“Ashlee was great with my dog, Sariah! She sent updates with pictures throughout the weekend, which was much appreciated. We will definitely book her again when we need a sitter.”

“Super happy with Ellie’s time spent with Stacey and her family! Appreciated the communication and pics throughout our time away, we could sense the love they gave our girl. Will book again!! 🙏🏽”

“Laura did amazing with Romeo, she updated us everyday on how he was doing and was very responsive. Romeo was in very good hands. We would definitely use her again!”

“Scott was a wonderful sitter to our dog, Phoebe. Excellent communication, professional, and friendly. He sent us a few pics while we were away to let us know how she was doing, which I especially appreciated. Definitely recommend Scott, and his cute dog Lucy, to anyone looking for a sitter and a playmate.”

“As a furbaby mama, there is always a heart tug when I need to leave my dog.. Kellene was just awesome how she would care and love my my dog Precious...Kellene also brought this mama joy and comfort by the updates and pictures throughout my time away from Precious. I would highly recommend her and her dog Coco....”

“This is the second time we have placed our dog Rufus (75 lb Lab) with Daniel and Holly. The experience, service and communication has been spectacular. Also, they are super nice and proactively let us know how things are going; sharing stories about how he’s doing, etc. Consistently one of the best experiences! We‘ll be back”
“This was our first time leaving our dog Bean with Rebecca and in fact, the first time using Rover. We are so very thankful to have found Rebecca. Rebecca was very kind and compassionate with both Bean and ourselves. She took the time to answer all our questions and concerns and kept us up to date with daily pictures and updates. We will definitely be using Rebecca again. I highly recommend her!”

“Marilynn is THE BEST! Super loving and accommodating to our two dogs. She set pictures and updates to us daily, and included a sweet little note in their things for us to read when we picked them up. If Marilynn would take our somewhat grumpy old guy and our high octane little girl again, we would love it!”

“This was my first time using Rover and I couldn’t be happier with Dawn and her husband! They were so welcoming at our Meet and Greet and made us feel very comfortable leaving Zeke overnight. She sent us updates and pictures of him having a blast in their back yard, so I could tell Zeke was having a great time. I highly recommend Dawn and will definitely be booking with her again in the future!”

“I have a special-needs dog that is blind, and due to loss of sight struggles with other dogs only because he can’t see them coming. Tracy watch Dover Rocky and make sure he was OK with all the other dogs and then sent me some of the cutest pictures of him just relaxing little notes telling me he was getting along with a dog that barked at him earlier. I’m never left Rocky with any other person other than family. Tracy is not part of that family.”

“Maria and Nayibe were amazing with Copper. They send photos regularly and updated us on how he’s doing and were very flexible. Copper enjoyed his stay with them!”

“Zachary was great with my petsitting needs - especially given that I reached out for the first time within a week of needing the help. He fit me into his schedule for a meet n greet (which went really well), I really liked that he had a fenced in backyard. The stay was arranged for 5 days (I ended up coming back a day early and was able to pick him up early). Zachary provided updates early in the stay to let me know how my dog was settling in. Zachary was very responsive to my messages and was quick to reply. If you have a dog with separation anxiety (like mine), it was great that he lives in a house, so there were no wall neighbors (such as apartments) to worry about with any barking. If I find myself traveling for a few days again, I will definitely reach out to see if Zachary is available to watch my dog!”

“Our 2 dogs stayed with Mary for almost 2 weeks and I feel fortunate to have found her! She was great with our dogs and Ollie really enjoyed having Mateo as a playmate. I'm sure our dogs loved the huge fenced backyard. Mary was great with sending pics and video too. Thanks again Mary!”

“Very prompt quick responses. Ellie Mae seemed to have an enjoyable experience. I appreciate their schedule and routine, made me a better first time dog parent. I love the personalized care that they provided and the attention to medical details if necessary. I felt very well guided and taken care of. Thank you for taking the stress out of my vacation!!! Would rebook for a long visit or short visit, Ellie Mae loved the company of other doggies.”

“Tyler was so great, we can’t recommend him enough! He took such good care of Carli and was so easy to communicate with. He made sure she got exactly what she needed while we were out of town, and we were able to rest easy knowing she was in good hands.”

