About: I’ve always been a caretaker whether it be with kids or animals! I’ve also had cats of my own for 11 years and a dog for 3 years. My dog loves making friends, so he would enjoy having other dogs at our house or having dogs join us on our daily walks. I’d love to care for your pets or be your reliable dog walker. I am a teacher, so my evenings and weekends are available for pet care during the school year. However, in the summer, I also have morning availability. I am very neat and respectful in other people’s homes. I’d give your fur baby/ babies lots of love and care, but I’d leave your home looking like you did when you left! About: I've always owned my own cats, and helped with neighbor cats as a kid. As an adult, I own my own two cats, currently a tabby with white patches named Bella and a calico named Elly. I also am a cat cuddler and cat foster mom at HAWS and have been doing that for 8 years now. As a foster mom, I have cared for weaned kittens and done all kinds of medications. About: After graduating from Harvard, I moved from the Northeast to Wisconsin to train for speed skating. I grew up as a critter kid: my dad was a veterinarian and my mom worked in science museums, so I was raised around all sorts of animals, from birds, axolotls, and geckos to furry dog and cat companions. Since my move, I have been "dog-lonely" and am looking to show your animals some love. My family has always had huskies, so I am comfortable around big, goofy, energetic, and sometimes stubborn dogs. I love taking dogs for walks, but even more so, running with them if they are able. As a professional photographer, I also offer pet photography so you can keep permanent memories of your scaley, feathered, and furry family members. I am a speed skater, so my days consist of morning and evening workouts. I'm available during the day (10am-3pm) and overnight (after 7pm) to take care of your pets. I will always ask for a meet and greet before caring for your pets. My pet care will occur in your home and neighborhood. For walks, I will only take one household's dogs for a walk at a time. About: I've had multiple dogs over the last 30 years. Mainly Bull Mastiffs, Border Collie Mix, and multiple Pitties. We lately have been adopting older dogs to give them the best end of life possible. For friends I've watched many smaller to larger dogs, comfortable with all. I have experience with all sorts of meds and care, although I prefer to stay away from anything with needles when possible. We've been to the vet more times than I can count, and have gotten good at understanding/reading dog behavior and signs of distress. I have experience with all soft of personalities...shy or alpha, lazy or rambunctious, etc. I like to understand them and work with them where they are at so they enjoy themselves and are happy. I'm a pretty calm presence and in general dogs trust me right away. My wife will joke that I am a dog whisperer as dogs tend to follow my lead easily, but I think it is simply being confident and projecting that you are there to take care of them. I have a very flexible work schedule and am home most of the time. I only have 1 dog right now (Oscar, 82 lb Pitty who loves everything and everyone...he walks around with soft toys like they are his dolls), but will likely be back to 2 in the near future. I walk my pup(s) pretty much every day. We live near Hart Park and the Oak Leaf Trail so getting out to walk along the river/parks is very easy. New to doing this formally rather than just for friends. Normally watch friends dogs at their place. If we take care of your pup in our home, we will always have 1+ pups that will be other-dog friendly. My wife and I have a small Tosa home but fully fenced-in yard to be able to let them out at any time day or night without worry. We have a small main floor but it has 3-4 dog beds and multiple toys (prefer dogs who are ok with soft toys, as our pup(s) don't rip those up. Will likely prefer caring for your pup in your home, it simply mitigates the crowding in the house and any potential conflicts. If I look after any cats, those would be at your house. We no longer have cats and aren't prepped for that in any way.

About: My husband and I loved our dog for 10 years. We can’t get another one anytime soon but will love yours like our own. We both had dogs as pets growing up and have cared for a pet for 40+ years. I am an elementary school principal. I am available for full-time care or walking June-August. Outside of that, I’m available full-time on the weekends and evenings during the week. I had a beagle with me for 15 years and he was on various medications as he aged so I know how to administer medications if needed. I work full time Monday through Friday from 8-4:30 but am happy to walk your pet before or after those hours! I am happy to provide whatever care they might need while you are away. I see pets as members of the family. I have 2 dogs...a terrier and a mini poodle. I love them to pieces and they run the house! Lol. They are well behaved and allowed on the furniture and the bed. Your fur babies would be too! I want them to be comfortable in my home. If I’m dropping in to take care of your fur baby in their home just let me know what I need to do for them and consider it done! I take my pups out every morning for a short walk, after work, and just before bed time. I feed them twice a day with occasional treats that they love mixed in :) I'm in an apartment so they will be leashed when we go outside. I live close to 3 different parks as well as the Menomonee River Parkway....lots of space to walk with them and let them sniff away!
About: I’ve taken care of many animals of family and friends and always insured to give them so much love during those even small, short visits! I grew up with dogs, and when I was able to have a pet of my own, I got a very large orange cat! I’m comfortable around all dogs and I am willing and wanting to adapt to the needs of your furry friends. My time will be towards making your pet as comfortable and is happy as can be whether that is going on walks or even going to the park. I was previously available throughout June but since beginning a new job, I will be available on the weekends/weekday mornings/weekday evenings for drop-ins and walks! Just let me know what you need! When in your home, I would love to take your furry friend on a walk, to the park, or anything else that you do that makes your pet comfortable and happy!

She usually isn’t food motivated, but for Liz she is! Liz is very responsive and I’ve had no problem (or even worries) about a no show. About: I've taken care of a hand full of different types of dogs and cats. I travel often and have become the uncle to multiple friends animals. I've loved doing this as it fits in my schedule. It allows me to get my animal fix and give your animals love and attention while you're gone. I just moved to the Vancouver, WA area looking to make this "home" for awhile. I travel often for work but looking a more consistent. This has allowed me some flexibility and gives me the opportunity to hopefully adore your animals as much as you do! “Sarah and her family provided constant updates of my dog throughout the week. Her daughters seemed really engaged and loving on my dog, making me feel confident she was receiving all the love and affection she gets at home. When I picked her up, my dog seemed so relaxed, almost as if she hadn’t been gone all that time, helping me feel confident she was safe and loved on. Usually after boarding in a facility, my dog is highly anxious, extra agitated and disheveled. None of that here with Sarah. Her and her family were truly the best sitters. I never worried once while away.”

About: I’ve always been a caretaker whether it be with kids or animals! I’ve also had cats of my own for 11 years and a dog for 3 years. My dog loves making friends, so he would enjoy having other dogs at our house or having dogs join us on our daily walks. I’d love to care for your pets or be your reliable dog walker. I am a teacher, so my evenings and weekends are available for pet care during the school year. However, in the summer, I also have morning availability. I am very neat and respectful in other people’s homes. I’d give your fur baby/ babies lots of love and care, but I’d leave your home looking like you did when you left! In our house, our dog is well loved and has a fenced in backyard to run and play in. He loves having dog friends over to play!
