOVE dogs--especially small ones! I have trained all of my dogs. I board friends' dogs in my home all the time, and am now excited to move into boarding strangers' dogs here on Rover! I work full-time, a mix of in-office and at home. I work from home on Thursdays and have flexibility on Fridays, so it works best for me to be able to provide boarding on long weekends (Thursday-Sunday). About: I'm a dog walker and trainer currently working towards certification. I take in any age and breed but specialize in puppies, high energy dogs, and pets with complex needs. I'm currently working part-time as a Veterinary Assistant and spend the rest of my time doing dog walking, pet sitting, and enjoying the outdoors. I study animal behavior in my free time and love hiking and training with the pups whenever I can! Pets are always separated when unsupervised to ensure safety and to allow time for rest and relaxation! Every pet is given one-on-one time for at least 1-2 hours a day depending on their needs and all dogs are walked separately unless discussed otherwise beforehand. About: I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life and love them so much that I decided to work at a Dog and Cat daycare and boarding facility. I’ve been working there for 3 years and have worked with all breeds and ages varying from puppies to seniors and love comforting them and making them happy while also making sure their parents know they are in good hands! I’m currently working part-time and my availability is flexible. I’m willing to make adjustments as long as I am notified at least 2-3 weeks in advance. Depending on the typical routine of the pet, I will follow it as close as possible to make them feel as comfortable as I can. About: I started off taking care of small animals, but then became trained as a kennel attendant and enrichment specialist in my growing career in animal care. I wanted to offer more to my local community with the current skills I have, along with learn and grow with every pet and parent! I’m aware of how dogs communicate with each other with body language and have been trained to break apart a fight, even before a fight could start.

About: First, your dog or dogs will have a companion, my friendly female chihuahua who gets along well with all dogs. Second, I do not take in multiple customers at the same time, ensuring your dog gets the most attention and care that I can provide. I understand how stressful boarding can be for our furry friends. I live alone in a clean and tidy home, less than 10 minutes away from my 9-5 job. My chihuahua Lina gets 3 walks per day along with a biweekly bath, nail trimming, teeth brushing & ear cleaning solution. You can rest assured your dog won't be let loose in the neighborhood or mistreated in any way. Please reach out with any questions. Lina and I are looking forward to meeting your pup! Since I work close to home, I always go home during lunch to feed & walk my puppy. You can be assured that your best friend won't go more than 4 hours without my care. In the meantime, my chihuahua will keep he or she good company. While I work during the week, my chihuahua gets to stay in my kitchen with her bed, food & water. My neighborhood is a friendly place for long walks that will be more enjoyable with my chihuahua! She loves her walks more than life itself : )