“Gabriel did such a nice job keeping my 12 week old puppy overnight. His dog Mel and my puppy got along great. I will definitely book Gabriel again. Thank you Gabriel and Mel!”

“Working with Julia and Colin was our first Rover experience and we could not be happier with how it went! Julia is extremely communicative and made the process easy. Our dog took to them very quickly and we could tell she was made comfortable in their home. We look forward to booking with them again!”

“We couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter than Brooke for our sweet boy, West! From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to ensure West felt loved and cared for in our absence. Brooke is incredibly attentive, reliable, and clearly passionate about pets. She kept us updated with pictures and messages, which reassured us that he was happy, safe, and having a great time. It’s clear she treats pets like family, and we continue to book her again and again. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, kind, and loving pet sitter, Brooke is the one! Thank you, Brooke, for taking such wonderful care of West.”

About: I have had a deep compassion for all animals my whole life, wanting nothing more but for them to be happy. When your furry family members are with me, safety and entertainment will be of top priority. Giving love is second nature to me and I will be at full attention with your dog. Fun and exercise with plenty of fresh air guaranteed! I have specific walking routes to know where your pet will always be at all times , and communication will be as frequently as desired. Pictures will be posted regularly. Part of how I reach maximum comfortability for your dog is by using famiar language (commands) and learning it's habits and rituals. Everything has a personality and I try hard to learn what your dogs is like. Last but not least, I am all breed friendly!
“Sarah and her family provided constant updates of my dog throughout the week. Her daughters seemed really engaged and loving on my dog, making me feel confident she was receiving all the love and affection she gets at home. When I picked her up, my dog seemed so relaxed, almost as if she hadn’t been gone all that time, helping me feel confident she was safe and loved on. Usually after boarding in a facility, my dog is highly anxious, extra agitated and disheveled. None of that here with Sarah. Her and her family were truly the best sitters. I never worried once while away.”

“Leandrea did an absolute wonderful job with my kitty! It was the second time I hired her and I have nothing negative to say about the experience! Thank you for everything :’)”

About: Hi, I’m Ashling! I love all animals, and cats hold a very special place in my heart. I’ve been caring for cats since middle school, when I started out as the go-to neighborhood cat sitter. Today, I am the first-choice caregiver for my family and friends whenever they travel and need someone to keep their kitties safe, comfortable, and content. I understand that cats are creatures of habit and can be sensitive to changes in their environment or routine. My primary goal is to minimize their stress and ensure they feel secure while you're away.

“Nicole was excellent! When she came for the meet and greet, she asked excellent questions to really get to know our girls and set expectations. She was calm and let our girls come to her. Then, when she came for the visit, she took excellent care of our kitties and was able to pill our calico successfully! Throughout the whole experience she communicated super well, which is something that we value. We will absolutely recommend and rebook!! Thanks Nicole!”
“It was my first time using the app for my cats. Vanessa was very responsive and super friendly. Would definitely recommend and use Vanessa’s services in the future:)”

“Jessica stayed with our two (somewhat needy) cats while we were gone for over a week. She gave us daily updates and communication, which gave us peace of mind. Our cats warmed up to her quickly and seemed to enjoy her company. Our house was also in pristine condition when we got back!”

“Heather was a godsend! Our poor boy Moe has been through the ringer the last few months, finally getting diagnosed with cancer a couple weeks before a planned week long trip. I was so nervous about leaving our boys with someone when there were so many stipulations around their meds, care and feeding schedule. Heather, having gone through something similar with her fur baby, went above and beyond. For the first time in a long time, I was able to relax knowing they were in good hands. I just arrived home to my very happy boys. And, dare I say, it even looks like Moe gained a little weight! We will definitely be using Heather's caring services in the future!”

“Kristy did a great job caring for my kitty. She was prompt and clear with all our communications, starting with the first meeting, and was very pleasant to work with. I'll definitely contact her again next time.”

“Julia was absolutely amazing! She was kind enough to visit before our booking to grab keys to our home and meet Patty. She spent a long time on her visit and took the cutest pictures! It gave me so much reassurance to see how she was doing each day. This was our first time using a sitter, but Julia made the process so much easier. We look forward to having her visit Patty again! Thank you, Julia!”

“Avery was so kind and accommodating with our two senior cats. She did a wonderful job of keeping us up to date with photos and details of her visits. Thank you so much for taking great care of our girls!”

“Emily is an excellent trustworthy cat sitter! She communicates well, follows all instructions for their care, and takes cute photos. Everything was great when I came back. Thank you Emily!”

“Sarah was amazing!! She checked in on our cat while we were gone and our cat absolutely adored her. Sarah provided tons of photos and updates so it really put us at ease that our cat was getting some love while we were gone. Thank you Sarah!!”

“Keisha was a Godsend, one of our cat's requires daily meds, which he hates taking, and she made sure he got them with understanding and positivity, even when personally tested knowing the need that he received them.”

“Megan took great care of my cat, Beans for the weekend while I was out of town. She sent lots of videos and pictures. I will definitely be requesting her the next time I am out of town & need someone to watch him!”

“Courtney was incredible and did an amazing job watching our kitties! I’m anxious by nature and Courtney could tell I needed more reassurance while being away from our girls so she sent me tons of updates, photos, and videos! I recommend Courtney 9,000 percent!”

About: Hi! I would be an amazing pet sitter because I love animals. Ever since I was little I have had pets whether dogs, cats, ducks or turtles. I am currently in college and away from my dog Nalla so taking care of your pet would honestly be special for me too. One of the main reasons I am on rover is because I love to walk and hike and figured why not add a companion. Hi! I am currently on break from work and school so I can make anything work! I am available everyday of the week at any hours necessary! I sadly cannot have any pets in my home because I live in an apartment but I can take that out for walks in areas near me! I also am used to taking care of a dog when I am home so can do whatever the owner needs!
“Ashlee was great at communicating and went above and beyond for my large dog with medical needs. She was able to assist him outside using a sling and adhere to his physical restrictions post surgery.”

About: I owned a dog growing up and cared for and trained one with my family. I sit for friends and family from time to time and I love to play and take dogs for walks and, if they are able, runs of up to a few miles! I have a fenced in yard, and my kids (4, 8) are also great with animals. I work from home. With the exception of rare travel days, school drop-offs, and evening events, I will always be around the house to care for your pup. Your pet will get the attention it needs, as I work from home and I have a fenced in yard, as well as young boys that are great with animals. Frequent outside visits and play times are very doable.
About: I have years of experience caring for dogs and cats going back to childhood. I have been actively pet sitting for 5+ years and have experience with puppies and kittens, seniors, and pets with special needs. I have also cared for rabbits and am very flexible and willing to learn! I am a teacher, so I am free most of the summer to watch your pet and give them some love! September -May I am still available but with less flexibility I enjoy drop ins and walks so I can give pets attention and care while in their own comfortable environment. I can also watch dogs at my home for those who need overnight visits, but dogs MUST be cat friendly/neutral without history of chasing cats
“Absolutely love Alexandrea and my pup does too. Every time I say “wanna go to the babysitters house” my dog immediately gets excited. That’s how I know my dog is in good care. She takes plenty of photos and she also likes to help when it comes to training. Cannot recommend her enough!”

“Markie and Logan came home smiling and tired, which is really all I ask. they had a blast playing with all of the other dogs, and Logan didn't want to come inside from Joe's back yard!”

About: Welcome to my profile! I grew up with a wide variety of pets, so I truly understand how each one has their own unique personality. I know how deserving of love every animal is, and I will do everything in my power to make your pets happy. I treat your pets as my own, while also understanding the need to accommodate to every pet's individual quirks and needs. I recently lost one of my pups to cancer, and because of this, I am really yearning for some more furry friends to meet. Maybe your pet can be my next friend! I recently lost my job, so I currently have a very open schedule! I do have a couple of established clients outside of Rover, but my schedule is still very flexible. I live in a condo-style apartment, so although I do not have a yard, I go on many walks each day- whether around my neighborhood or by driving to a park or beach. I also live just down the street from a dog park, for pups who enjoy socialization and time off-leash. Additionally, I have a patio space for pups who enjoy hanging out al fresco when the weather allows. My own pup is a bit of an escape artist, so I am extra careful with doors, gates, and secure leashing practices. I am also aware of how curious dogs can be, so in my home you can be sure of a safe environment where there are no dangers within a dog's reach (or jump). Not only do I treat your pets with love and respect, but I treat your home with the same care. You can be sure I will keep things neat and tidy, and always make an effort to leave a space cleaner than I found it. No matter the service or location, every animal deserves to feel safe, cared for, and loved. I assure you that I put all my energy into caring for your pets, and I will always treat them as I do my own.

About: I have had dogs of my own since I was 9 years old. I LOVE dogs--especially small ones! I have trained all of my dogs. I board friends' dogs in my home all the time, and am now excited to move into boarding strangers' dogs here on Rover! I work full-time, a mix of in-office and at home. I work from home on Thursdays and have flexibility on Fridays, so it works best for me to be able to provide boarding on long weekends (Thursday-Sunday). I am happy to provide your pet with seamless care and match what they are used to in your home. I have a large yard and a quiet neighborhood. My home has many rooms and I have some gates so that I can separate pets if needed. I also have a puppy play pen for smaller/younger pups who need their own space.

About: I have had a deep compassion for all animals my whole life, wanting nothing more but for them to be happy. About: I love dogs and animals - they really are the best! I have owned three for many years, raising two from being puppies, and addressing challenging behavior with an older doggo, in addition to fostering multiple rescue dogs. I recently moved to WI, and my pets stayed home with my partner for now, and miss my furry companions and want to provide love and care for yours while I’m here! I am happy to work with you on what’s best, whether that is house sitting, boarding, or simply letting your animals out on walks or to go potty. Let’s chat! I currently work from home and have a remote job, so can provide your dog with any needs or attention that makes sense based on their schedule. I have some in-person meetings that occur throughout the week, and am generally around on the weekends regularly. If planning on boarding or daycare, I now live in a home with a nice backyard. I can easily crate, take out for potty breaks, etc. I am also mindful of dog reactivity regardless of my own or neighbor’s dogs.
“If we could give her 10 stars we would! She made our visit to Milwaukee so much easier. We were nervous leaving Otis while we enjoyed our day out. Michelle assured us he would be fine playing with the other dogs and she was right! She sent pictures of Otis playing and you could tell he was happy and having fun. He also slept very well that night! We appreciate her watching Otis. We couldn’t be more happier of how his care was!”

About: Hi there! We are lifelong dog lover with years of hands-on experience and two sweet pit bulls of my own. Our home is shared with my playful and loving 3-year-old boy and my silly, affectionate 1-year-old girl, who both love making new friends. We've spent many years in responsible dog breeding, which has given me a deep understanding of canine behavior, health, socialization, and individual needs. Whether your pup is shy, energetic, or somewhere in between, We are confident and comfortable caring for all personalities, ages, and breeds. With me, your pets will be treated like part of the family — plenty of love, attention, structure, and fun. I’m committed to creating a safe, positive environment where every dog feels at home. I can’t wait to meet your furry family member! --- If you want, I can also tailor it to a specific service (boarding, drop-ins, walks, etc.) or adjust the tone to be more professional, playful, or concise. I offer flexible scheduling for pet boarding thanks to my role with a property management company, which allows me to be home often and adjust my availability as needed. This flexibility helps me give your pet plenty of attention, supervision, and consistent care throughout their stay. For everyone’s safety and comfort, we kindly require all pets to have their own crate during their stay. Crates provide a secure, familiar space for your dog to rest and relax, especially during downtime or when we briefly step out. Their safety and well-being are always our top priority. Also provide your pet with their favorite food/treats for their stay. We are also able to provide that for an additional fee.

About: Hi, I’m Ashling! Animals have been a central part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up with a Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier, spent my teenage years as the go-to neighborhood babysitter and pet sitter, and today, I’m a proud pet parent to two wonderful Wheatens of my own. Because of my personal experience with dogs of all backgrounds, I understand that every animal is unique. My philosophy is to always meet animals where they are at—building trust at their pace while providing a safe, confident, and structured environment. I'm currently accepting weekday appointments for now and will accept some overnights and weekends. I have a flexible schedule at this point and will be able to care for pets multiple times throughout the day and night. I will treat your home and your pets with the utmost respect and try to follow the schedule and routine to make sure your pet is comfortable in their home while you're away. Their safety and comfort is my highest priority.
“Alex is an excellent dog walker/caretaker. My dogs love her and she is 100% reliable. She goes out of her way to help her clients. Her communication is excellent and timely. Highly recommend.”

About: I do part time senior Care and some of my clients have animals I find it very important that they are well taken care of and happy as they bring a lot of comfort to my clients when I'm away This means plenty of walks up and down hills going out and sitting on the grass at live music shows and tons of interactions with other dogs while we shop for groceries downtown Food schedules almost go hand in hand when Im meal prepping for my human clients We've invented a few new games with my one clients and her lab misty Her favorite being the wagon tire I attacted to a bind of cordage and a spring up in a tree limb misty loves to jump and snatch the tire while it bounces around Well I love to work out throughout the week and on weekends I would normally go for small hikes woth my friend but she has developed a respiratory issue and can no longer do so I find it would be amazing to get some energy out with so eager to run and play dogs I monitor a lot of potential puppy problems as I call them after all big dogs share a lot in common with toddlers you have to make sure that they arnt biting scratching chewing or marking any beloved items or areas in the house Getting sufficient exercise helps stimulate the dog's and corner these bad behaviors Plenty of treats and positive reinforcement goes a long way as well

About: No kids or pets of my own and a big Jeep means my outdoorsy lifestyle is open and flexible for your fur babies. I'm experienced with dogs from all walks of life, from your social butterflies to your shy guys, your runners fetchers swimmers and wrestlers, you name it, I'm down for it. I have confident experience with reactive dogs and big breeds especially. I'm a part time barista, working mostly evenings, so morning and mid-day walks work best for me. I am available for night walks after work as well, if that works for your schedule. Weekend boarding is best with advance notice, as I occasionally pick up Friday and Saturday shifts at the coffee shop. I live on the second floor with access to a fenced in backyard. Hardwood floors in home. No kids or other pets of my own. I do have houseplants if your dog is sensitive to soils, fungus, or has a history of plant eating. Crating is an option I'm comfortable with if that's what helps your furry friend feel safe, though my ideal set up is to share my whole space and enriching lifestyle with your pup, or to visit them in their home where they're already comfortable. I'm mobile with the Jeep as well, so we don't have to stick to my neighborhood if your dog is reactive and needs some extra space.
About: I provide dependable, attentive care and treat every pet like they are my own. I understand that every animal has different needs and personalities, so I take the time to make pets feel comfortable, safe, and loved while their owners are away. I’m patient with shy or anxious pets, energetic with playful dogs, and gentle with senior animals who may need extra support and slower-paced care. I’m also very detail-oriented and make sure routines are followed closely, including feeding schedules, medications, walks, potty breaks, and playtime. I communicate consistently with pet owners through updates and photos so they always know their pet is happy and well cared for. What sets me apart most is the amount of genuine attention and affection I give to each pet. I don’t just “watch” animals — I spend quality time with them to make sure they feel comfortable, engaged, and cared for while you’re away. I'm currently nannying on weekdays from 8:00am - 4:30 pm, so I’m available for morning visits before work, evening walks/check-ins, and overnight care depending on the pet’s needs. I’m especially flexible on weekends and have much more availability for walks, drop-ins, extended stays, and quality playtime. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine consistent, stress-free, and fun. I make sure pets are fed on schedule, get plenty of exercise, attention, and playtime, and feel comfortable while their owners are away. I have experience with dogs of all sizes. I have two large-breed dogs at home, so I’m comfortable handling bigger, high-energy dogs, and I have also frequently dog sat for smaller-breed dogs with different temperaments and care needs. I’m reliable, detail-oriented, and always follow owner instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, and any special care requests.

“Riley was wonderful with Rocky! It was great to receive pictures from their walks each day. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable walker :)”

About: Animals have always been a big part of my life. I’ve been caring for pets for around 7 years and have experience with dogs, cats, and reptiles. I’m patient, dependable, and pay attention to each pet’s routine and personality. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, or just keeping them company, I’ll make sure your pet gets the love and care they deserve like they’re my own. I work from home full-time, so I have a flexible schedule and can give your pets plenty of attention throughout the day. I don’t go out often, but I enjoy taking walks, going on jogs, and spending time in my backyard with my own pets. Since I’m home most of the time, your fur baby won’t be left alone for long and will get lots of love, care, and attention. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I always follow your pet’s routine and any special instructions you provide. I keep a clean, calm, and pet-friendly environment and make sure pets always have fresh water, attention, and a safe place to relax. Whether I’m caring for your pet in my home or yours, I’ll treat them like one of my own and keep you updated with photos and messages so you can have peace of mind.

About: I’ve lived with cats and dogs of many different breeds, and loved them all. Let me help out with your pet and they’ll probably like me too! Currently I have sporadic trips planned until I start classes at the end of August, then my availability will greatly differ but I’m not sure of the exact hours. I can’t care for pets in my home due to one of my cats being very unfriendly, but I will take great care in your home if necessary!
About: I’m a reliable and attentive pet sitter. I provide the exercise, affection, and midday relief they deserve. I treat every pet like they’re my own. Currently I’m working part time only on the weekends, so I have all the time during the week to care for your pets! Mornings, afternoons, and nights. My pets live the best life in my home! In your home trust me I will care for them as my own. I will follow whatever instructions you give me.
About: I’ve been surrounded by animals for as long as I can remember. Growing up, my family was always fostering dogs in need of a home and spending time with them was my favorite part of the day. Family, friends, and neighbors always knew they could rely on me to watch, walk, and love their pets like my own (taking probably too many pictures of the adorable fluffers.) Because I’m currently between apartments, my schedule is incredibly open and flexible right now! I have plenty of free time during the day and week to focus entirely on your pet’s needs, routines, mid-day walks, and playtime. I care for pets in your home by adapting to the environment they are already comfortable in. “Jordanne did an awesome job walking my jack russel on short notice recently. She was prompt and very responsive, walked him a little longer than I asked and gave him food and water when she was done. Highly recommended!”
“Liz is the BEST!! Maggie is a very anxious dog, so usually it takes her awhile to warm up to people. Liz immediately recognized this and brought all the right treats to win over Maggie. She usually isn’t food motivated, but for Liz she is! Liz is very responsive and I’ve had no problem (or even worries) about a no show. The report cards I get of Maggie make me so happy and help get me through my day. If you need someone to take care of your dog, reach out to Liz!”

“Ashlee was great with my dog, Sariah! She sent updates with pictures throughout the weekend, which was much appreciated. We will definitely book her again when we need a sitter.”

“It was our first time using Rover for our chocolate lab and we found Debbie. We had a lovely meet and greet and she took care of Brinkley as if she were our own family. She definitely gives off the “Cool Aunt” vibes! Debbie took Brinkley on plenty of walks and spoiled him with cuddles. I loved the updates and photos throughout our booking as it gave us peace of mind. I already booked her for future travels!”

“Andrew and his family treated my Oscar as part of their family. He was in constant communication with me while I was away in Italy for almost 3 weeks. Andrew is very kind and very easy/flexible. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a trustworthy person to watch their furbabies! Thank you Andrew!”

“I had the pleasure of having Nikki and her lovely family watch our dog, Kota, who has a history of seizures and requires a little extra care. She did a truly wonderful job. Throughout Kota’s stay, she sent frequent pictures and updates, which helped ease our minds and kept us informed. Her attentiveness, kindness, and clear communication were greatly appreciated. Kota was in excellent hands, and it was clear she treated her like one of her own. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for dependable, compassionate care for their pet—especially if they have special medical needs.”

“Willow had a great time as Jill's house. I know she received a lot of treats, and she enjoyed the backyard and front door window. She'll definitely be going back for another stay.”

“Mitch was very accommodating with my last minute booking request. After a quick meet and greet, I left my 4 year old pup in good hands for an overnight stay. Mitch has a nice big fenced in yard for the dogs to play, he was very responsive with his communication and provided photo updates. Would definitely recommend.”
